Es un lugar precioso que podría ser mucho mejor con mayor limpieza y mantenimiento . Hay mucho ruido nocturno debido a que la música está muy alta hasta las 12.

No se porque este hotel está en Booking ya que no acepta reservaciones mediante este servicio Nunca hubo una explicación de parte de los encargados. Pésimo servicio. No recomiendo hacer reservas en este hotel

Fully-stocked bar and restaurant on the premises. Hank is a great host...always asked if I needed anything...the hospitality is top-notch...this will be my new abode when visiting Sosua/Puerto Plata. Bonus, this hotel provides free breakfast. Yummy! I AM AN 🇺🇸 AMERICAN AND DIDN'T HAVE DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING...HANK SPEAKS ENGLISH AS WELL.THE DAILY RESERVATION RATE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE.Security added bonus. Peaceful and secure location. V/R David Minor TV issue from the onset.

• Reinhold (1/5): Die Natur macht was sie will - Der Geschäftsführer vermittelte mir eine andere Unterkunft und zahlte mir das Taxi dorthin. Das Zimmer konnte nicht bezogen werden, da die Unterkunft vorher überflutet wurde.
• SENIA FRINE (1/5): Muy mal por incidendente este con el dueño holandes - Qué es familiar el hotel lo lleva el dueño y el hijo del dueño, el dueño es holandés pues reserve y pagué del 21 al 23, de junio, pues me prefunto el dueño el día 22de junio domingo qué si me iba ese día, cuando llegue el sábado día 21 en la tarde, no tienen administración hotelera, les enseñe qué tenías dos días pagos, pero me sentí muy mal yo soy una persona muy seria siempre pago antes para qué me vengan hablar chorradas, también los clientes holandeses llevan chicas de la calle hacer escándalo ellos me despertaron del sábado al domingo a las 04, de la mañana.

• Karim (5/5): Trop basic, ne convient pas pour 1 à 2 nuit. 1* maxi - Le jardin, bar, restaurant est correcte. Pas de poisson frais, tout est congelé. Le cuisinier est bon et gentil mais j’attendais mieux au niveaux du menu. Cuisine Allemande. La chambre est super basic, la télé ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain est nul. Pas de champoin ni gel douche. La douche ne fonctionne pas correctement etc. Pas de salle de sport et loin de la plage.

• olyopiza (9/5): UN BUEN HOTEL EN SOSUA - El hotel es tal cual se encuentra en las fotos. Las habitaciones son amplias y aunque hay una sola cama, es extragrande así que no hay ningún problema. Pedimos otra almohada porque las que nos dieron no llenaban nuestras expectativas y las pusieron sin problema. Hacen aseo todos los días de tu habitación y eso me pareció un plus. El restaurante del hotel es lo máximo, el cheff tengo entendido es alemán y cocina delicioso. La piscina estaba limpia y grande. En general, fue una buen estancia, no hubo ruido. Además Henk el dueño, nos llevo un día hasta Sosua porque no encontrábamos Uber. Recomendado!!

• Marc (10/5): Super charmant petit hôtel familial et de taille humaine - Dès l’arrivée, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Henk, le patron dé l’établissement. Cela n’a en rien changé durant tout notre séjour. Henk et son épouse Mayra sont tous les deux très charmants, très chaleureux et hyper sympathiques ! Bravo à tous les deux et surtout ne changez rien ! Vous êtes formidables ! À cela, nous devons ajouter un petit mot pour la petite serveuse qui accompli tout son boulot de main de maître ! Concernant l’établissement, l’hôtel est situé dans une zone très tranquille de Sosúa; il est très bien entretenu, les chambres sont tout à fait correctes, et la connexion wifi est très bien; pour nous, tout s’est vraiment très bien passé ! De plus, un point à ne pas négliger, le petit-déjeuner est varié, assez copieux et très bon ! En résumé, nous sommes absolument très satisfaits et reviendront avec grand plaisir lors d’une prochaine visite à Sosúa ! Rien du tout

Possibilité de déjeuner et dîner avec des repas à thèmes chaque soir. Personnel super sympa, logement très propre avec changement de draps chaque jour et réfection des lits. • Jesus (3/5): Hotel donde no puede descansar una noche - El desayuno era muy completo,estaban bien,pero una de las habitaciones encontramos insectos, pero nos cambiaron las habitaciones. La falta de ética del propietario hacia los huéspedes que estamos en el Hotel, porque no es normal que vayas a un Hotel a descansar y porque había un cumpleaños la música y los gritos de la gente de la celebración fueron hasta las 3:00 de la mañana y bajamos a quejarnos, incluso enviemos mensajes al Hotel y no nos hicieron absolutamente caso, no todo vale por dinero, está claro que ya no volvería más a este Hotel, el propietario debe aprender mucho a cuidar de sus clientes.

• Emmanuel (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay here. Peaceful, the staff was great and the included breakfast was awesome. If you’re able, re - I was impressed with the peace and tranquility of Voramar. The free breakfast was great. Far from the strip, but close to Playa Chiquita casino so could be a non issue for some.

Hotel is very clean, our room was cleaned every morning usually while we were down having Breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned as well. Breakfast is included, fresh fruit, meat and cheese. Bacon, eggs however you want them cooked, pancakes which are more like crepes, I had those everyday 😊. Nice pool, lots of Birds, little Geckos. We had dinner there our last night, food was delicious. This Hotel is in a quieter part of Sosua if that is something you are looking for. I highly recommend this Hotel, I know we will be staying here again when we come back! 😊

Room was nonrefundable no options were available, hotel staff directed me to the hotel next door. Stayed at the hotel next door, seem like they were same establishment, paid again, twice. The staff and people that work there are very nice but the location it self was off the grid and hard to find, then the bathroom had rust and mold/ rust on the sank and shower head made me feel so uncomfortable that I would have to shower at a friends Airbnb. Breakfast could be better. The A/C barely worked
