- Catalina Sintiago (5/5): Overall, my stay was disappointing, as the main purpose of my trip was to spend time with my family, - I didn’t like the Spot Apartments because my dad and little brothers weren’t allowed to come in. The main reason I traveled to Medellín was to spend time with my family, so it was really disappointing that they couldn’t even visit me in the apartment, not even for a few minutes. They also required physical birth certificates. My dad provided digital copies, but that wasn’t considered enough. This was frustrating, because with my dad’s documents and mine, it’s clear that we are related, and that my brothers are part of the same family.

Upon submitting documents and paying for check in and getting the code they denied entry and threaten to call the authorities for no reason. Had to call my credit card and get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE they are renting apartments illegally

El check in es a las 3PM y el check out a las 11AM cosa q me parecio mal, y la unica cosa q no me gusto es q fue un poco ruidoso por los pisos superiores.

- Sandy (10/5): Great Place To Stay - This is a nice building that is well located, and well cared for in a safe and smart part of town. Everything was perfect and in order. It's exactly how it appears in the pictures. The place is very clean and well stocked with enough pots, pans, paper towels, plates, cutlery, utensils, even cleaning supplies and equipment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.. towels, bodywash, shampoo etc. There's a supermarket a few steps away from the property, and lots of places to eat nearby. The italian restaurant next door is very good, and serves really great pizzas. There's also an excellent gelato shop across the road with very reasonable prices. It's just a few minutes walk to where all the action is if you're interested in nightlife, but far enough away so that you don't hear the nighttime noise. The staff at the Spot front desk were very polite and very helpful. You can leave your suitcases with them if you're too early to check in. It's a great place to stay. I would definitely come back here again. Nothing really!

- Lyba (7/5): A bit overpriced but I recommend, a nice stay regardless! - The building is in a very good location, close to everything and safe. The staff is super friendly and the door is monitored which makes you feel safe. The rooms are spacious and very nice and comfortable. There isn't daily cleaning of the rooms which for the price, is frankly a bit surprising. Additionally, the pillows in my bed were a little mangled and the cover kept coming off. The bathroom in my room had issues with the top of the counter separating from the rest of the unit and the water spout was always leaky.

The location is the prime spot in Medellín especially if you like bar scenes and good food. Provenza is a short walk away. I recommend it.

- Rafael (9/5): - La ubicación, la limpieza y su cocina totalmente equipada. Aún estando en Poblado, la zona es muy tranquila. Tiene un supermercado justo al lado y el edificio cuenta con seguridad 24 horas En uno de los dormitorios hay cristalera, pero no hay ventanas. No tiene armarios.

- MARIA DEL MAR (9/5): Perfecta ubicación y atención. Limpio, bonito y cómodo - La situación, la limpieza e instalaciones del apartamento. La seguridad 24 horas siempre amable. El apartamento es de 4 personas. Había 4 de todo: platos, vasos… pero son 1 tenedor… se lo dijimos y nos trajeron UNO Más… no entendemos por qué. Comer 4 con 2 tenedores es complicado. No sé q les pasa con esto. Es anécdota. Lo demás a muy bien. Hay plancha, buenos secadores…

- Barbara (8/5): Super fijn appartement - Het appartement was schoon en ruim. Er is security beneden die alleen gasten binnenlaat dus dat geeft een fijn gevoel Weinig. Wat even wennen was is dat we vooraf via een link van de locatie (bold) moesten betalen ipv via Booking en vooraf via een link onze paspoorten moesten uploaden.

- Troy (9/5): Excellent stay in Medellin - 3 adults, 3 kids in Colombia for vacation. This apartment had enough room for all of us. It was in an excellent location, easy to walk everywhere, many many restaurants nearby. It was quiet, felt safe. King size bed in at least one of the rooms. There is not a washing machine, fyi.

- Annette (10/5): - En general el apartamento esta excelente, muy limpio, sus habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas. El servicio del personal encargado muy rapido y eficaz para cualquier situación. La localizacion es muy segura para caminar, tiene muchas opciones para desayunar, y mucha variedad de restaurantes y comida local. A 5 minutos de Provenza, farmacias y colmados. El servicio del personal de seguridad de los oficiales Montes, Botero y Padilla fue excelente son muy amable y respetuoso. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Medellin volvería a quedarme en este lugar.

Right newr the strip, literally take a left and walk straight! Best area of poblado. Ideally a safe in each room would be better but not a deal breaker

The building does not have any amenities such as a pool or gym, but for the price and how nice the apartment was, I thought it was an excellent value and was very happy with my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was great. No gym (but I already knew that when I booked it).

El SPOT esta muy bien ubicado, cerca (caminando) de los sitios mas ricos como restaurantes, bares y discotecas. El tenr seguridad 24 horas te brinda tranquilidad con su front desk. Las fotos que se ven son exactas a lo que recibes. Un diseño hermoso.
- James (8/5): Great penthouse duplex, but the lack of televisions, and check in need to be upgraded - Great location in Provenza, close to restaurants and shopping The hotel is mixed in with a residential building. Security staff was not prepared for my checkin. Process is done completely through a link sent by the rental company; but the security staff has no clue who is checking in until the rental company authorizes it. Penthouse has 3 bedrooms but none have televisions in it. Only the living room has a television. Pretty annoying when you want privacy. Also nosey neighbors kind ruined the experience upon check in. In my opinion good for 1-2 nights
