• Ксения (6/5): - В целом квартира неплохая, есть все для комфортного проживания. Расположение хорошее .Но есть моменты, которые перекрывают все плюсы. Напротив дома находится то ли приют собачий, то ли это собаки охраняющие стройку они постоянно лаят. Спать невозможно, даже с закрытыми окнами. Кондиционер расположен напротив спального места, на ночь не оставишь, из-за этого было душно спать. Останавливались на две ночь, ни одной ночи не спали нормально. Постельное дырявое и синтетическое. От сушилки для белья остался один каркас, а по середине натянуты три проволоки. Стираться не вариант.

• Tamas (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Kutaisi - The get into the flat was easy by the instruction provided by the Landlady. The flat is clean and cozy! The flat is facing towards the street, during the night it was time to time a bit noisy due to the stray dogs.
• Viacheslav (8/5): Good apartment with some things to improve to make it perfect for a family stay. - Easy check-in and check-out using lock box. Location of the property was central with everything close enough. The host was ready to provide an early check-in. One door of the shower cabin was broken and small pieces of the glass could be found on the bathroom floor plus the other door didn't fully blocked all the water from the shower. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on (mattress would solve the problem). Dogs at the street barking during the night.

There is a balcony, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer. There are cleaning products and dishwashing detergents. Extra toilet paper. The owner is always in touch, ready to help. The TV works well, we watched a movie with the family through YouTube. The entrance is quiet, clean, there is an elevator. Many thanks to the owner!
