• Anonymous (1/5): Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. We felt unwelcome, misled, and poorly treated throughout our s - Big room Our check-in experience was very frustrating and poorly organized. There was no visible sign indicating the property — it had been removed due to painting and was left on the ground, making it easy to miss. There was no reception or staff on site to greet us or assist with check-in. The location was also difficult to access — it was situated on an unpaved road, which made arrival even more challenging, especially with luggage. We were instructed to message a different phone number via WhatsApp upon arrival to be provided with access. After doing so, nobody showed up, and we were told to go across the street to another hostel — but there was no one there either. Communication through WhatsApp was disorganized and unhelpful, and there was no good responses via the app. To make matters worse, the owner was rude and insulting us over the phone, which was completely uncalled for. There was no clarity regarding the payment process — we were initially told we could pay by credit card and then requested multiple times to pay in cash, which was confusing and unprofessional. Eventually, we were able to pay with card. In addition, the total amount due was unclear. Extra fees like a cleaning charge and a 19% IVA were not specified upfront in the final price in the booking app. On top of that, the owner cancelled our reservation on the day of checkout, trying to prevent us from leaving a review through the platform.

• Anastasia (10/5): Loved this place - It was lovely. Clean and comfy Kitchen with utensils and clean plates. Quiet, no music or noise Enough lighting For the hot water just ask to turn it on
• Chu (5/5): Passable - Good location, kitchen and common area available to use. Good showers with hot water. Clean. Rooms are a bit tired and basic.

• Zoe (7/5): Good location - Location was excellent and room was very clean The showers didnt have any hot water after the first night and the staff were not on site and didn't respond to messages. The room was damp which caused the bedding and clothes stored into he room to become damp.

• Taylor (7/5): Good - Nice room, everything clean, good wifi and friendly staff Check in was a bit odd as there is no reception. Had to call the WhatsApp number and wait for a member of staff to arrive however they are responsive on WhatsApp if you have other questions. A reception is of course always more convenient.
• Christopher (10/5): It was a 10/10 experience and I'd come back! - The staff were super friendly. We were leaving the city a bit later, and they let us leave our bags at the place and were very helpful. The bed was a little tough, but I like it like that, but that's just me. :) I wish my room had windows, but some of the other rooms do. It's not that I didn't like it, but just a comment. :)
