• Amanda (10/5): - Amazing stay! The place was very clean! The host responded very quickly and left plenty of details on how to get into the property. The location is great walkable distance. Only about a 20 min walk to the beach.
• Luca (8/5): Ottimo compromesso per una vacanza budget a Valencia - La cordialità dell’host, i letti molto comodi, l’appartamento moderno. La posizione un po’ periferica, una sola finestra per tutto l’appartamento, la via in cui è ubicata non eccezionale.

Hemos viajado en familia con niños y la experiencia ha sido excepcional, limpio, adecuado y la ubicación para lo que queríamos correcta, metro, autobús y tranvia muy cerca, supermercado y otros servicios muy cercanos también, anfitrión muy amable. Repetiremos sin duda. GRACIAS Tener que marcharnos🙂.

• Fabio (7/5): It would have been perfect if the kitchen facilities were fully functional - It was very cozy and very clean with a very good location. The extractor was broken and they said someone would came and fix but that didn’t happen and also the electric stove had three burners that went off every time we wanted more than the level 6/9 of heat making a little harder to cook for 5 people.

• Cabrera (9/5): The apartment is located in a great area for all major activities. - The set up of the loft was perfect to accommodate guests. The first floor bedroom didn’t have air conditioning. It was ok because the house remained cool during the time of our stay but I’m sure summer would’ve been a different story.
• Mellindre (9/5): Muito bom! - Isolamento acústico para a rua muito bom. Instalações novas. Tudo muito bonito. O ralo do banheiro superior não tem um bom escoamento.

• Claudia (10/5): Una estancia más que agradable - Apartamento precioso y súper bien equipado. Tenía hasta neverita y otros accesorios para poder llevarlo a la playa. A la cocina no le faltaba de nada, incluso había café, aceite y otros alimentos que sueles necesitar. La ubicación perfecta, con un mismo autobús fuimos tanto a las playas como al Bioparc y al Oceanographic. Os damos las gracias por todo 🤗 Todo correcto, ninguna pega

• Federica (10/5): A nice stay close to the seaside and not far away from the city centre - The apartment is located close to the seaside and with some 10 minutes drive you can easily reach the city center of Valencia. The apartment is brand new and fully equipped. Everything was clean and I particularly appreciated the shower 😊. I would definitely recommend it to other Guests!

• Teresa (9/5): Nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath place - Close to subway, which was very easy and efficient way to get around. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Bedroom upstairs had lots of space. 2 bathrooms were nice. Table and tv areas were bit tight in space. Could use more shelves or other way to keep clothes.

• Mccready (8/5): Lovely place off the beaten path. - The location is great - quiet neighbourhood but super close to metro. You can walk to the beach or the big park also. The place is well stocked - even with laundry soap so that was nice. Everything was very modern, new and clean. We didn't have water from 9 in the morning until the afternoon for all three days we were there - not the host's fault but we weren't told about it beforehand so we could have planned around it better if we knew. Having said that, the host responded to our inquiries very quickly.
