• Mańko (7/5): - Pretty good location very close to the metro station. Good enough to take some rest and spend the whole day wondering in Rome! After accommodation, my reservation was canceled on the portal, even when I stayed for the paid period, and the host confirmed that everything was fine. Nothing happens, fortunately, but in case of any issues, booking.com would not be able to help.

• Anežka (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and helpful host, nice and quiet locality, well equipped kitchen, good connection to the centre of Rome. The apartment is in the basement, small and dark. An ideal refuge for an overnight stay, but not recommended for guests looking for a cozy place to spend more time during the day.

The host was very welcoming and gave us some great tips about what to see in Rome and how to get around to different places. Not the most central location, but it's located a short walk away from the nearest metro station and bus/tram stop :)

The contact with the host was also okay There is no A/C, only a fan, you can imagine how it smells during summer when it's 45 degrees. I would probably choose another place next time, but the price was ok

The room was really nice and cozy, the bathroom had all the necessary equipment, as well as the kitchen. With closed shutters during daytime the temperature can be kept excellent in the house. The room had a weird, strong smell, but with open windows and operated electric fan It was ok. Beside this everything was perfect.

• Kayleigh (10/5): Perfect, will be returning. - The property is situated in a great location, just a very short walk from bars and restaurants in Pigneto which has a warm and very welcoming community. We were 2 girls in our twenties and felt very safe walking around at all hours. There is great transport links into Rome and back that only takes 10 minutes. The property itself was very well equipped and very clean, saw the host cleaning multiple times daily and he was very lovely and helpful made sure we were comfortable. The hosts hospitality was fantastic and he even sent us recommendations to local beaches, terraces, attractions etc! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to visit Rome. Everything was perfect

Free wifi with a good connection. The metro connection with the city center is also very good (30-40 mins to Circo Massimo (all 3 metro lines) Bigger room (with a table). The view (but this is more for luxury hotels :))

The location is great with easy access to the metro and tram system. Lots of bars, coffee shops, and great restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend Pigneto House and would definitely stay there again.

• Osner (2/5): Terrible experience due to landlord’s attitude and poor room quality! I would not recommend staying here! - I had an unpleasant experience with the landlord during my stay. I requested an invoice for all expenses and was told it would be 34 euros. I paid this amount via PayPal, but the next day I was informed that I had to pay an extra 2.2 euros for requesting an invoice. This was not communicated to me beforehand and I found it frustrating. The landlord’s attitude became negative when I expressed my concerns and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. The only positive aspect of the property was its proximity to restaurants and the metro, although the line was very congested. I would not recommend staying here. What I didn’t like about the property was the negative attitude of the landlord and the poor quality of the room. This made me feel uncomfortable and stressed during my stay. Additionally, the room had a strange smell and the toilet had an unhygienic protector. The towels were of poor quality and deteriorated. The price-quality ratio was non-existent. The bed was smaller than it appeared in the photos and very uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to sleep.

• Asim (8/5): Highly recommended for a budget friendly, in the centre stay. - The host was always there to help in anyways he can. He is a nice guy and fully understanding. The facilities promised were all there too. The bed could have been more comfortable. The mattress seemed to slide off from the bed. It made me worried that the mattress fully slides and I fell. The table is not stable so putting anything on top of it might risk it falling. My laptop would have been damaged and the trip too. But I noticed this just in time so no harm.
