• YITING (8/5): 地理位子很好，晚上都找得到東西吃，便利商店也不遠/房間很大～住起來舒適！/客服友善程度高！但10:00退房真的是有點早🥹 - 1.地理位置很好！近地鐵跟京瓷巨蛋！房間很大～ 2.自助式入住退房都不用排隊等待～～ 3.線上客服活潑溫暖，回覆快速！ 1.設備齊全還有使用說明很貼心，但部分設備稍微不乾淨（？） A.熱水壺打開還有積水，而且有燒焦痕跡，不敢接著使用 B.剪刀看起來不知道是濕濕的還是髒髒的，也是不敢用 2.浴廁洗手台沒有塞子，且沒有清潔乾淨，有垢跟異味
• MＩＨＯ (4/5): もう、利用しない。 - 京セラドームに近い エアコンを入れてても寒かった。 鍵が歪んでいるのか、鍵の施錠と開錠にとても苦労した。困っているのに、スタッフにメールで相談しても、適切な対応をしてくれなかった。
• OIKAWA (4/5): 友達の家に泊まる感覚 - 京セラドームでのライブのために利用しましたが、会場までのアクセスがとても良く便利でした。テレビではNetflixやYouTubeは視聴できますが、地上波は見られません。アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、洗濯洗剤、歯ブラシがありました。全体的に友達の家に泊まるような感覚でした。 事前に口コミを見て不安なまま行きました。確かに脱衣所を中心に排水溝の匂いが気になりました。また、カーペットの汚れやフローリングに髪の毛やゴミが落ちている点が気になり、清潔感を重視する方にはやや厳しいかもしれません。壁が薄く、隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえる点もありました。チェックイン方法が分かりにくかった点も少し不便に感じました。

Logement également très mal isolé, proche d'une caserne de pompiers donc on entend tout ce qu'il se passe, même le voisin ronfler.

• 翔 (10/5): 最高の旅 - わからないことがあったが電話したらすぐ教えてくださりすごく安心して泊まることができました😭 また来ようと思いました。
• Shizuka (7/5): 友達んちを借りる感覚で使うホテル - 目的地に近いこと、 キッチンがあり、自宅にいるような感覚で設備を使えること、 無人だったけどわからないことはメッセージを送ったらレスポンスがとても早かったこと。 次元にいくつかきたメッセージで、使用方法（ゴミの分別法や退出の際の注意等）で、守れなかったら罰金のようなとことが色々と書いてあって、緊張しながら使いました。 注意して欲しければ、事前連絡だけじゃなくて部屋にも注意事項を書いてて欲しいなと感じた。 あと、テレビ裏に埃が溜まっていたりなど掃除が行き届いてないなと感じた。

But the sofa bed was not open when we arrived and we had to put the bed sheet on the pillows and duvet by ourself... The aircon was really weirdly dirty...

• RYOHEI (7/5): ウィークリーマンションの民泊版みたいな感じ - 事前チェックインのやりとりがメールのやり取りで済ませられたのでスムーズに部屋まで行けました。家族で泊まったので洗濯機があったのは良かった点です。最寄りの駅にコンビニがあったので移動時の買い物も無駄無くできたのは良かったです。2泊3日でしたが、タオルも十分あったのは良かったです。 アメニティなどの紹介をもう少し事前の宿情報に入れておいてもらえるとより良かったと思いました。例えば、シャンプー・リンス、ボディソープが備え付けられているのにその情報がなかった？（見当たらなかった）ので。洗濯用洗剤も備え付けててくれたので、旅行用を持っていく必要がなかったりと、事前にわかっていたら荷物を減らせたので。 備え付けの食器や湯沸かし器、コンロなどがあるのはいいんですが、ずっと使われてなかったのか埃をかぶっていたようで、そのへんがもったいないなぁと思いました。 あと、すぐ改善した方がオペレーション上、良いかな、と思ったのが分別ゴミのプラスチック入れとペットボトル入れが別なのにイラストが似ていたので混乱するな、と思いました。

• Mio (4/5): - 場所は駅近くで便利でした。 近所を散歩してたら遊郭に迷い込んでしまってびっくりした。あぁ。だから安かったんだ。となんか納得。 まずドア開けて入ったらキツめの香水臭くて、その後お風呂場のドア開けたら下水臭くてどうしようかと思った。。 キッチンの水道もフィルターの部分が取れてて気分が悪かった。至る所がなんか清潔感がなくて総合的に残念でした。。。

• Daniel Yang (9/5): - Great apartment, very good value for the money. The location was nice, close to both public transit and a nice shopping mall. Comfortable air-conditioning. Smart TV was nice. Nice and silent area as well, and the balcony was great for drying clothes The dishes were dirty when we got there, there were fat stains on the plates, so we decided to wash everything. The shower water couldn't really get properly hot, but it was fine since it's summer. It was nice to get clothing hangers, but there was nowhere to hang them indoors.

• Mahee (1/5): Bad - I like only the location and reachability to other spots. Facilities mentioned during the booking were not provided. Room was full of dusts which we cleaned by ourself. Toilet and bathroom were so stinky. By the time of booking, it was mentioned as 2 sofa beds, but only one was given. Even after multiple follow up, problem was not resolved. I am now fighting for the refund with booking.com. Very poor response.
