A dog was barking almost the while tjme we were there. Would have been nice to know there was no windows that looked out, felt a bjt claustrophobic at but overall a a pleasant stay and worth the money for location

It’s right next to everything you could hope to do in Split. Owner met us and helped us find a place to park. You will like him.

• Heike (9/5): - Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt von Split und trotzdem noch relativ ruhig gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut und ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Man ist sehr schnell am Hafen und kann von dort aus auch wandernd, fahrend oder mit dem Boot die Umgebung erkunden.

It was down a little cobbled street away from the busy areas but a walk down the street and our in the centre of it all. The location was fabulous in the centre, but a quiet street to escape to. Close to everything Split has to offer, history, great food and beaches, park walks. S’il faut trouver un point moins positif, je dirais que des rideaux occultants seraient un plus...quand le soleil se lève tôt et quand on veut flemarder au lit, c’est un peu compliqué...mais après tout on était là pour visiter :-)

• Murilo (10/5): Great apartment in Split - Villa Spalato apartment is located very close to the old center of Split and all of its attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. We had a very pleasant stay and Frane was very friendly and helpful. He gave us quite in advance instructions on how to get into the flat, which was good because of the small alleys and streets in Split. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There was a functioning AC, which is mandatory for this time of the year. Frane also gave us tips and advice on things to do around Split. Also, the apartment was very silent at night. We had no trouble sleeping Everything was fine

Just a few minutes away from the city center, an amazing cafe with excellent coffee and a shop very near you, all within few minutes walking. You have everything you need for an amazing stay in Split! The apartment is very luminous and bed was very comfortable! The staff is very kind and very quick in replying. If we would be coming back to Split, we hope to be able to stay here again.

Frane is fantastic — met us and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. While we loved having a bath, it wasn’t in the bathroom. It was next to the bed! It would have been great if there was a divider between the bath and the bedroom area🙂.

He even went through the trouble of gifting us a bottle of wine and some chocolates because we were here for my girlfriend's birthday! (Both of which were incredible by the way) Thank you again for that Frane it was a really nice touch! The property is in an incredible location, everything is literally on your doorstep which was so handy. It had everything you could possibly need inside for a comfortable stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here that is looking to stay in the heart of it all! It was all really great!

Very clean and tidy apartment with secure access into a forecourt area. Frane who was our host was very helpful and always replied to our messages very quickly. Frane also arranged our transfers to and from the airport both of which were very comfortable and on time. Could not really fault anything. The bedroom is a bit tight for space but it you are only sleeping in it so not an issue.

Located within walking distance from all of the main attractions and a stone’s throw from the taxi rank, bars/restaurants and a small supermarket, the apartment was a delight - one of the most stylish and well equipped I have ever stayed in! Frane & Luka really have thought of everything, such as dressing gowns, beach towels, tupperware/bottles for your beach picnic, even pegs to dry your wet clothes on the line outside the windows! It was a nice change to have an in person check in - Luka made us feel really welcome, briefly showed us around the apartment and spoke with pride about the renovations. I would really highly recommend this place and would like to extend thanks to Frane & Luka for being excellent hosts with a superb apartment.
