• Beata (10/5): - Apartament przerósł nasze oczekiwania! Jest niesamowicie przestronny, jasny i urządzony z dużym smakiem. Największą gwiazdą tego miejsca jest jednak duży taras – spędzaliśmy na nim większość czasu, podziwiając bezpośredni widok na morze. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a czystość na wysokim poziomie. Idealne miejsce na relaks. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
• Jan (9/5): Prachtige week in Torrevieja - Een prachtig terras , met een mooi uitzicht waar de november zon de hele dag aanwezig was. Ruim en gerieflijk appartement Vlak aan het strand Ligbedjes vallen wat tegen Afstand tot het echte centrum 15 a 20 min wandelen

• Wilco (10/5): Geweldig echt één aanrader - Mooi uitzicht , op loop afstand van de boulevard. De verhuurder was uiterst vriendelijk. Het appartement had alles wat je nodig had. De super markt was ook op loop afstand. De verhuur spraak goed engels en hij gaf een paar geweldige tip voor restaurants

• P (9/5): Veel pluspunten, een paar minpunten. - Het grote balkon, dakterras met fantastisch uitzicht. De host, Philippe die heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam is, en de geweldige vriend van Philippe, Ingvar die ons diverse malen heeft geholpen. De locatie die direct aan het strand is, geweldig! Er is te weinig schaduw op het dakterras.. 's-Morgens kun je er niet zitten omdat het er dan veel te warm is. De hygiëne laat wel wat te wensen over. Bijvoorbeeld kunnen de keukenkastjes, pannen en douchekoppen wel een flinke schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Op de site van Booking staat dat er twee badkamers zijn. Er is echter maar 1 badkamer met douche. De andere ruimte heeft alleen een toilet en wastafel.

• Godfrey (9/5): Amazing location and value for money. - Excellent location, great beach below apartment for young children as shallow & protected by the marina. The view was lovely & balcony was very spacious. The whole apartment was very spacious & had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also very prompt and easy to arrange with. It could have been a little cleaner but we would stay again regardless.
• Linda (10/5): Rymlig lägenhet med en stor terrass med fantastisk utsikt! - Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående värd. Lägenheten var rymlig och terrassen var stor med en helt fantastik utsikt. Rent och fräscht. Jättebra boende! Vi var där lite innan säsongen hade kommit igång så det var inte så alla restauranger var inte öppna, är säkert annorlunda i högsäsong. Var en liten promenad på ca 15-20 min in till hamnen och gågatan vid vattnet i centrum där det fanns många restauranger.

• Anne (9/5): Fabulous , we’ll be back - Location, size, the views, the balcony, the cleanliness, the lovely helpful owner (Philippe), the air con. There were 3 of us wanting a room each & this did not put us off the property at all but you have to go through one of the double bedrooms to get to the single bedroom. Grand for family & child situation or if you’re with good friends. Perfect apartment for 2 couple using the 2 double rooms.

• Dorota (8/5): We enjoined our stay in Spain. - The apartment was very pleasant. The Owner is very helpful and kind. The apartment is well-equipped. There are even beach umbrellas to be used by the guests. The view from the terrace is fantastic and it was the best part about the apartment - you could look at the whole marina and enjoy your evening. The only bothering issue was noise from the parties taking place in the nearby marina during the night (we stayed from Sunday till Saturday and experienced noise on Thursday and Friday) - even closing the windows did not help. The location of the apartment is just next to the beach, which is very comfortable but you may find much nicer beaches to sunbathe in Torrevieja (for example La Mata beach - if you have a car. There is quite a spatial parking near Parc Natural De La Mata - where you could park your car and walk to the beach (5-7 minutes walk). It would be useful to add portable, even small sunbeds to the equipment of the apartment. The sand on the beach close to the apartment is very dense and it is not very pleasant to sit or lie down - almost all persons that come there use chairs or sunbeds. The apartment could also use some more ventilation.

• Henrik (9/5): All in in all a very nice visit. - The view, the large terrace and the top floor. The location was very convenient and good size of the generally pleasant apartment! The double beds were on the smaller side (maybe 140 or maybe 160cm) and most likely not 200cm. Most double beds at hotels and at home😉is 180cm wide and 200cm long. With 3 bedrooms, maybe 2 full size bathrooms would be expected. Kitchen utensils could do with an update, only 2 very small wine glasses, we bought new wine glasses.

• Liz (9/5): Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment - Apartment was in a lovely location . Five minutes walk to a supermarket. Pleasant walk into town . Beds were comfortable. Balcony was very big and had a lovely view over the harbour. Not overlooked by neighbours and no noise problems. Our host was a lovely man and very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of heating in the shower room as it can get very chilly in the winter months.
• William (10/5): Exceptional - Marina Breeze is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location with a fantastic view. It is immaculately clean, has ample space and is close to all you need and wish for. The host is very friendly and is keen to help in any way he can. Marina Breeze is a 6th floor apartment with fantastic views over the coast and Marina. The beach is on your doorstep with a 10 minute walk along the coast to a livelier dining and night scene. The closest supermarket is only 5 minutes away. The host, Philippe, was very friendly and accommodating and he and his wife even came to support me in my competition.
• Glen (9/5): Phillipe is a great host and the apartment is roomy and has a great view overlooking the beach and marina - Great location overlooking the beach with bars and restaurants nearby.Brill outside space with chairs and sun beds and the best view we have ever had from a balcony!
