• Carla Antonia (10/5): - Hervorragender Gastgeber und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre! Sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Nettes Frühstück mit Toast, Yoghurt und Rührei als Buffet. Wir durften nach Check-out unser Gepäck noch im Hostal lassen und es wurde uns ermöglicht unsere gesamte Wäsche kostenlos zu waschen (über 6 Kilogramm). Außerdem haben wir festgestellt, dass wir ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten haben (hatte er uns nicht mitgeteilt). Nichts
• Stylianos (6/5): It was fine but nothing amazing! A bit noisy for our room oppposite the kitchen. Staff all very friendly! - Private room, breakfast included, friendly staff! You enter into a corridor and there isn’t a reception, but strange compared to a usual hostal experience! No real common area to relax in with other guests - there is a dining area but not ideal! Private room was opposite the shared kitchen and so can be quite loud until late. Difficult when we were waking up at 4am for activities in Punta Arenas!

Posizione ottima, ci siamo spostati con Bus Sur ed il terminal era vicinissimo alla struttura, ci siamo andati a piedi in 10 minuti. Consiglio vivamente

• Felicia (4/5): Teleurstellende ervaing - Goede tip van de eigenaar om de begraafplaats te bezoeken. Het bed lag VOL zwarte haren bij aankomst. Ook op de vloer. Badkamer was niet zoals op de foto's en is sterk aan vervanging toe. Er is geen receptie. Het is zoeken naar iemand die je kan helpen. Er is en hond en de kamer rook hier naar. Ook rende deze door de gang. Het is heel erg gehorig en mensen zetten harde muziek op.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants (300m and 900 to Plaza de Armas). Great and abundant breakfast. Very nice hosts. The parking was a bit challenging as it has a pronounced ramp.

We had a room on the street side where we could open the window but the room next to ours didn’t have a window and I assume there were more rooms without a window. It can get a bit stuffy inside. Not necessarily a problem but good to be aware of.
• Shannon (7/5): Good for the price and a very short stay - The host and volunteer was very helpful, and free laundry was great. Included breakfast at an early hour was nice. Beds were comfy. Old facility that needs renovation and repair. Didn’t feel very safe at first as backstreets nearby had some sketchy people hanging around. External bathrooms aren’t so convenient. No noise insulation so didn’t sleep well. Light from corridor kept me up at night

Didn't have an option to pay with cash so the taxes make it much pricier than the listed price on booking.com. One side of the bed had a hole/saggy area.

• Yuejun (7/5): 能住，但不太方便 - 房间比较大，有个窗户，还算安静，距离观景台走过去10分钟左右，有早餐，虽然不丰盛，但有牛奶，有水果，有热水，Wi-Fi还可以 定的是房间内含卫生间，结果没想到卫生间是有，但是在走廊对面。虽是自己独享（有单独的钥匙）但这绝对不是标准间，毕竟平时或晚上上厕所是很不方便的。

• Elina (10/5): - Amazing stay at this hostal. Gustavo, the host, was really helpuful and gave me recommendations for things to do around the city. My room was warm and comfortable, the place is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice and filling and the breakfast room is super cozy. Also there is a washing machine free to use. Excellent location, just a short walk from the main street and the beach, very close to the mirador viewpoint. I totally recommend this place. nothing

The mattress is very springy and sinks down in the middle and some new towels are needed as they are very old and stained. I noticed them cleaning very often, but it just never quite seemed clean because it is old.

The two dogs of the owner are lovely 😍 Nothing to say. In our bathroom there was no scope so this could be improved.

Uns wurde sogar gesagt wie viel die Taxifahrt ungefähr kosten sollte Im Zimmer war kein Toilettenpapier, aber auf Nachfrage hätte man sicher welches bekommen. Wir hatten aber sogar eigenes dabei
