Very clean, spacious and felt home rather than a holiday rental. The owner had thought of everything to make the stay as nice as possible. Nothing, it was delightful

• Lukasz (9/5): Duża nowoczesna willa z przyjemnym podwórkiem do relaksu z basenem - Duży dom w bardzo dobrej spokojnej lokalizacji. Największa sypialnia posiada balkon i prywatną łazienkę z prysznicem. Druga łazienka z wanną jest na korytarzu. Na dole jest jeszcze toaleta. Duży salon, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Pralka, zmywarka. Prywatny parking na posesji. Basen czysty, ale woda bardzo zimna. Dwa razy przyszedł pan od czyszczenia basenów. Spore podwórko, dużo leżaków i krzeseł. Autem wszędzie blisko. Spacerem na plażę i do sklepów/restauracji kilkanaście minut. Jedno pojedyncze łóżko w sypialni miało zepsute nogi i się zawalało. Pod meblami było dużo kurzu. Kanapa w salonie wymaga czyszczenia, dawno nie była sprzątana. Czasami nie było ciepłej wody w łazienkach i kąpaliśmy się w chłodnej. Może być dosyć głośno jak w innych willach są ludzie, bo wszystkie baseny i podwórka są blisko siebie.
• Richard (8/5): - Well equipped, everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, great pool and good location, less than a 10 min walk to beach. Pernera is a beautiful area, quieter and nicer beaches than busier areas of Protaras, which we preferred. The second double room is comparatively small and cosy with a low bed, just to be aware, so best suited to families rather than all adults.
• Radu (10/5): Located in a quiet area, it’s a very good option for a vacation with family. - Very spacious, fully equipped and designed with good taste. Nice swimming pool, lots of spaces to spend the time, comfortable beds and easy accessible.

• Kirstie (10/5): Had a lovely time was peaceful which was excellent as didn’t want lots of noise late at night - Was clean tidy had everything you needed instructions were easy to follow Was unable to open the main bedrooms balcony door, it was a bit isolated away from shops and amenities needed taxis to get around
• Barry (9/5): Great villa - Villa was great. The outside/pool area is a lot bigger than the pictures show. Villa has all the utensils/equipment that you could need and even had floats/toys for the pool. Someone came to clean the pool regularly. It is little bit out the way. a good 15 min walk to nearest shop/bar, 25 to Protaras. I didn’t mind so much but in peak summer would be an issue if with young children or senior relatives.

• Adi (8/5): Great villa!!! Amazing location - Great villa! Very spacious and wonderful location. The host is very responsive. the showers are great The pool area is amazing and has lots of floaties. You can walk to pernera area but to Protaras it's about 20 minutes to walk. 2 minutes in a car. We loved staying here and will definitely come back!! The villa host had water bottles in the fridge for us which was nice. We got to check out late which is verynice of them. Thanks for a lovely stay!! There is no high chair for a baby so that was a problem for us since there is no way to buy one in the area. The floor was really really filthy, in the bedrooms and living room. We mopped it ourselves. Everything else was clean so wasn't a big deal but our baby was crawling and her clothes turned black cause ut was so dirty, plus there were lots of ants. We asked for ants spray and never received it. The dishwasher wasn't working. The host asked to come fix it but we didn't want to sit at the villa for hours while they do it. No pool towels :/

• Stelios (9/5): Superb - Location, facilities and things provided in order to cook. The fake grass was also a plus since it was not slippery around the pool. We stayed for 4 nights. It would be better if at some point somebody would come and clean the pool.
• Paul (8/5): Good value for money and would return - We have stayed in many villas on the palms estate and this one was the best yet. Comfy sofas and a lot nicer than others. Still a bit of noise on weekends with locals arriving but this happens on this estate. Very good overall
