• Dawn (10/5): Quiet, comfortable, great views, great walking location. - Roof top terrace was our favourite place within the property. The view & sunrise were lovely. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Short walk to a good selection of bars & restaurants. A great area for walking in the immediate locality with wartime bunkers & a lighthouse. There are two gates on the complex which lead to rocky paths down the hillside to the beach Liked everything. We had a few windy days.

• Lászlóné (7/5): - Csodás volt a kilátás. A szálláshely környéke nagyon szép.A szállásadó segítőkész volt, a korai érkezést rugalmasan kezelte. Tisztaság rendben volt. December végén voltunk, használatuk a klímát. A fürdőszoba télen hideg. Fura, hogy közvetlenül a konyhába nyílik. A konyhai felszereltség kicsit hiányos volt. Az apartman szűkös, a képeken ez nem annyira látszik.
• Tudela (9/5): Apartamento tranquilo para disfrutar de una escapada - La ubicación del sitio es genial, el apartamento es pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable, está en una urbanización muy tranquila y con seguridad. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta a todo. Un sitio muy recomendable!!!! La cobertura es bastante mala y el wifi tampoco va muy bien, pero nos avisó la anfitriona de esto antes de ir así que no nos pilló por sorpresa.

• Budo (8/5): Avkopplande miljö och lugnt område, byn har mindre matbutiker och restauranger - Vi var där off-season så lugnt och behagligt och inget högt turisttempo. Boendet hade underbar utsikt över havet och sommartid måste det var en av de bästa i området. Värden har inrett lägenheten med charm och tanke Allt va bra, med hänsyn till höstvädret och låga nattemperaturer så tog det ett tag innan lägenheten blev uppvärmd eftersom den troligen stått tom i några veckor, men med AC och lite värme så löste sig detta.

• Krisztián (10/5): Pazar ingatlan! - Ízlésesen berendezett lakás. Terasz szuper! Grilleztünk többször. A konyha mindennel fel van szerelve! A másik terasz is tökéletes! Szuper, hogy van fent zuhanyzó. Nyugodt csendes az egész! Bolt szembd szinte a kapuval, vasárnapi piac is 30 méterre de az étkezdék, patika is 500 méteren belül. Nem lehet lemenni az ingatlan aljából a partra. Van kijárat csak út nincs.
• Eelco (6/5): Sunshine met een wolkje - Uitzicht Dat we na boeking en betaling te horen kregen dat het voor oudere mensen niet geschikt was voor een iets langer verblijf. Maar we konden niet meer annuleren. We hadden het liever voor boeking gehoord. Idem voor wifi. Was gewoon slecht

• joanne (10/5): Spectacular views - The apartment and the views were absolutely stunning. There is a steep incline to get to the apartment but its worth it for the views that wait for you 😍 Nothing.

• Julien (9/5): Superb - Remote, accessible location, nice view, calm neighbourhood, well furnished apartment. The toilet door is on a rail and doesn't fully close the bathroom's space. Not convenient for privacy.
• Jill (7/5): Lovely find, the outdoor space and views were amazing 🤩 - Once we found the location it was great. The roof terrace and bbq were fantastic and the outdoor space and views were amazing. Breakfast out on the terrace was wonderful. Well equipped. Some local bars and restaurants but car recommended for further afield. Directions could have been a little clearer. We arrived by car used satnav to find 39 Av Escandinàvia but actually we should have used Urbanization Carrabasi to find the location. The property is as really well equipped with almost everything you could need, but a minor comment, we missed having a couple of wine glasses.
• Blanka_a (10/5): A beautiful and authentic place with a passionate and caring host!! - A very authentic place—it’s proven that the host puts all her effort into it and has a real passion for providing accommodation. The outdoor space was beautiful, with great seating areas, a grill, and a rooftop perfect for relaxing while enjoying the amazing view. From the beginning, we received great instructions, and whenever we needed anything, the host was very responsive to messages, even though she doesn’t speak English and recommended a bunch of places to visit. We arrived from the airport by taxi, even though the accommodation is in a gated community. The place had everything we needed for a three-day stay. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and everything was beautifully clean and cozy. On the last day we tried to call an Uber, but after several attempts we were unsuccessful. Maria (the host) was so willing to help us that she asked a neighbour if she could take us to our new accommodation in Alicante. This is truly a friendly and hospitable spirit!! We appreciate such willingness to help SO MUCH!! The accommodation could have had better wifi connection. We had some problems with the overall phone service in that specific area/urbanization.

• Ivan (9/5): Superb - Roof terrace was our favourite. Beautiful sea view. Breakfast on the balcony. We would definitely use this property again, it's perfect for couples, but we'd hire a car next time. We are pensioners who like a walk, so the inclines were manageable, but a car would be recommended.

• Heather (7/5): The location is great albeit hard to find initially, public transport is available but a car would be advisable. - The property has a lovely terrace and and additional sun terrace. Gated community with private pool which didn’t get too busy. Very quiet and peaceful location but close enough to some bars and restaurants. Maria has put a lot of thought into the decor with lovely plants and lighting throughout. There was WiFi and air con. The security of the property was a bit questionable as the patio doors and windows did not lock and the front door handle regularly came off so was difficult to use. The beach and town were not really walking distance and so a car would have been needed for a longer stay. There are small upgrades that could be made to the property (more user friendly shower head, wine glasses, more comfortable patio furniture) to enhance the stay.

• Andrea (9/5): Fantastic view - The view is amazing, apartment was very clean, and there were all of the necessary tools for the chicken. The fridge was very noisy, bed not comfortable, they should buy better curtains in the morning so it was not possible to sleep for the lights

• Jennie (10/5): A unique property with the most amazing views. - The property was in the most amazing setting, the view was spectacular!!! It was very thoughtfully decorated,most comfortable. Loved the outdoor space and the roof terrace. Extremely helpful host and quick to respond to any questions. It wasn’t a problem for us as we are very active but the spiral staircase would be tricky if you had mobility issues. We thought this added to the properties uniqueness.
• Lesley (8/5): A great stay but was petrified of stairs , host was very kind and helpful - Lovely appt but a car is needed as far away from beach . The spiral stairs are a bit dangerous for older people
• Lorenz (10/5): Lovely Stay - Small flat with everything you need, decorated with mich love. Really recomended for couples. The bed is small and there was only one bed sheet.
• Newstead (10/5): Hidden Gem - This apartment was beautiful ! Really clean with great views and lovely host 👌 So relaxing sitting on the terrace with that view ! It was a steep walk out the complex and to the nearest supermarket, it would be much better if you have a car.

• Ruth (10/5): Everything we needed for a short trip. - Stunning views. Great price. Parking outside in a private urbanization right off the main road in Gran Alacant. Helpful host. It was perfect for us but planning to bring more than hand luggage or if you’re not good on stairs then this isn’t for you. The metal spiral staircase is for the young and fit. The view is so worth it though. If you’re not driving it’s a big hill to manage to get out of the urbanization.
• Frank (7/5): Good - The view The narrow circular stairs to get up to the flat.Bringing suitcases up that for a long stay would be a tricky job. The description said it was near the beach....which it was if you were a seagull or a mountain goat.... realistically it was a 2/3 kilometer walk.The sink in the shower room has no trap under it.....the purpose of the trap is to stop poisonous gasses from getting into the habitation area....not a good plan to be without it.
