• Iacopo (8/5): - Excellent location, very beautifully decorated. Lovely garden and very large and comfortable bedroom and bed. Wifi coverage was quite bad, poor in the bedroom and none in the bathroom. Low water pressure in the shower. They were kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check out, which was great, but then at the agreed-upon time they were fifteen minutes late to let us in, which was quite stressful as we were heading for the airport.

Mutfağı ve bekleme alanı oldukça modern ve vintage bir tasarıma sahipti. Girişte bir uygulama indirilmesi biraz zahmetli ama oldukça güvenli. Mutlaka gelmeden indirmek ve akıllı anahtarı tanımlamak gerekiyor. Biz bunu biraz geç fark ettiğimiz için önünde 1 saate yakın beklemek zorunda kaldık.

Bardzo ładna kuchnia z salonem do wspólnego korzystania, duży stół z krzesłami i kanapa. Przepiękna, wygodna łazienka. Suszarka, żelazko, ekspres do kawy i kapsułki na miejscu. Duży, ładny pokój, wieszaki na ubrania, bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko oraz fajne łóżko piętrowe. Telewizor z internetem i aplikacjami. Szybkie łącze internetowe. W nocy cisza. Wszystko mi się podobało :)

The location is really close to the main train station, bus stop (Piazzale Roma) and many water stops for vaporetto (10 minutes walk), so it’s very convenient. The staff were really kind, friendly and polite.

Angeblich ist es ein ganzes Apartment und so privat wie zuhause was absolut nicht stimmt. Garten gibt es nur bei einem zimmer auch wenn steht alle haben zugang. Küsche ist eine geteile gemeinschafts küche mit kameras trauf gerichtet also kein ganzes Apartment und absolut nicht privat. Wer eine Küche will sollte eine andere unterkunft wählen. Die lage und das checkin ist etwas kompliziert
• Silvija (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft, gute Lage. - Gutes Bett. Schöne Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Schöner Garten. 1. Sehr hellhörig. Insbesondere Trittgeräusche aus dem darüber liegenden Zimmer. 2. Unser Zimmer wurde vom Eigentümer in unserer Abwesenheit betreten um unnötigerweise Seife zu tauschen. Erst danach wurden wir angerufen und gefragt ob es ok sei. Die Antwort war nein, aber das half ja nichts. Wir wollten keinen Seitenwechsel. Es war nicht in Ordnung, das Zimmer einfach ohne unsere Erlaubnis zu betreten.

• Carmen (1/5): PÉSIMO, HORRIBLE - Para empezar al buscar la ubicación del alojamiento no se correspondía con la que tenían registrada en Booking. Si ya de por si andar por Venecia puede resultar un poco lioso, esto es un aliciente para que lo sea aún más. Por otro lado, al llegar al alojamiento nos damos cuenta de que en lugar de un apartamento es una habitación en un piso compartido. A todo esto hay que sumar la NEFASTA limpieza. Encontramos una goma del pelo en el suelo del baño, una pinza del pelo en la ventana del baño, toallas manchadas, ropa de otra persona en los cajones y otros enseres personales, un trozo grande de plástico en el suelo, el suelo lleno de mijillas que al andar se quedaban los calcetines TOTALMENTE manchados, la colcha de la cama (negra) con manchas blancas de dudoso origen, un chicle pegado al suelo… Al contactar con el/la responsable me dice que si que han limpiado y que no puede hacer nada más que mandar a alguien al día siguiente para que revise lo anterior (al día siguiente ya nos íbamos). Al preguntarle qué solución nos daban dejo de contestar a los mensajes hasta el día de hoy, que seguimos sin respuesta alguna. Por último, para coronar la nefasta experiencia, el salón del piso compartido esta en el centro de la vivienda y se escucha ABSOLUTAMENTE TOOOOODO dentro de la habitación, además de el festivo olor a humedad que recorre todas las estancias. Sin lugar a dudas NO RECOMENDARÍA este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.

Very nicely renovated, still has a lot of character with tasteful modern touches. Nothing we didn’t like but if anything, stairs to the room with big bags…but it’s Venice so there’s stairs everywhere. Grab a porter if unsure (we didn’t)

• Salome (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt super Zentral direkt in der Stadt, alles in laufweite erreichbar. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vormittags dort lagern, die Besitzer waren super hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war sauber. Küche und Gemeinschaftsräume teilt man sich mit den anderen Zimmern, aber auch hier alles modern und sauber.
