• Ailin (10/5): Departamento fabuloso - Preciosas y cómodas instalaciones. Cerca de todos los lugares emblemáticos de Roma, con muchas paradas de autobuses cerca. El departamento estaba completo! Volveremos! No anduvo wifi los últimos dos días de hospedaje

There are everything you need to make yourself at home and at the same time, you get all the perks that hotels would offer.There was fluffy slippers and toothbrush and tooth paste prepared for our stay. The kitchen has everything we needed and location is in the central of everything. Just minutes in walk in distance to anything. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us and made our holiday so memorable. None.

• Rahel (8/5): Es hat so weit alles gut gepasst - Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind sehr gut. Man ist mit Bus und Metro überall ganz schnell. Austausch mit dem Vermieter ist auch gut Leider hat es in dem einen Zimmer keine Fensterläden. Auch würde ich dört ein anderes Bett reinstellen Wie gesagt die Lage ist toll. Aber auch Laut in der Nacht. Vielleicht sollte man mal neue Fenster einbauen
• Edward (9/5): Superb - This is an excellent location, just down the road from the Spanish Steps, with shopping on your doorstep, plus it's easy to walk to other major tourist sites. The apartment is well set up and has everything required for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, being very central means that there is a lot of noise through the night. The owner is aware, as earplugs are provided, it's one of those things you either accept and get on with or complain about. It did not detract from our stay.
• Cynthia (1/5): Dishonest owner: did not deliver the product advertised, did not give the refund he promised. AVOID - AC did not work. They send someone to fix it and only made things worse. Since they stated they could not fix it, they offered to refund 1 night. They never did despite multiple subsequent reminders.

• Jean (9/5): Beautiful property, gorgeously decorated within an amazing location. Blinds in the 2nd bedroom would have made it perfec - Amazing location. Right in the middle of the shopping district and few mins walk from the Spanish steps. Lots of restaurants nearby. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment. Furnishings were lovely .. felt like a chic Roman dwelling. Both parents and teenagers loved the building and it felt very safe when my husband left as there’s a hotel in the same building. As most other travellers comment, the noise from the street in the early morning coupled with the lack of any blind in the 2nd bedroom made for some very early (and unwelcome) starts.

Very clean and a good size for a family of 4 (teenagers) Very nicely decorated. complimentary bottle of red wine is a nice touch. Great communication from hosts. The shower was very disappointing, it looked great but water pressure was near on non existent, couldn’t wash hair. Although the location is amazing you do have to accept the noise, which is constant and very loud, you won’t get a good night sleep but we accepted this as the locations was great. Not suitable for young children, to access the apartment is via a very small lift or 4 flights of stairs, also the windows all have balconies which are barley waist height, i was nervous with my teenagers and wouldn’t want young children near them.
• Behrang (9/5): Superb - This place is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the fashion district and the historical parts of Rome. The suite feels luxurious and really creates a wonderful atmosphere for your stay. You’ll truly enjoy every moment here! The main issue is the noise, particularly at night. However, since you are in the busiest area of town, it may be a good idea to install soundproof windows to help reduce the noise without interfering with the building's appearance. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide a toaster and other personal accessories for guests.

• Amena (8/5): Good place to stay in Rome. - The apartment is quite big and very nicely furnished, it had a kitchenette and all the equipment you need. The location is perfect. we had an issue with the shower the first day we arrived but they resolved it the next morning, and the whole stay I couldn't connect to wifi. There is no sound isolation in the apartment you could hear all the street sounds, the host provided ear plugs.

• Louise (9/5): Superb - Fabulous location set amongst the fashion shops and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The suite was very well appointed with state of the art amenities. On the weekend the noise from the streets below was a little loud and this was a bit unfortunate.

The air conditioning worked well to keep the apartment very comfortable, despite the August heat and humidity outside. It was perfect for a family of 4, with 2 teenagers who appreciate fine lodging.
