- María Pilar (8/5): Faltó interés por parte del dueño. - Limpieza, ubicación, camas muy cómodas, amplitud del apartamento. Después de un largo viaje, sería de agradecer que hubiera gel o jabón en el lavabo. Juntaron las 2 camas sin posibilidad de separarlas (no hay sábanas individuales). La TV estaba estropeada. Para el ultimo día solicitamos dejar el equipaje unas horas, si fuera posible. Durante 3 días no obtuvimos respuesta. Ya en España y ante mi queja, dijo que no había tenido tiempo por situación familiar. Supongo que tampoco pudo delegar 🤔

- Jeannie (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. The home is old, with old windows. This caused noise from outside to be clearly heard inside. We heard plates clacking from restaurants downstairs, drunk people yelling and laughing past 2am. The home was also very cold due to the old windows, and there were only heating units in the bedrooms.
- Abraham (1/5): I would like refund - The host changed the location when I was on my way to first location (this delay check in) and did not explain the cause, when we are in the apartment the WIFI was down, water for shower was cool, toilet it was dirty and TV remote control did not work. The staff try to solve the problems and that is not enough and we had a bad night in Florence, at the next day I got a flu because I had to take a shower with cool water at morning before to leave the apartment. Note: the first location was in Palmieri flat and then change for Via San Gallo 31 I think the most important is tray to keep the comfort for the guest, for this case it is not possible.
