- Daniela (1/5): I stayed for 30 minutes and had to book somewhere else. Not recommended for solo travelers. - Nothing. They do have a kitchen but guests couldn't order food because there is no chef. You can't pay with any card, just cash. I was the only guest that night and they told me they were going to leave me alone in the hotel, so there is no one in the Hotel at night. I didn't want to stay there alone and had to pay a taxi to go to the city (Medellin), so I lost my money.
- Dominik (1/5): Not great value for the money. The place needs an overhaul and needs to work on the availability of food. - The staff tried their best to make our stay a positive experience. They pre-heated the Jacuzzi so it was warm when we arrived. - The Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned properly, there was a ball of hair stuck to the wall. - When we arrived, they didn't have any food available. Also, the only restaurant in the vicinity wouldn't deliver any food to the hotel, contrary to what we have been told by the restaurant staff prior to our arriving. - The bed we stayed in had a broken back rest. The lighting in the room was very bright and cold, not what you would expect for that kind of price. In general, the room was very basic, something I would expect from a 1- or 2-star hotel - there was no water, no glasses and just a tiny little piece of soap in the room. - the breakfast (scrambled eggs) had a hair in it, and not a particularly small one - we ended up leaving after our first night. we did not get even a partial refund for the second night, even though the staff was sort of understanding and embarrassed.

We love thw free room service and the table to eat in the balcony It's a good idea to have hand soap in the bathroom and maybe a hair dryer or at laest an electrical outlet in the bath room. Other than that everything was so good.
