• Carmen (1/5): Esperienza pessima! - Nulla, deludente. Già dalla prenotazione la comunicazione con il gestore è stata molto sgradevole: i messaggi ricevuti avevano toni autoritari e poco professionali. Al momento dell’arrivo il check-in è stato gestito con grande nervosismo e scarsa cortesia, tanto da creare un clima di forte disagio. Solo un familiare della struttura si è poi mostrato disponibile, permettendoci di entrare. La stanza non rispecchia appieno le foto: è molto piccola, con muri rovinati, quadri danneggiati e bagno minuscolo con arredi arrugginiti e rotti. Lavandino scomodo, doccia difettosa e insonorizzazione assente: si sentono tutti i rumori della casa e del palazzo. La tenda lascia filtrare molta luce, illuminando la stanza già dalle prime ore dell’alba e rendendo difficile riposare. Zona con parcheggio praticamente impossibile da trovare. Esperienza pessima, non consiglierei questa struttura.
• liu (3/5): Bad experience. - Good location, near to Vatican. 1. No luggage storage service, which was very inconvenient. 2. Small and outdated room, very different from the picture shown on Booking.com. Very few sockets. 3. Poor Wifi, which prevented me from connecting to the Internet at all. 4. Shared living room with other rooms, making it less private. 5. Poor sound insulation - I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. 6. Poor service. After all, I noticed that the room's rate was way lower than others before my booking and overlooked it, which was a huge mistake. Rates tell things.

• Lorella (1/5): ATTENZIONE TRUFFA E HOST PERICOLOSO - ATTENZIONE LEGGETE PRIMA DI PRENOTARE Dopo aver prenotato scegliendo l’opzione disponibile, con la foto della camera, ho ricevuto il msg che la prenotazione non era andata a buon fine per mancanza di fondi e un msg dal proprietario su Booking dicendo che mancavano 150€ di deposito cauzionale. Ho quindi ricaricato la carta e ho ricevuto l’addebito complessivo senza alcuna precisazione sul deposito cauzionale. Sono stata contattata su whatsapp ed è stato fatto gestire il check in ad una terza persona. Quando ho visto la stanza al check in, era DIVERSA da quella che ho prenotato su Booking e presentava i seguenti difetti: lenzuola e tende sporche e con capelli; in bagno c’era un tritatore di carta igienica molto rumoroso; doccia del bagno che si allagava appena veniva utilizzata; mancanza del copri foro nella presa elettrica affianco al lavandino. Dopo il check in ho mandato un msg alla struttura per far presente che la camera non corrispondeva alle foto e sono stata subito telefonata e aggredita verbalmente e con parolacce, minacciata, offesa e ha detto cose che io non ho mai detto e che si sarebbe presentato entro due ore in struttura, e tutto questo senza aver fatto niente ma solo facendo presente la non corrispondenza tra foto e realtà Dopo un’ora al telefono con lui, mi sentivo anche in pericolo di rimanere in struttura ma sono stata costretta per i soldi pagati. la mattina qualcuno ha tentato di entrare in camera alle 8:50 (l’addetto alle pulizie). Abbiamo lasciato la camera alle 10:00 come da check out e lui mi ha scritto che mi stava facendo il bonifico istantaneo. -alle 15:00 non avendo ricevuto niente ho chiesto per msg e la risposta è stata che l’avrebbe fatto la sera perché era impegnato. -l’abbiamo chiamato per capire e lui ci ha detto che le parole se le portava via il vento e che ce l’avrebbe fatto quando voleva lui.

• Tiphaine (10/5): Super logement!rome ville au top! - Endroit propre . Propriétaire vraiment aux petits soins. Je conseille fortement cet endroit très bien situé et très sécuritaire. Il nous a même donné les coordonnées pour le taxi le lendement matin. Très bonne relation avec le propriétaire. Je recommande vivement cet endroit! Rome comme Paris sont des capitales et donc des villes bruyantes mais ce n’est pas du tout en lien avec le logement. Attention au restaurants italiens qui applique des « servizio » à la carte ;)

• Gonzalez lillo (5/5): Deficiente - Ubicacion y desayuno Cama con colchones muy delgado, se sentia las tablas y el baño tenia una bomba para triturar el papel que sonaba aunque no hubiesemos utilizado el baño, lo cual fue terrible en la noches, tanto asi que tuvimos que utilizar tapones para el ruido. No tenia espacios comunes, lo que habia era muy poco acogedor

• SONIA (6/5): La habitación tiene un ruido permanente, aunque no es muy alto , me pareció incómodo - La ubicación es muy buena La amabilidad de los anfitriones , no me parece que de entrada envíen mensajes de WhatsApp con amenazas . Yo sé que se debe ser claro en las recomendaciones pero el mensaje es agresivo. Podrían mejorar la cortesía con los clientes
• Attiláné (10/5): Remek szállás reggelivel együtt. Nincs főbérlő és mindenhez közel van. Nagyon ügyelnek a tisztaságra - Mindenhez közel volt és még kávét is kaptunk pluszba a reggeli mellé. Nem nagyon volt hova tenni a mosott ruhákat, így maradtak a székek.

Fue realmente mal educado y me quiso extorsionar para que retire la mala reseña. Esta abusando de la seguridad que nos da el sistema. Es un ROBO se quedaron con el dinero de la garantia indevidamente

• Lucie (7/5): ubytování krásné, v dobré lokalitě, domluva i majitel hrůza. - Pokoj byl čistý, pěkný. Ubytování bylo v dobré lokalitě, hned vedle hlavní uličky s obchůdky a hned vedle vatikánu. Zhruba 5minut vzdálenosti na metro i na autobus. Dobrá dostupnost autobusu v noci. Bezpečná lokalita. Snídaně byla v kavárně kousek od ubytování, kdy máte na výběr kávu a určitý druh pečiva. Majitel! s majitelem byla hodně těžká domluva, pán je přes zprávy arogantní, lehce až agresivní. Hned ze začátku mi napsal, ať nepíšu zde na booking, ale na whatsapp. 3 dny před naším příjezdem mi pán napsal, že nefunguje klimatizace a že nemůže být opravena. 1 den před příjezdem pán napsal, že nebudeme mít snídaně, neboť se kavárna zavírá. Také se nás opakovaně pán ptal, kdy přijedeme, ať určíme přesný čas. Napsali jsme mu čas letu, ale že nevíme, jak rychle se dostaneme z letiště na ubytování, on napsal, že nám v den příjezdu ráno pošle kontakt na někoho, kdo nás pustí dovnitř. Ráno žádný kontakt neposlal. Musela jsem mu opakovaně psát, i paní majitelce. Před příjezdem nám bylo asi 5x opakovaně napsáno, že musíme hned zaplatit tourist tax 42 euro. Venku jsme čekali chvíli a přišel pán, otec od paní majitelky, NEUMÍ ANI SLOVO ANGLICKY. Ani se nesnaží se s vámi přes překladač dorozumět. Mluví pouze italsky, takže jsme se vlastně nic nedozvěděly. Pří příchodu na pokoj jsme zjistily, že klimatizace normálně funguje a že snídaně mít budeme. Vrácení depozitu - depozit nám měl být vrácen do 5 pracovní dní od ukončení pobytu. Čekali jsme týden, poté jsem majitelce napsala, ta mi odepsala, ať ji pošlu můj IBAN, já ji psala, že podle bookingu mi mají peníze vrátit na stejný účet, odkud byly strženy. Pak se mi už paní neozvala a za týden se mi ozval pan majitel, že teprv teď peníze poslali - se slovy, že byl na dovolené, má hodně práce a nejsem jediná, která čeká. Koupelna - sprcha - plíseň. Čištění pokoje - ručníky nám nevyměnili nikdy, prostěradlo jen obrátili..

• CINZIA (8/5): Il personale di booking ha prontamente risposto quando ho avuto bisogno. - Innanzitutto ringrazio l'operatore di booking per tutto il supporto prima della partenza. La stanza era piccola ma la posizione ottima e facilmente raggiungibile. La zona offre diversi locali ed è vivace. Il bagno è rumoroso, piccolo. Tuttavia è dotato di tutto. Manca l'armadio in camera. La colazione potrebbe essere arricchita con succo di frutta o yogurt inclusi.

Thanks a lot. - The room was clean, and overall, very well located, close to supermarkets, Metro station and the Vatican. The check-in was strict until 8:00 pm, even the landlord was very kind and allowed us to get in at 8:30 pm. We appreciate a lot that gesture with us! Thanks! When traveling is hard to estimate the time of arrival, specially when one depends on train delays, which are normal in this season.

• Sharon (5/5): Buyer Beware! - You get what you pay for I guess with the style of room but I would not stay here again. I was there for 2 nights. There is an electric toilet, I had never experienced that before even though I travel often and this was my 8th trip to Rome. The thing went off constantly all day and ALL night. It was very loud and I could not sleep through it. So I literally had no sleep for 2 nights that prevented me from fully enjoying my trip to Rome. Also wifi is spotty at best so if it's important, book elsewhere (exactly what the host told me when I asked about it not working) .

• Masoud (6/5): Near to vatican it could be cleaner. - It was close to the vatican. The owner accepted to keep our luggage at 11:00 which is two hours before check in. It was not super clean. The bed was noisy. The other room was talking with phone at 2:00 a.m and waked up us.
• Elizabeth (5/5): Good location, wish we could not have had cleaning - Really good location, close to tourist attractions and restaurants while still feeling safe. There was a laundromat down the road which was handy. We were able to either walk or catch the train to everywhere we wanted to get to which was great. We saw a cockroach on the bed on the first day. Second day the owner said we needed to be home to open the door to do a maintenance spray- we had a tour booked and couldn’t so they just said they’d come in themselves. The next day they complained there were clothes on the floor and open suitcases but there was not where to put them. We weren’t given the option to not have cleaning so they just let themselves into our room everyday while we were out.

Not enough toiletries (4 small bags of shower gel for 2 people for 7 days stay). Not possible to regulate water temperature, it was either boiling hot or cold

It smells horrendous and you are ripped off with the local charge. - Location was good The room had an horrendous smell, we had to buy candles to mask it and the shower was held together with sealant, when we complained we was told 'its a problem with the building' when i pointed out that the other rooms did not smell, i was then told 'my mum is about to die so your problem belongs to, which i repeat, a condominium problem!' This is just plain rude. We were also charged double what the room room rate stated per person, but had no choice to pay it or we couldn't stay or get a refund.

• Dorota (7/5): Good - Perfect location for short-stay. This apartment building is within a 5-minute walk of the Vatican Museum. Small room comes with an ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for two people. It is clean and tidy. There is a lovely bakery shop just a few meters away, where you can find delicious buns for a quick breakfast ;) There was just the fridge as the kettle and coffee maker were removed the day after our arrival. After a long day of walking and visiting, we had been looking forward to a cup of warm tea before bedtime. However, we were disappointed to find that the kettle and coffee machine were gone. When I asked about it, my question was ignored, which left a bad impression on me.

• Lucas (10/5): Good enough for the money, but it could use some minor improvements. - It's very simple but more than enough for any traveler who knows how to get around. They made the bed every day and instructions were straight forward. Location is perfect, the street is very quiet and so close to the Vatican. I wish there were less keys to get into the place. Having to juggle between 4 keys to get in is a mess. The floor is really really cold and the room didn't have any carpets.

There suppose to be refund if second was not around, promised of second bed was not done when the second guest arrived 2. Check in and out procedures was too rigid, make it flexible, though hurts were waiting. Allow checking out guests to keep their luggage pending the actual time of departure at no cost
