• Sergio (10/5): - La atención a los pequeños detalles, como los rollos de papel higienico con un lazo, la colocación de los adornos de la cama, la manera de colocar el paño de cocina... Son pequeños gestos que marcan la diferencia. Todo lo demás perfecto: apartamento funcional, limpio y acogedor. La cama muy cómoda. Las ventanas no aislan bien del todo el ruido de la calle, sin llegar a ser tampoco molesto.
• María (8/5): - Sitio bonito, limpio, bien ubicado. Entraba muchísimo ruido por la ventana. Incluso estando en un quinto piso creo que era, se oían los coches como si estuviesen pasando justo al lado de la ventana.

Rengeteg üzlet van a környéken. Gyönyörű a kilátás. Rendelkezik garázzsal. Mi csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, ha legközelebb ellátogatunk Santa Cruzba, akkor feltétlenül keresni fogjuk ezt a szállást.

Initially, we were told the parking would be on the street, which is almost impossible in the centre of Santa Cruz. After insisting for clarification, we were informed that the exact parking location would only be provided once we had accessed the apartment. This created a difficult situation on arrival. My partner had to stop temporarily at the only available roadside space and wait while I went to access the apartment, which is approximately seven minutes away and located on the fifth floor. Additionally, the parking basement can only be accessed via an elevator that requires a key. There is no stair access. This meant that once we left the apartment and returned the keys at checkout, the car would no longer have been accessible. As a result, it was impossible for us to leave the apartment for a short walk before departure without risking being unable to retrieve the vehicle.

Incheckningen var lite krånglig. Vi kom inte in i porten nere med det man skulle ”slida” i det mail man fick. Vi gick in med folk som bodde i huset. Dörren till lägenheten öppnades med ”sliden”

• Leticia (6/5): - La ubicación era muy buena y el apartamento estaba bastante limpio y la cama era muy cómoda Pasamos muchísimo calor,el aire acondicionado estaba roto,de lo cual no nos informaron y de haberlo sabido hubiéramos alquilado otro apartamento,pq en este, da el sol prácticamente todo el día y fue insoportable el calor que hacía,lo cual hizo desagradable la estancia
• Stefania (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen wenn Klimaanlage wieder funktioniert - Perfekte Lage, ich musste nur eine Nacht im Norden verbringen um an Flughafen Nord zu gelangen. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön und angenehm, hatte alles was man braucht. Check-in hat auch super funktioniert. Für mein Geschmack etwas zu viele Nachrichten zum Checkin, aber wird wohl Gründe haben, da nicht jeder gleich schnell in die Wohnung findet. Einmal drinnen war noch der physische Schlüssel, was mir sehr gut gefiel, da ich kein Fan von digitalen Schlüssel bin. Das einzig Negative war, dass die Klimanalage ausser Betrieb war (gemäss ältere Bewertungen wohl schon seit einiger Zeit so). Das Zimmer war sehr heiss. Immerhin hatte es ein Ventilator für die Nacht, war aber nicht dasselbe.

Un’ora per entrare con assistenza via chat virtuale senza riuscire a parlare con una persona reale! Si può parcheggiare solo dopo essere entrati in appartamento, con auto in sosta su una delle strade più trafficate della città… Aria condizionata non funzionante, così come lavastoviglie. Caldo insostenibile in casa e non si possono aprire le finestre per rumore del forte traffico. Sconsiglio fortemente!

• Steven (5/5): Excellent location, clean but disappointing attitude towards AC. - Clean apartment, centre of town with free parking below. It was easy to get once we knew how, very odd with what was termed as a ‘virtual key’. Until we grasped it, it was complicated. We were told about instructions but I received 11 emails and some of them the text was condensed and unreadable. Now my big issue which is why I didn’t give the top feedback. This apartment had big windows and was south facing and was like a sauna when we arrived. There was AC but there was a sign saying it was temporarily out of service, as was the dishwasher. We enquired about other availability and were informed there were none with AC. It’s clear this company don’t want you to use any electricity to increase profit. And guess what, we tested the AC and found it fully functioning.

L'accesso è stato un pochino complicato ma poi grazie all'aiuto dello staff siamo riusciti ad entrare nell'appartamento. La camera è grande e soddisfacente con vetrata a bella vista sul mare e all'Auditorium di S.ta Cruz de Tenerife. E' presente un climatizzatore non incluso nell'offerta, ma era fuori uso

It’s also right above a shopping center with a supermarket and a coffee shop. We would have liked to have some kitchen hand towels and at least one more smaller pan to cook. The communication with the hosts was a bit confusing.

• Julien (4/5): Only if you have no other choice - It’s near the big bus terminal. The windows are literally « paper windows », you will not be able to sleep because the street is very very noisy (you are near the bus terminal). And the window does not fully close :D the check-in was also very difficult, with a complex procedure that did not work well. Stressing too to receive several messages to ask the time we leave, we know the check out time.

We have come across this before and it is not - Very spacious apartment in a great location and with great views. Internet speed was lightning fast. Spacious and secure car park although a bit scary getting in and out, since we had a large 4x4. It was incorrectly advertised as a one bedroom apartment (deliberately or not), but it is a studio apartment. It was fine for just my wife and me but for two couples, there is zero privacy. Would be good for a couple with young kids. And it has an air-conditioning unit but it is not working. This was not clear in the description. It did say that it had a fan, but in the photos you can see an air conditioning unit on the wall. It was OK in Winter, but Summer??!!
