• Dariusz (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a charming villa - Everything. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable, free drinking water, JBL speaker, iron, and a nice mini bar for guests. Absolutely full private. I would stay there again if I were visiting Nusa Lembingan. Great contact with the owner. He is here to help. Always. Small minus for a renovation around, but for three days we hear them mostly one day. This is not the owner's fault so that I will deduct 0.5 points from the review. However, that's not feasible so that I will stick with 10—a really cool villa with a great location close to the harbor.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect Villa for couple wanting to relax and experience the best of Lembongan. - Beautiful, well Maintained Villa in an ideal location. Host and staff also made everything easy for us. Loved the decor the bed was also very comfortable. Nothing it was just what we had hoped for.

• Rebecca (10/5): A fantastic villa in the middle of town. - Perfect villa, two minutes from the beach, cafes, massages and transport. Everything was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, just like the photos. The pool and outside area were perfect too. We stayed over Nyepi and were given a breakfast hamper as we couldn’t leave the villa. The kitchenette was very handy too. A perfect villa. Highly recommend. Thanks Bron! Nothing.

• Hazreen Nursuraya (10/5): Wonderful staycation! Kind and generous owner. - The owner is very considerate regarding my arrival time. He offered to buy tickets for going and return but I already bought by myself online. I supposed to check in at 3pm but i reached there around 10am. He allowed me to drop my baggages and proceed with my island tour. Same goes to check out time, he allowed me to keep it there until my departure back to Bali. The location is near to the cafe area and the beach is walking distance. The sunset is amazing SubhanAllah. The beach is beautiful with tosca/turquoise in color. I enjoyed the private pool as well. I like the decoration and the ambience of the house. The villa is the same as described in the picture. The stargazing is wonderful at night. The owner provides sunscreen and cooling gel as additional amenities kit which is extra miles to me. He knew we all gonna get burn. And yeah we were without even notified him. For the breakfast, the owner gave us the vouchers, but we didn’t use it. Maybe next visit. I enjoyed the private pool very much. It’s a nice stay and highly recommended! The air-con needs to be place at the living area. It’s pretty hot right there. The mosquitoes starts coming in the evening but manageable. The leaves in the pool need to be removed. I would prefer the breakfast to be sent to the room rather than going to the cafe. Got no energy to wake up early after hectic days . I think the soap and conditioner need to be changed bcz it doesn’t smell good anymore or maybe expired. To provide two pairs of slippers would be nice but overall is fantastic! Thank you for your hospitality. It’s a nice stay, therefore i still give perfect 10!
• Andrea (10/5): - Tolle kleine Villa, sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Zudem perfekte Lage, da die Insel in beide Richtungen gut mit dem Roller zu erkunden ist. Ein schöner Strand, gute Lokale, Laundry und Spa sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Auf die Empfehlungen des Gastgebers (Spa, Schnorcheltour, Bäckerei(!)) ist absolut verlass. Ruhige Umgebung und abends hört man den Tokeh (natürlich immer mind. 7 mal😉) rufen. Fazit: Wir werden unseren Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank dafür! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

It is perfect for privacy and relaxation. Everything is very clean, new, and thoughtfully arranged — the villa has everything you need and even more. The location is convenient, as it is situated in the center of the island. Having a private pool makes the stay even more enjoyable. It is also close to the harbor, which is very practical when planning fast boat transfers. We chose Setia Fast Boats for our return trip — the harbor is very close to the villa and the boat was very comfortable. Nothing — everything was perfect.

Direct contact number for local scooter hire which were bought directly to the villa. Washing picked up directly from the door and bought back. The villa was close walking distance restaurants, bars & activities. Cold water dispenser, stocked mini bar and a variety of choice for breakfast. Pool was lovely we had an amazing stay!

• Juan (7/5): Great location, nice place, however, poor sleeping experience. - The location was amazing, just a few short steps from the beach. Great plunge pool to cool down on hot days. Bron and the staff were very super nice 😊 The aircon was not great 😔. The main room is small and even rat max setting the aircon was just making the room barely ok to sleep (23-24 degrees) some nights. No aircon in the living room, was also a bit negative as it made super uncomfortable watching TV in warm arvos/nights Old bed frame: The bed frame was super noisy! Every time any of us turned during the night the noise use to wake us up 😔

There was nothing we didn’t like.. although when we first got off boat( early before check in) we weren’t sure how to get there via the google maps, and the walk up around the back of the cafe/shops was abit of an ‘ah oh’ moment for us complete newbies, but turned out it is a super easy short walk from main beach. I think you can arrange someone to meet you ?… but I missed that part 😁

Bron (owner) was very responsive via WhatsApp. The fridge was fully stocked with free drinks and snacks which was a lovely surprise. Overall it was a perfect stay for us.

Ce qui est très agréable. La villa est propre, très cocooning, et confortable. Un petit coin en hauteur pour bouquiner et voir quelques écureuils. Salle de bain grande. Tout est joliment décoré. Un de mes coup de cœur de Bali. Le petit déjeuner est servi au restaurant a 2 pas avec le personnel adorable et surtout sur la plage. Nous avons tout a proximité, restaurants, boutiques, plages plus tranquilles, promenade sur la corniche pour voir le coucher de soleil ou profiter d un café. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix. Rien

• Tytus (10/5): The villa gave me privacy and tranquility, which is all I need. - When you walked through the wooden doors, I was impressed and felt the tranquility of the plunge pool as it wrapped around to the front door, the vila design was warm and inviting. The host provided all sorts of goodies in the fridge,the linen/towels and robes were soft. We slept like babies even the 2 boys(14-11) loved it!
• Peter (8/5): We loved our time on Lembongan, and Santai Villas were lovely and in a great location. - Breakfast included, private pool, super close to the Harbour (just a few minutes walk), quiet location, very spacious, well appointed and Bron(the host) was amazing and so very helpful for us first timers to Lembongan with great tips and advice, and communication. The only fault was that it was across the road from a local cemetery where the locals burned a lot of rubbish, and the smoke constantly drifted towards our villa.

Loved all of it - from the very tasteful furniture, to the comfy bed & biggest shower of all times. Very warm welcome by the owner herself, who was always in touch with us by whatsapp (before & during our stay). A fruit basket & fridge with drinks and snacks was provided free of charge, which was a really nice surprise. This place comes with so much love for details :) Breakfast was also included - either 2min walking distance or you could get it delivered. Plenty of games for rainy days or cozy evenings are provided. Sunscreen / aloe vera is even provided. The location is just 2min walking to the beach / shops which was perfect. A scooter rental is just next door. The pool is really refreshing. Definitely missed some things I wanted to put in this review, but we would definitely book again & return!! Thanks so much for having us!!

The bed was so comfortable and the location was great. Easily accessible to get around either by a short walk down the road or on bike ( which was arranged for during our stay) Bron was very responsive and regularly checked in with us to see how we were doing. We loved the complimentary stocked mini bar and Netflix in main living area , the little touches made it very homely. There was also a guide with loads of recommendations in and when we spoke to bron about certain restaurants, every place she recommended was 10/10. We even swam with manta rays which was the most unbelievable experience. It was the perfect addition to our honey moon and we really didn’t want to leave lembongan. N/a

• Nora (10/5): Magical Villa in Nusa Lembongan! - We had a fantastic stay at this villa – it was truly magical! The place was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The pool was amazing, and the air conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly. The large shower was lovely, and we really appreciated the fully stocked fridge upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch. The entire process from booking to check-in and check-out went smoothly. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, and the housekeeping lady was absolutely wonderful. She cleaned the villa daily and even helped us with laundry – always with a smile. We were so grateful for her help and hospitality. The villa has a perfect location, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan. We would love to come back again! Honestly, everything was absolutely wonderful and we were truly happy with our stay. If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would be that the living room/kitchen area got a bit warm during the day. We couldn’t quite get it cool enough to spend much time there comfortably. That said, it’s just a tiny detail and didn’t take away from the overall experience – we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back anytime!

• Mandy (9/5): Quiet Gem - We loved everything about Santai Villas, the property was exceptionally styled and appointed with a beautiful boho feel, we experienced high quality linen, a filtered water system, and a smart TV with complimentary Netflix access. The plunge pool was well used during our stay and little extras to welcome us like a fruit basket and drinks in the fridge were appreciated.Hosts were very obliging with information. The location was fabulous, not beach front but so so close it didn't worry us. Aircon only in the bedroom which offered a welcome cool space, the ceiling fan in the main living area provided good air circulation.

• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect stay in charming Nusa Lembongan villa - We stayed in Villa 2 for one night and had an excellent and comfortable stay. The villa is beautifully appointed and decorated. Prime location with the beach, restaurants, and spas within easy walking distance. The villa housekeeper was incredibly friendly in passing and does a brilliant job keeping the property immaculately clean. The private pool was the perfect temperature for a dip after a long travel day. Additional details and thoughtful touches like the cold water dispenser and complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge were a highlight. We also really appreciated the TV having its own Netflix account for the villa, so we didn’t have to faff about trying to log in with our own. Given the reasonable price point of the accommodation we were really impressed and felt it was great value for money. The host was also a great communicator and so easy to get in touch with. The host also provided a wealth of local knowledge and recommendations in the binder. Nothing!
• Hayden (1/5): If you value your health, please AVOID. - Niko our host was fantastic & the location is great. Bed was comfy. Pool is nice & refreshing, however is poorly constructed like the rest of the property. The mould situation here is genuinely atrocious. It smells musty/mouldy; the roof has rot through & drips mould particles all over the floor; you’re forced to breathe in it. I’m shocked that the owner was there when we checked in & thought this was acceptable. We flagged our concern via Whatsapp to our host during our stay. The villa has significant water leaks which left majority of the floors in bathroom+lounge wet & we were forced to walk through it during our stay trying not to slip. Get up to go to the toilet/get a drink of water = wet feet every time. Water was pouring out of the walls in the bathroom too. We flagged this with staff yet they never directly responded to this. I feel a partial refund should have been offered. Important to understand that the bedroom has A/C, but the lounge+bathroom are very very hot/humid as they’re completely open to the elements & unfortunately heat up too much to enjoy. Look elsewhere.
• Deanna (10/5): Lovely island, lovely people and lovey stay 🙏🏽 - I liked most of it. We felt safe and secure, close to food and within walking distance to most things. Was lovey dealing with Nicko and Purdi who were more than happy to accomodate our requests. The shower was amazing and loved the layout of the bathroom! Also loved that there’s no aircon in the lounge room but a big fan as I get way to cold in air conditioning but it’s ok in the bedroom to snuggle up with. Loved the fruit in our villa on arrival as I love this when visiting Bali. A sharp no knife to cut the fruit would have been great :) I am noise sensitive, so it was a bit noisy for me as there was fireworks every night! Every night! Sometimes they went for hours. Which set off the local dogs and that would go on for hours too, the poor things. I would have loved more comfortable lounge furniture so we could really chill, but they look great, but not very comfy. We solved this by grabbing everything from the bed to make them softer. Not something the villa owners can avoid, so not a complaint.

Niko met our ferry and assisted us to find the villa which would be difficult without help. He is a true asset to the owners and does a fantastic job caring for the Villas on behalf of the owners. The villas are very thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Beds are super comfortable and high quality linens and furnishings. Note that there is only AC in the bedroom with the bathroom having an open air shower and shares an open vaulted ceiling with the lounge area (the bedroom is glassed off to retain the cool from the AC which does not flow into the lounge which makes it warm/hot). The lounge has a ceiling fan. Having a private pool is heavenly but the space is tight and the pool is shaded for a fair bit. We were initially put in Villa 2 then moved to Villa 1 after 2 nights Both villas are basically identical except for the lounge room furniture - which in Villa 1 consists of 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a large couch. Villa 2 has 2 bamboo recliners which are very uncomfortable. The fridge stocked with drinks is a nice touch. Breakfast is at a local cafe - it’s basic and small, you can choose either a juice of a coffee plus one dish. The pancake is literally one thin pancake, the avocado smash with egg is a thin scraping of avo with and egg on top. I must admit the coffee (which we paid for as it was additional, was good). When I booked I believe I’d booked Villa 1 given the photos that accompanied the listing and the description provided. I didn’t know there was another Villa until I found their insta page. I queried if a pool lounge could be provided and on 2 occasions said I believe I’d booked Villa 1 - this was never corrected. Our booking description stated a couch and 2 beds (of which the couch was the sofa bed) Upon arrival we were checked into Villa 2 which does not have a couch but 2 very uncomfortable bamboo recliners (which do not adjust into an upright position). After 2 days we asked the host if we could move to Villa 1 as other guests were departing because of the discrepancy with the booking description and photos. Although they agreed it did come with an underlying tone that we were wrong their reply was “as mentioned when making your enquiry, we would do our best to accommodate you depending on how bookings overlap etc.” this conversation did not take place - we never made an enquiry as to which villa we were booking prior to or after making our reservation which was based entirely on the description of Villa 1 and its photos. I think the breakfast provided at the local cafe is a bit stingy for the price of the villa. Communication with the host can be slow.

• Suzanne (9/5): Beautiful brand new villa less than 2 minutes walk to the beach - Villa was stunning. Pool was lovely. Air con nice and cold. Beautiful breakfast at white corner cafe was included. Hosts were a lovely young Australian family who live in the villa next door. Nothing was too much trouble.

• Tracey (7/5): It is a beautiful little villa that I highly recommend however the ceremony blasting and lack of internet was annoying. - The property was lovely. The chairs indoors were not very comfortable if you sat for too long. More like outdoor chairs. Looked really nice though. There was no normal television and the internet was down. There was a ceremony blasting on speakers for 2 of our 3 day stay that started before 8am and lasted all day. No sleep ins.

• Conor (10/5): Perfect stay for a couple, with lovely interior design and suitable location which is close to the beach and restaurants - Santai Villas was our third and final stop of our trip and was by far the best place we stayed. Although we initially struggled to find where it was situated (partly because it’s new) the owner and management staff were extremely kind and helpful, always on hand for help and advice. The layout was of the Villa was lovely, you can tell they put some effort in the design. Pool got sunlight so was great for relaxing and the location is ideal as it’s a short walk to the beach and connected to the road which leads to the main strip. There isn’t much I can say about what I don’t like.
• Holmes (9/5): Great hosts, great place and highly recommend staying here. - Very clean, quiet and well located. Away from the main strip but close enough to walk to restaurants etc. Power intermittent but that is being amended.

• Tayara (10/5): The most beautiful villa i’ve ever stayed at. - This was by far the most beautiful villa i’ve ever stayed at. Photos don’t even do it justice. The pool was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect. Niko was so helpful, he arranged for my washing to be done as well as transport back to bali, he was so lovely. My room was cleaned daily. The shower with the open roof was also divine. Will defintely be back and have recommended to family and friends. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Niko - one of the staff, was beyond amazing: honestly, the best guy we’ve ever met (and we travel a lot!). He was super professional, always there to help out, and just an all-around great person. Whether we needed advice, directions, or just a friendly chat 😁 He met us when we arrived, sorted out our taxi, and even organized our boat back to Bali. Seriously, he made our trip so much smoother!🙏🏼 The villa itself was super clean and felt super cozy. The beach was just a quick 5-minute walk away, maybe even less. Breakfast was really tasty, with good options and nice coffee. You can tell they really take care of the place. To leave 🥲

• Mei (10/5): Tastyful villa to get away from the crowds - Everything is great. Location is good. It’s at the end of the beach so it’s not as noisy & crowded with people yet it’s only a short walk to the restaurants & dive shops. Staff are extraordinary! The manager Niko is super helpful & attentive. He waited us at the pier for 2 hours as our ferry is delayed. He helped us to arrange the transportation every day & helped solving the daily problems promptly. He made sure our stay is pleasant & organised. The villa itself is new & clean. It’s very spacious with tasteful decoration. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever tried. The water is a bit “salty” as it’s probably desalinated ocean water. It’s acceptable as we know that it’s the island thing.

The layout was fantastic, the pool was just the right size to cool off at the end of the day. The decor was well thought out and created a great feel. We were met at the beach by the staff and led to the villa, which was just a short walk from the beach. The location was also great, as we were close to the nice restaurants and bars located just up the stairs at the end of the beach. Nothing really. We’d be happy to stay again.

Brand new Villa with a beautiful Bedroom and separate lounge with a sleeper couch. Great big TV with access to Netflix and Prime. The Villa was very tastefully designed and decorated making it feel like an absolute 5 star. The bathroom was large and very comfortable with a strong shower. Great location, short stroll to the beach and many good restaurants. Very quiet. Breakfast included was amazing and right on the beach. Great coffee too for us coffee snobs. The unexpected extras thrown in made us feel very looked after - Stocked bar fridge and snacks without any charge associated, croissants delivered daily to the Villa. Niko, the person who looked after us and the Villa is a great problem solver and will ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Loved it and will definitely return.
