- Mary (10/5): Very enjoyable - Nice clean, comfortable property in a great location. Really thoughtful host and lots of nice touches throughout. Great base for exploring around the highlands. Nothing it was really good.
- Hilary (8/5): Had a lovely relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoy it all. - It was great to have some of the extra goodies left for us on our arrival -milk eggs bread etc even treats for the dog. Nice and cosy and great location. All good.

- Sandra (8/5): Lovely location and a great base for exploring. - Spacious and well equipped Would have liked instructions for the hob, a bigger sink in the bathroom, a bigger mirror in the second bedroom and a few more logs but all very minor
- David (9/5): Comfortable property, with extras provided by host. - You wouldn't expect breakfast in a Furnished Holiday Let, but the host provided everything for a good breakfast, with cereals, bacon eggs, bread, butter...Much appreciated.

Rosie made us feel so welcome, she provided us with eggs, bacon and bread for breakfast. There were coffee, tea, corn flakes, oats and even milk in the refrigerator, butter and jam. There was a dishwasher, washing machine. Laundry pods, dishwasher tablets. Would have been better if there is a dryer. The rooms are big and spacious. Only 1 bathroom
- Konstantinos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Couvillion (8/5): Very good - It is clean and close to amenities. Rooms are large and comfy The only bathroom is upstairs as are both bedrooms. Luggage has to go upstairs on a steep stair. As older folks, this was a drawback. Facilities were good and that is our only complaint.
- Rachel (10/5): Super clean, spacious property - Lovely spacious house. Exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed. Clear instructions. Check in very easy. Host communicative and accommodating. Completely unexpected but there were some provisions to welcome us including milk/bread/eggs etc. Found the location to be ideal for us, not bang in the centre of Fort william but a short (15 mins) stroll away. Parking is on roadside and plenty of space. Would recommend. Nothing, it was a great stay.
- Rachelo (9/5): Lovely stay, clean and comfortable accommodation - Really clean and well equipped. Beds were super comfortable and it was walking distance to town. Great communication 👏 The only thing that could have improved it would have been blinds in the back bedroom. Our companions woke early with the sun. Our room (front) was perfect.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood! We and our furry friend all loved it 🥰
- Ka (10/5): Exceptional - Complete facilities, breakfast provision, comfy and beautiful house
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (10/5): A very pleasant stay - The accomodation was very quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated the generous breakfast supplies, and enjoyed seeing the mountains out the window. It is a little walk into town, but we found this a flat, easy walk to do. We did not have a car, and aside from walking, we used the local taxis a couple of times, which we found to be reliable and convenient.
- Nicola (10/5): Beautifully presented and comfortable property. - Beautifully presented and comfortable property. Thoughtful “extras” wood for the fire, cleaning products, bathroom supplies! Great breakfast provisions. Quiet residential location a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Fort William. Brilliant contact from host - would stay again.
- Tobias (10/5): Exceptional - Really lovely place, clean and good facilities
- Christoph (6/5): Pleasant - The owner provided a lot of food, which was very kind small bathroom, unpleasent lights
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Well catered for. Lovely touch with having the bread, milk, bacon & eggs in arrival. Nothing
- Michelle (10/5): Lovely place - I would recommend - Clean, lovely property and lovely bonus of eggs, bread, orange juice, milk & bacon left for breakfast - a lovely homely touch that was appreciated. Front door confusing to lock but host was so helpful and only lives 2mins away if needed
- Steve (10/5): Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood - Beinn Brèagha was a beautiful home on a very quiet street. Rosie was extremely responsive to any questions. The home has wonderful touches including having breakfast items available (eggs, bread, butter, jams, bacon & milk). The view of Ben Nevis from the back bedroom and the nook off the kitchen were great. The bedrooms were also the most spacious of the seven we stayed at during our trip. If you like walking, footpaths by the River Lochy and Loch Linnhe are handy. Relatively easy walks to the Old Inverlochy Castle and Ben Nevis Distillery if you are interested. Morrisons grocery is beside the station. Be sure to download the More Card app for savings there. A Lidl is also on the way from the station close to the Morrisons. Aldi and another grocery are slightly closer to the property if you are inclined to walk on the metal railroad overpass and a short distance on a dirt path. I discovered those walking to Ben Nevis Distillery. This has nothing to do with the home and we knew what we were getting into when we booked the property, but it's a fair haul from the ScotRail station to the property with luggage (yes, we hoofed it about 7/10 of a mile with one slight uphill) and I don't know if there are great options in Fort William for transportation. You would need to check into that if you're not prepared to walk. Also, there is only one bath but, again, we knew that when we booked. Also, be aware that you need to find a restaurant early in Ft. William. They fill fast and none that we found will stay open late to accommodate the hungry. Once they fill to capacity close to closing time, they stop admitting patrons. Plan on takeaway fish & chips if you're late for dinner.
- Michele (10/5): Wonderful stay & I’d highly recommend. Will definitely come back! - Perfect location for our Scotland adventures. It was homey and having breakfast items was such a lovely touch. We didn’t feel rushed to run out and get breakfast or go to a grocery store.
- Samantha (10/5): Lovely property in beautiful location - Lovely property in great location, the owner kindly left the essentials which was greatly appreciated. Nothing
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - Location
Cleanliness Just one toilet
No drier
- Emmaansley (9/5): Excellent Location and Comfortable, Welcoming Home, Would Definitely Stay Again - The location was fantastic for climbing Ben Nevis and for seeing all the sights. Comfortable home and very clean. The welcome basket was well thought out, with a M&S loaf of bread, eggs and lots of yummy goodies. A bottle of prosecco was also waiting for us. The fridge had two packs of bacon, milk and butter patties. The cupboard under the stairs had a doggy towel and lots of bowls. The welcome basket also included dog treats. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom modern and all in good order, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was provided. The kitchen looked new and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There was washing up liquid and cleaner supplied. Communication from Rosie was excellent. There was a small garden at the back with a picnic bench/table, which was great for the dogs when we were home. There was a little conversation about the price of two dogs, but this was soon sorted out and I was left happy with the outcome. The back garden did need a bit of TLC, but was great to have with our two dogs.
- Scott (9/5): Great stay in a lovely house - Clean and clearly well kept property. Great communication with Rosie and ideal location for taking in Nevis and exploring the area. Plenty space for on-street parking nearby and very much appreciated accommodating dogs too - our dog loved the treats that were there on arrival!
- Anne (10/5): The best place to stay when visiting the Scottish Highlands and Sky Islands - The best place to stay when visiting the Scottish Highlands and Sky Islands
- Jacqui (8/5): A lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the world. - Nicely renovated. Very clean. Breakfast supplied - fresh bread and spreads, eggs, bacon, milk and fruit juice: The shower doesn’t work very well. Low pressure and switches between too cold and too hot
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Spotlessly clean , great location and good communication with the host Cannot fault it
- Kelly (6/5): House is decent enough but expensive for what it is and host a a bit of a rude busybody. - The host was quite rude. When we left we accidentally managed to miss picking up two dog poos and received a very rude message from the host about it saying we didn't follow the instructions left in the book and it was horrible for her "cleaner (daughter)" and she may stop allowing dogs. It was honestly an accident and we paid a dog fee of £20 per dog so it just seemed a bit wild and honestly off-putting. I would not stay here again. If you don't want dogs, don't allow them.
- Simon (10/5): Lovely house great location and we felt looked after by the host. - Very lovely house a home from home.
Lovely little touches like bacon and eggs and milk etc left for us.
Towels and linen and etc all ready and waiting.
A very nice stay, thank you Rosie.
Best Regards
Simon, Petya, Steffi and Borko.
- Denise (10/5): Great! - Very clean and nice Everything was okay
- Prawal (10/5): A great find!!! - It was a typical English lane with a beautiful front garden.
Kitchen was well stocked with amenities.
I would love to come here again. Back garden needed some care.
There is a beautiful sun room next to the back garden.
- Gillian (6/5): Pleasant -
- Teresa (10/5): A lovely home at the base of Ben Nevis that caters to all needs. - Travelling with my parents through Scotland and this is the most comfortable and homely place we’ve stayed. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. There is street parking available and all amenities were working. It was such a nice touch to arrive and find fresh bread, milk, orange juice and eggs. These small gestures go along way. No issues with the property.
- Emma (9/5): Superb - A bery clean property. Breakfast goods were an unexpected bonus. All good.
- Debra (10/5): Our stay was great and would stay again! - The place had everything we needed! It was so great to have the refrigerator stocked with milk and Orange juice as well as breakfast food. And a basket of snacks! Rosie is a great host.
- Timothy (9/5): A hidden gem... - The cleanliness and breakfast offerings were top drawer. While communication from Rose was excellent prior to arrival, we were unable to reach her with questions during our stay.
- Matt (10/5): Perfect for our long weekend stay in Fort William. - Lock box with code given before arrival was very straightforward. Rosie allowed us an early check in at no extra cost. She left us a generous feast for our breakfasts (also hot cross buns and Easter eggs). There was a dog blanket and dog bowls available for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to enjoy eating in the dining area. Rosie was quick to respond to messages.
- Gayle (9/5): Superb -
- Jade (10/5): Perfect - The cosyest place to come back to after a full day exploring the surrounding areas. Incredible location and was so lovely. I would definitely come back to stay again Nothing
- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lodges (8/5): Very good -
- Narendra (10/5): Had a lovely stay here, despite the weather! Rosie was the perfect host. We had a lovely welcome pack which even inclu - It was in a nice quiet, housing estate. Central to where I wanted to be. The locals were very friendly. There isn’t anything I didn’t like.
- Chakit (8/5): Very good -
- James (10/5): Y - From check-in, the owner notified us that the place was ready early. Upon arrival, check-in was easy, the place was clean, very well stocked, and even old-school short-term rental, a welcome basket complete with proseco.
The location is ideal, quiet street easy walk to town. Beds were comfortable, and there was even a working fire placewhich was great after a day of hiking in in and out rain. Would return again if I ever return to Fort Williams. Thanks, Rose, for a great stay!
- Bert (9/5): Superb - Extra touches, bread butter and jam for toast in the morning, shortbread and Prosecco on arrival.
- Fabio (10/5): Exceptional house - Exceptional house with a lot of space, clean and the host leaved us anything needed, also for the breakfast. It was simply perfect.
Thanks!

- Julie (10/5): Great would definately recommend - Spotless, lovely welcome pack, spacious, everything we were looking for Towels for shower bit on small side
- Wilma (10/5): Extremely enjoyable - The location of the property is very good, convenient. It was in mint
Condition which is very impressive; it’s very well equipped with everything needed. The host has been very helpful and responded our requests promptly. We will definitely like to stay in the same place if we visit Fort William again The washing basin in the toilet is too small

Would definitely stay again! Nothing everything fantastic
