• Nigrogno (6/5): Host disponibile e gentile, posizione molto buona ma senza vista, appartamento molto ampio, pulito, bagno e accessori da - La posizione comoda alla stazione e al lungomare. Alloggio accessibile ai disabili e molto silenzioso. L’host ci ha offerto un appartamento molto ampio e con soffitti alti e dotato di cucina interna con acque e caffè a disposizione. L’appartamento ha il condizionatore. Il bagno con problemi di muffa, perdite acqua dal piatto doccia verso il pavimento del bagno e dal soffione doccia che spruzza in tutte le direzioni; coperchio wc rotto, rubinetto bagno e cucina che spruzzano fuori dal lavandino. Camera senza aria diretta (con apertura verso la cucina). Lampadina comodino non funzionante. Atmosfera fredda (illuminazione).

• Diadei (8/5): Ho soggiornato lì una notte (tra il 10 e 11 aprile 2026) mi sono trovata super bene, personale disponibile, camera pulit - Stanza super pulita, ottima zona centrale, personale accogliente, c’è anche una cucina in comune per chi volesse usufruirne e la mia stanza aveva anche il balconcino. Camera un po piccola ma per una notte più che sufficiente
• Enza (6/5): Esperienza carina con dei punti da migliorare - Nulla in particolare da segnalare, se non la posizione molto comoda: la struttura si trova vicino a una fermata della metro, facilmente raggiungibile. Da apprezzare anche la gentilezza del gestore. Il materasso del letto è pessimo: non si riesce a dormire e ti svegli piena di dolori. L’angolo destro sembra cedere perché il materasso è troppo sottile. Le pulizie non vengono fatte tutti i giorni, va bene, ma va specificato. Inoltre, ogni ospite dovrebbe avere asciugamani a sufficienza per tutto il soggiorno, non solo uno set. Le pareti sono sottilissime, si sente tutto: con questa insonorizzazione gli animali non dovrebbero essere ammessi.

• Alessandro (7/5): Soggiorno in famiglia - Interni nuovi, semplici, essenziali ma c’è il necessario per soggiornare. Posizione molto strategica. Il proprietario gentilissimo, accogliente, disponibile e con tanto desiderio di fare e migliorare la sua nuova attività. Sei sulla buona strada, con qualche piccolo accorgimento avrai ottimi risultati. Il palazzo nel quale è situata la struttura. Il materasso non è comodissimo, non aveva topper e nel rifare il letto ho trovato dei capelli sul copri materasso.

• Livrieri (10/5): Un caldo e accogliente soggiorno - La stanza di dimensioni giuste anche considerando che eravamo in tre. Ho trovato tutto pulito e in ordine. Anche il bagno era comodo, pulito e di dimensioni giuste Forse in bagno, ma in generale su tutte le strutture, più ripiani dove appoggiare beauty o altro. Però non è assolutamente una critica anzi mi sono trovato molto bene

• massimo (8/5): - La struttura è pulita e ben organizzata. L'ubicazione è semicentrale ma sicuramente tranquilla. Chi gestisce la struttura (Pietro) è una persona gentile e disponibile; la ha rilevata da tre mesi. Riesce a gestire diversi servizi a distanza. L'appartamento è molto grande e ci sono 4 unità indipendenti di diversi tagli, ognuna con porta blindata. Avevo letto commenti di altri ospiti che parlavano di letti morbidi ed acqua calda che arriva scarsa e tardi in bagno. Secondo me vanno precisate le cose: 1) il letto è morbido se ci si siede ma per dormire va benissimo (e parla una persona che utilizza i letti duri); 2)essendo l'appartamento molto grande è normale che si siano tubature molto lunghe dalla caldaia ai bagni delle 4 unità e questo richiede tempo, ma non ho rilevato poca acqua calda nel fare la doccia. Come dire, dipende da quanto siete critici.

• Ilario (7/5): Trasferta di lavoro. - Pulizia e stanze La mancanza dell'accoglienza e dell'accertamento della persona come prescritto dalla legge. Mancanza del CIN all'ingresso della struttura. La mancanza di correttezza sul prezzo indicato, sul sito viene indicato parcheggio privato quindi considerato nel prezzo, invece mi sono stati chiesti 15,00€ telefonicamnete, (che essendo un viaggio di lavoro spero siano stai messi in fattura) , che per correttezza ho lasciato con la relativa tassa di soggiorno.

• Kaspars (10/5): Nice and beautiful place and helpful owner - definitely recommend! - Very nice place and very friendly and helpful owner. All those small issues (if any) are solved lightning-fast and in the best possible way for the visitors. You never feel lost if any question - the owner will always help you out. - apartment was nice and clean. If you wish it even cleaner, just ask the owner and he will arrange it. - good and operational air conditioning. Few things to take into account (definitely, not a bad or non-survivable issues, just I wish I would know them beforehand): - this is a large flat, divided into several smaller apartments. Some of them have their own small kitchen, but some are to be using a main kitchen. - our family had a large suite with own kitchen, freezer, etc., but coffee machine was located in the main kitchen. - no washing machine available.

• Lucia (10/5): Fantastica location a Napoli - Ottima posizione comoda per la fermata metro Megellina (15/20 min per il centro storico)e vicinissimo al mare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti e locali super consigliati. Stanza piccolina ma con tutti i confort, cucina disponibile per prepararsi qualcosa. B&B molto bello. Pietro che lo gestisce è davvero gentile e super disponibile! I prodotti da bagno potrebbero essere migliori ma comunque era presente tutto il necessario
• Joanna (6/5): Pleasant - Comparing to other parts of Naples the location was good and we felt quite safe. There was a fridge in the room The room was dirty. There were long dark hairs, dust, sticky stains and traces of unwashed blood and makeup on the pillowcase. The shower pressure was very weak; it was impossible to wash in warm water.
• Hiroko (7/5): Great for those who will go to the Maradona stadium to watch a match - It was relatively close to the Maradona stadium - the main reason I chose the place. It was a little bit sterile, and the shower pressure was a bit weak, but not a major negative.

• Charlotte (7/5): Good - It was a very nice apartment. It was just a bit odd because you share the same common area with other rooms, which is nice in theory. On my occasion all the other rooms were booked out by a huge Italian friend group who assumed that they were alone and partied all night.
• Eleni (7/5): Good - Located in a nice area of Naples, not that with bad reputation. Many options around for food and coffee. The room had nice decoration, was pretty clean and the staff helpful. Close to the beach front and to metro station. The room was very small and the shower the same. I think next time we will prefer something closer to the center.
• William (9/5): Great location, comfortable room, super friendly staff - Great location - a 5 minute walk to Mergellina metro station. Mergellina is a very safe, pleasant and upmarket neighbourhood. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

• Uribe (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless, and it was very easy to check in. the kitchen was fully equipped and the most important if you visit Naples in summer time, it had A/C. The host was always responsive. The location was fantastic and well-communicated. The train station is around the corner, supermarket one block away, many restaurants and well connected with the downtown.
• Paola (7/5): Was ok to crush - It’s very close to the main transport, you have a supermarket close by, self and easy check in, Silvia was lovely. The bed is extremely soft.

• Marat (10/5): Great place to stay in Napoli - Maison Silvia's apartment are located not far from metro station in a very nice and quite place. Soundproofing is very good. Room is equiped with refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle. The bathroom is very good. Tea/coffee, cookies is provided fo free. Supermarket is very closely and In front of the guest house you can find a cafe with fresh croissants and coffee. There are wonderful restoraurants aroud (50 Kalo - Michlen star; Napoli 1820). 5 min to the see promenade. Highly recommend Silvia's guest house and will be happy to book again.

Street was not a good look but once in the apartment it was good. Had a problem with the A/C leaking water, sparking and tripped lights out. When reset main door and apartment door left open all night as electric controled. Confirmed to owner this needs to be sorted.

• Hasan (9/5): Great stay in Naples - Everything was good, exactly as you can see from the pictures. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious as well, the room was recently renovated, it has very good WIFI signal and speed, quite surrounding building, and you can smell nice fragrance from the outer door. The owner "Silvia" was super helpful, and quickly responding, the check-in was super fast, and she were reliable and trustworthy to do business with her. All in all it was great stay and I recommend her accommodation, because she takes care of her guests. All was good.
• Evzen (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, and still just 15 minutes from the city centre, which is easily accessible with public transport. The metro station is in 3 minutes walking distance, the bus stop is also nearby. The room seems to have been recently renovated, everything is perfectly clean. A balcony is part of the room and you can leave the window open during the night as it overlooks a quiet courtyard. The mattress of the bed is too soft. But that can only be my problem.

• James (9/5): Clean, modern appartment in a superb area of Napels - The apartment was very modern and very clean within a secure apartment block. It is located in a very safe district between Chiaia and Mergellina, 5 minutes walk from the sea front with good restaurants and cafes. It is also a 5 minute walk from Mergellina train and metro station where you can access regular trains direct to the center of Naples and the central train station within 15 mins. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage for clothes etc and a good sized bathroom. We had use of a communal kitchen and dining area that was cleaned regularly, but we also had a small fridge and kettle in the room. The host was very friendly and helpful and responded to all communication very quickly. They even provided us with a lift to the airport when we left. We were very happy with our stay and pleased we chose to stay in this area as it was very convenient for getting around and felt very safe and welcoming.
