The apartment is well equipped and furnished to a very good standard. The underground car park with a direct lift to the door is excellent and. • Stan (9/5): - Er was veel aanwezig om te koken. Er waren ook 2 badkamers wat echt een pluspunt is. Ligging was echt goed om restaurantjes en bars in Moraira te bezoeken. De ondergrondse parkeerplaats is ook echt een meevaller. Host was heel vriendelijke en makkelijk bereikbaar Enige kleine minpuntje is dat er weinig zon op het terras is maar voor de rest alles tip top.

• Gapyearforme (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent. A contemporary feel with an excellent penthouse wrap-around terrace with sliding doors for access. Contact with the owner was very easy via WhatsApp and we were given good advice about the power outages. The owner provided good information about access to the property and key collection. The wardrobe was tired and needed some maintenance. The power went off twice due to being overloaded. This was when we only had the air-conditioning on plus a hair-dryer and on the second occurrence the air-conditioning plus the dishwasher. The sliding doors to the terrace could not be locked. The shutter to the bedroom window could not be raised.

Excellent wifi and air conditioning. The location is perfect, bars, restaurants, shops and the marina just a short walk away.

Also the small touches like blanket in lounge and an extra one in the bedroom for colder evenings - lots of coat hangers, washing machine and dishwasher. Great outdoor space. Ideal location and great communication with the host when needed. It was like home from home - everything had been though of. The only addition we would have liked is a kettle as the hot water from the coffee machine is not hot enough for Tea (had to then heat in the microwave)
