Fantastic views of the bay and very peaceful. It was magical and just what we needed. There was nothing we didnt like. The cottage is beautiful in a stunning location and perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved it.

• Simon (10/5): Loved this place and would highly recomnend - The cottage has been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated then decorated so well - it is clearly well loved and pretty much perfect - easy to find (old red phone box in the garden) and park as well in reserved spot out front. Nothing - it is superb!

If I had to pick on one tiny thing… the WiFi could be better. But in reality, we weren’t there for the WiFi, we were there for the highlands. Great place overall!

• brenda (10/5): It was a very peaceful relaxing break - The house was in a wonderful spot, with stunning views and gardens. The house was comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen was very well supplied with equipment. Cleanliness could not be faulted The approach is a bit steep, but the owner pointed out that there is an alternative entrance we could use
• Christine (10/5): Sehr nette Vermieter, frisch renoviertes geschmackvolles Cottage an einem besonderen Ort - Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dass wir so fürsorglich empfangen worden. Es war ein großer Sturm und sie haben uns rechtzeitig gewarnt und trotz Stromausfall haben wir ein sehr entspannten Abend vorm Kamin gehabt. Die Vermieter haben alles gemacht, um es für uns gemütlich zu machen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetund vom Vorraum gibt es ein herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht, wo die Fischerei Boote sind. Wir haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt.
• Trine Jahr (10/5): Vakkert, stille og et perfekt sted for å nyte vakre Loch Torridon - Utrolig sjarmerende hus og beliggenhet ved en liten bukt i rolige omgivelser. Huset var nyoppusset og med topp standard. Et perfekt utgangspunkt for turer langs noen av de vakreste områdene skottland har å by på. Ble fulgt opp av veldig hyggelig vertskap.
• Brit (10/5): Exceptional rental cottage. - This was an outstanding place - my favourite rental throughout our 3 week visit to Scotland. Really well maintained property - my husband couldn't stop pointing out the excellent workmanship in the renovation work. There were photos of the original cottage on display. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was well appointed, including a washing machine. Host provided a lovely welcome packet (biscuits, milk, tea etc). The garden was filled with flower beds and bird feeders. Great view of the bay from the living room. We didn't have the weather to sit in the garden but if a tad warmer and drier, we would have eaten B/L/D there! The road was quiet and we definitely found this a very peaceful spot. The location suited us - the nearest restaurant was about 10 mins away and was good but there is not much else nearby so might not suit everyone. Internet was really slow. At times too slow to download a hiking route map No space for suitcases - bedroom full with bed/small tables and the hallway had a bookcase where a suitcase could have been left open. Small complaint!
• Lorenz (10/5): A dream. Simply a dream - A fantastically beautiful accommodation in indescribably beautiful surroundings. Easy to find, I had no problems at all. Approach requires some practice or caution when driving on single track roads, but easily doable. Newly renovated house, masterfully crafted. Every detail is delightful. The garden: loving, inspiring, stunning, very well-kept, simply indescribable! The entire apartment is extremely well maintained and very well equipped. Communication with landlord to the highest standard, very helpful and very personable. You get the feeling that you're not just a paying guest, but really a person they care about. An accommodation where you are sure ‘I will come back here’ when you close the flat door. Departure in tears. I would book here again at any time. My absolute recommendation.
