- Wes (10/5): Pure bliss ! - We travel a lot,and this is our best journey !The Residence is Croatian luxury small hotel with villas&apartments to book.Place who absolutely exceeded our expectations.We booked villa with jacuzzi,and we are very satisfied! Our villa had great ameneties and top of the range appliances.Modern and very high arhitect design.Like in 5 star hotel.The style.The interior.The details.We haven't fell more at home in any other hotel i've been to....We ordered the breakfast,whish was handmade and delivered with love.Managers Marko&Barbara are most responsive and the service is perfect ! Location-in the midlle from NP Krka and Sibenik. Thank you so much ,it is real pleasure to feel so at home when travelling. Everything here is perfect !

The detalis.+ The stlyle.+ Very comfy beds and extra clean ! The area is very quiet and safe with two restoraunt very close to the hotel,and hotel has own parking spot.Managers Marco&Barbara were amazing so friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was so delicious and a great selection. Hidden gem is a perfect spot,located on the hill,where you can chill and relax all day ! Everything is great !

- Christian (9/5): Grandioser Urlaub, mit super Pool, netten Gastgebern und einer perfekten Umgebung - Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern hier und das Highlight war der super saubere und großzügige Pool. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Auch das Apartment war sehr geräumig und die Gastgeber Barbara und Marko waren super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Somit eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!!! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten... Das Sofa im Apartment war extrem weich und hatte den Eindruck schon durchgesessen zu sein. Die Küche ist etwas klein für eine Familie mit drei Kindern + einen Backofen haben wir vermisst.

- Maxi (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft - Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man seine Privatsphäre hat wie in einer Ferienwohnung und trotzdem Frühstück bekommt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Den Whirpool haben wir sehr genossen. Barbara hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie und Marko haben sich super gekümmert und uns viele Ausflugs-Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und nur zu empfehlen.

Rustige buurt (op de afentoe landende vliegtuigen, maar dat is in heel Trogir zo). Iets donkerder gordijnen en een schilderij/foto aan de muur om het iets gezelliger/persoonlijker te maken.

- Ine (8/5): - Een heel mooie en rustige omgeving. Ruime kamers met kookgelegenheid en een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. We zagen haar niet tijdens ons verblijf maar hadden een prima communicatie via Whatsapp. De Wifi is niet sterk genoeg. Als er meerdere gasten verblijven valt deze weg of is het internet erg traag.

Der Gastgeber Marko war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Bett war nicht so bequem. Der Kies-Parkplatz hat unser Auto vor Probleme gestellt, aber auch dafür wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden (anderer Parkplatz).

The beds are suuuuper comfortable, most comfort I’ve ever had on vacation for this pricepoint. Casa casolare is beautiful and feels brand new. The breakfast was exquisite and served to our liking. We really enjoyed our stay!! Nothing. 😊

Very modern and excellent design,great high standard.Room was super clean,stylish,fresh and we had everything what we need.The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpfull.The breakfast was great,they offered a great Variety traditional Croatian .The pool place is like in heaven,perfect and clean place were you can enjoy all day! also the pool is the place were the managers is cleaning every night and preparing for next days,which was not the case in other accommodations in Europe. I can reccomend The Residence to everyone who comes to the Croatia.

The room is convenient. Barbara, your host, is nice and serves a lovely breakfast in the garden on request. -

- Katarina (10/5): Excellent - The owners are really friendly, they know how to truly run good business. Marko took his time to give us really good advice on how to spend time during our vacation. He also checked multiple times if we are enjoying the stay. The room was perfectly clean, air conditioned and well decorated. The pool was always clean and perfectly cold even on the hottest days. It is a bit expensive but I think worth the money. Not to mention we got a private outdoor kitchen, because we booked the smallest room. Also free parking space was always waiting for us. Would recommend 100%.

The hosts are so lovely and accommodating, and the rooms are very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Of course the piece de resistance is the gorgeous pool, and we spent a beautiful sunny day practically with it to ourselves which was bliss. We hope to be back one day, as a family of three ☺️ The wifi didn’t seem to work in our room but I just used my data so it wasn’t a problem. Also just be aware that you’re not able to use the pool/facilities after check out, but you can use them before you check in, luckily this suited our plans perfectly.

Pool is very clean and luxury designed ( like the hotel),and no to much people on them.Surrounded by orcharos and a garden ,you can enjoy complete silence and enjoy the beatifull property. We loved king size boxspring bed with divine mattress( the best we ' ve ever slept on). The kitchen had all necessary appliances.Everything you need is there..Touch of desing in outside and inside this hotel.The staff was extremly helpfull and polite.Situated on the hill is superb and stone designed pool who is very clean and decorated with a perfect style.. I will come back for sure !

- Erik (6/5): Okay but have had much better in Croatia - Pool area was nice. We stayed four nights in the 'superior studio'. Were not so impressed with the room itself, bed was not comfortable so didn't sleep well, rest of the furniture quite cheap as well (student apartment grade). Kitchen not equipped properly (only one bowl, three random glasses, etc).

Luxury Croatian property with several apartmans&room to book which provides service B&B.Our room was very comfortable and spacious,comfy beds,and super clean! Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and choice..Friendly and kindly staff and philosophy of the hotel. The area is very quiet and very safe,and hotel has own parking space.In the area there are two restoraunts nearby ( Tavern Vidrovaca and Smokvic).Down there from hotel is also lake and beach where can you swimm and beach bar.Hidden gem is beautiful pool where you can enjoy and chill all day..If you want explore Dalmatia ,Np Krka,Sibenik,Split,Plitvice lake,The Residence is first choice!!!

The Residence is small luxury hotel near Np Krka and Sibenik..We booked 2 room penthouse aparment who is newly renovated whith great ameneitis,and top of the range appliances..Modern and very high quality design.Like in 5 star hotels.. Managers Marko& Barbara were very friendly,accomodating and helpful and easy to communication with them.The pool is perfect spot located on the hill,when you can chill all day...Amazing! We ordered breakfast in the garden and it is very nice and fresh... Thank you for your kindness,we will come back for sure...

Place who absolutely exceeded our expectations.We haven't feel more at home in any other hotel i've been to.. The details.The style.The interior.Pool-perfect place when can you chill and relax all day,read book when birds singing around.. Hosts Marko&Barbara are most responsive and the service is perfect! Breakfast fresh and deliciuos served in the garden..Location-in the midlle from NP Krka and Sibenik. Thank you so much,it is real pleasure to feel so at home when travelling.

Owners pay a lot attention to details, as well as in exterior...Pool is a story for itself...Beautifull view,unique style (like you are in Toscana). We ordered the breakfast, which was handmade and delivered with love..The owners Marko&Barbara gave us lot of reccommendations about surrounding area. We highly recommend The Residence....
- Patricia (6/5): not what we expected - The pool itself and the view from the pool is very beautiful. The room was very small compared to the other rooms, if we would have know this we would have booked a bigger room. The bed was very small and basic, not what you expect when you book a hotel with 5 stars. The breakfast was really basic, the bread was not fresh from the bakery but very cheap packed oven bread. 1 morning we also had moisture on all our bread, we got new ones but we were surprised they even served it. There were also many wasps around the breakfast, so not relaxing to sit and eat. Our outside space was not nice like the other rooms, no view but next to a high wall. You have to walk quite a bit to the pool, it is not on the same floor as the rooms, if you need to go to the toilet or want to grab a beer you have to go down and up again. We don't think the price/quality is correct for this '5 star hotel'. If was cheaper and 3 stars, it would be a lot more appropriate.
- Mike (9/5): Nice appartment with great pool - We stayed in apartment 1, this was a big appartment approximately 70m2. The check-in with a code worked perfectly, the host introduced himself after our check-in. He gave some recommendations for restaurants, most of them are in Sibenik (10 km drive). The location of the appartment is good when you have a car. The biggest plus of the appartment is the pool. We would recommend The Residence.
- Wei (1/5): Bad - The pool is nice 1) The room I believe not as 20 square meters as described, it is smaller. 2) The internet almost not work every night after around 9pm, and the worst is after we told the the owner , we were told next day we can go to swim in the swing pool that hour , which is dark and cold instead of using internet. 3)The shower drain not work very well, need to stop several times of shower to let the water out of the drain 4) The refrigerator sounds like a washing machine, kept making sounds , especially in the night, heard more clear 5) the door of the bathroom can not be closed properly, seems that the door is over the frame 6) The room is already quite small, and there are several things I consider no use to put it inside, like the table , all of the cutleries, 2 chair and 1 bench ( one of them ) is enough. It make more difficult to put luggage because of the room already quite small. We ask to move the table out, we were told that the table is expensive, can not be taken away
- Madi (10/5): Beautiful clean location to relax! Lovely to stay with your partner of family. Highly recommanded. - Really clean and new appartment with a beautiful pool! The pool was quiet and had a beautiful view! Our room was perfect but a bit small and didn’t had windows (think this is the only smaller appartment there because we were late with booking). But it had everything you need and of course the beautiful pool. Also it was very very clean which we really loved. Also eye for detail in the design.
- Navin (9/5): Superb - Wonderful accommodation with an ideal location and a great pool. The owners Marko and Barbara were very friendly and took good care of their guests. This included, for example, the delicious breakfast that was prepared by them every morning.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The room was super clean and nicely decorated. We loved the outside space for our private lunches. Pool is just as in the pictures - awesome and also very clean! Little kitchen had everything we needed. Marko as host is just fantastic. Very kind und helping. Whenever you need anythink, he helps right away and provides you with great tips about nearby attractions and events.
