• Yves (1/5): Pas génial - Maison sur trois niveaux, globalement agréable sur le papier… et sur certaines photos. À notre arrivée, première expérience immersive : pas de Wi-Fi. Après quelques manipulations, nous avons finalement réussi à le faire fonctionner nous-mêmes. Disons que cela faisait partie de l’accueil. Côté ambiance, nous avons eu la chance de profiter de travaux intensifs chez le voisin, avec une bande-son meuleuse/marteau en continu. Idéal pour se mettre dans l’esprit local. Mais le point le plus marquant reste l’eau chaude. Ou plutôt son absence dans les deux chambres du dernier étage. Il faut laisser couler plusieurs minutes pour obtenir un léger filet tiède. Les baignoires sont donc très esthétiques, mais manifestement décoratives. Lorsque nous avons contacté Hommy Home, la réponse a été rassurante : le problème ne viendrait pas de l’installation, mais de nous. Une approche originale du service client. La nuit, l’expérience se poursuit : – dans la chambre avec terrasse, le voisin du dessus semble très attaché à ses déplacements nocturnes – dans l’autre chambre, la filtration de la piscine offre un fond sonore continu, parfait pour ceux qui aiment dormir avec un bruit de moteur En résumé, une maison agréable… à condition de ne pas trop compter sur le calme, l’eau chaude ou une assistance efficace. House on three levels, overall pleasant on paper… and in some photos. Upon arrival, first immersive experience: no Wi-Fi. After a few manipulations, we eventually managed to get it working ourselves. Let’s say it was part of the welcome. As for the atmosphere, we had the chance to enjoy intensive works next door, with a continuous soundtrack of grinder/hammer. Ideal for getting into the local spirit. But the most striking point remains the hot water. Or rather its absence in the two bedrooms on the top floor. You have to let it run for several minutes to get a slight lukewarm trickle. The bathtubs are therefore very aesthetic, but clearly decorative. When we contacted Hommy Home, the response was reassuring: the problem did not come from the installation, but from us. An original approach to customer service. At night, the experience continues: – in the bedroom with terrace, the upstairs neighbor seems very attached to his nocturnal movements – in the other bedroom, the pool filtration provides a continuous background noise, perfect for those who like to sleep with an engine sound In summary, a pleasant house… provided you do not rely too much on peace and quiet, hot water, or effective assistance.

• Stephen (10/5): The house was a highlight and we would happily have spent a lot longer in the property. - A beautiful courtyard house, elegantly appointed by cultured owners. Very memorable. A special experience. Arrival instructions for collection/meeting person with keys could have been clearer and easier to navigate. We waited about 40 minutes at the front door before being able to access the property.

• Christoph (8/5): - Eine sehr interessante, großzügige und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in zentraler Lage von Sevilla mit viel Atmosphäre und Flair. Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr deutlich zu kritisieren ist die Ausstattung auf der Dachterrasse: Die Sitzmöbel sind zerschlissen und schmuddelig. Alle drei Sonnenschirme, die man zwingend wegen der starken Sonneneinstrahlung benötigt, sind defekt und sogar gefährlich, weil abgebrochene Verstrebungen in die Luft ragen.

All it needed was an updated or new cushions for roof furniture . They were a little tired. Which was only minor . But it would make better impression that’s all . The rest of the property you could not fault. Amazing stay ! 🌞

Such a good location for all the restaurants and attractions - Location and the house was very unusual The roof terrace and plunge pool certainly didn’t look like the photographs. It was a little unkept and the white seat cushions dirty The shower to the upstairs bathroom overflowed The downstairs bedroom was very dark and stuffy. Some of the lights don’t work. They need to be checked from time to time

• Jeff (10/5): Fantastic spacious home - We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a beautiful Spanish home with plenty of space spread over 4 floors. The location was good and it was possible to walk to all the main sights. Juan was great. He met us at the property and when we did have some maintenance issues was always quick to get a maintenance person around or offer a solution. Washing machine door was broken and wasn’t being replaced until the day we left but we were offered another apartment nearby to do our washing in. WiFi wasn’t working.
