• Nina Selene (10/5): - Appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria ha pensato a tutto: il frigo riempito di frutta, latte, succo di frutta, le uova, acqua e birra. Ma anche tutto ciò che serve per fare il tè, tre tipi di caffè, cereali e così via. Bollitore, microonde, piano cottura, forno, non manca nulla. Ma anche i piccoli dettagli, come batterie di ricambio o filo ed ago per cucire. La signora è premurosa e discreta allo stesso tempo. Raccomando sicuramente questo posto.

• Nikos (10/5): Εξαιρετικό όλα. - Το σπίτι ήταν απλά άψογο. Παρείχε ότι χρειαζόταν η οικογένεια μας για μια άνετη διαμονή. Οι φωτογραφίες ίσως το αδικούν. Η κ.Δήμητρα απλά εξαιρετική. Στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στο Βόλο, σίγουρα δεν θα ψάξουμε για άλλο κατάλυμα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μας άρεσε.
• VASILEIOS (10/5): Τέλεια - Καθαρό ! Εγκάρδια και εξυπηρετική η κα Δήμητρα η οποία εκανε ότι μπορούσε και δεν μπορούσε για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες μας ! Πραγματικά το δωμάτιο δεν του έλειπε τίποτα ! Η γυναίκα ήταν α ψ ο γ η ! Συγχαρητήρια γιατί αυτό θέλει ψυχή για να το κάνεις Ολα ήταν άψογα

• Νίκος (10/5): - Ηταν όλα περιποιημένα και καθαρά, οι παροχές του κάλυπταν και με το παραπάνω τις ανάγκες μας(μέχρι και σερβιέτες στο μπάνιο) και είχαμε εύκολη συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν πως η τηλεόραση ήταν λίγο μικρή αλλά εμάς δεν μας επηρέασε γιατί δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε πολύ
• Σοφια (10/5): - Το διαμερισμα ηταν πεντακαθαρο ,ολα γυαλιζαν κατι το οποιο για μενα ειναι το πιο σημαντικο . Παρεχει ολα τα απαραιτητα . Οι ιδιοκτητες μας παρειχαν κερασματα .Επιπλεον υπηρχαν τροφιμα στο ψυγειο και στα ντουλαπια χωρις επιπλεον χρεωση . Η γειτονια ειναι πολυ ησυχη και διαθετει ευκολο παρκινγκ.Ειναι κοντα στο κεντρο του Βολου με αυτοκινητο. Οι ιδιοκτητες ευγενεστατοι και διακριτικοι. Το συνηστω ανεπιφυλακτα.

We usually buy some stuff in advance, because we have a small child and need to be prepared but this time we were pleasantly surprised because even though the breakfast wasn't included there were left multiple choices of food and coffee. The house offers everything you'll need and even more. Definitely would stay again if back in Volos. :) Everything was great.

• Marieta (10/5): Wonderful - The house was easy to find, the hosts gave us detailed directions. The apartment is very large with all the necessary appliances and amenities. The hostess was expecting us at the agreed time and checked us in immediately. We had a pleasant surprise - different types of coffee and tea, breakfast, cold drinks in the fridge and fruit etc. There is a parking space in the garden as well as outside on the street. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would certainly stay at the same place again.

• Robert (10/5): Wonderful apartment with super friendly and helpful host. - Excellent and beautiful apartment with lots of space and powerful AC. Nice Wifi and the best bed I experienced in Greece. Our host was extremely quick to answer any questions and we were greeted by the mother upon arrival. She also showed us around and helped us settle in. We also had a small garage, which was possible to lock, for the car. And last but not least, a jacuzzi, much loved by my teenage daughter. One of our best accommodations in Greece. The location is very close to the ring-road and easy to reach when approaching Volos. The area is also very quiet. But there is only one restaurant nearby reachable by foot, if you would prefer leaving the car in the evening and have a stroll.

• Ellen (9/5): Large basement apartment - The basement apartment was very clean and large. There was cereal for breakfast. We had everything we needed.
• Orn-uma (10/5): Great host and very nice apartment - Host and staff are great. They're very helpful. The apartment was beyond our expectation. They prepared everything you need in the apartment. Even it's far from town but you should try a local kyros shop in the village. A local guy brought us there, it was so nice.
