久保 (1/5): 最悪 - パッと見だけ綺麗布団にカビ、風呂場は生乾きのような匂い、床はホコリだらけ。アーリーチェックインしたかったのに、対応が遅すぎて2時間程度立ち往生。時間を無駄にされた。正直いいとこなし。対応遅すぎて結局普通通り16時にチェックインしたのに、未だにアーリーチェックインの請求書が送られてくる。金欲しいだけかよ。スピーディな対応してくれたらお金は払った。
Chang Yu (1/5): 極差 - 無安排在地下室，空氣極差，枕頭嚴重發霉，不提供水或咖啡，浴室門開關都會作響，隔音也差，外面的車聲一清二楚，地點裡地鐵站很遠。要求只住一晚隔日退房，不願意給任何補償
