- Marian (10/5): Fabulous - Not included in this booking We loved the accommodation
We didn’t go to the club house or use any of the facilities within the complex as we had our young dog with us and couldn’t leave him ..
It was just lovely to relax and was very peaceful..
- terry (5/5): Decor was lovely & clean just above problems - Cooker door wouldn't stay shut when oven on & blocked drains everyone of them couldn't have a shower first 2 days & had to buy some drain un blocker. Smell of damp in the hallway.
- sally (10/5): - This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Beautiful layout and clean. It smelled gorgeous wen you walked in. Massive walk in shower and lots of little touches including some fudge 😀
- Jayne (7/5): We enjoyed our family break here . - Very clean and tidy , good location Very small kitchen , but well equipped
- Michael (7/5): Good - Unfortunately, although the Property indicated it was for up to 3, the extra bed was a put up bed, which was broken.
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (10/5): Relaxing experience - Property was well maintained and very modern, everything was as described. Everywhere was clean and tidy and would recommend this place to anybody. Hopefully looking to stopping here again in the future
- Shelley (9/5): Lovely and relaxing… good walking distance for a bakery and pub - Very clean and had everything needed Nothing

- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - The to flat was perfect had everything we needed Nothing

- Tim (4/5): Overal wouldn’t recommend but hope it can improve ASAP and new owner/host required! - The location is in a holiday village called Dawlish Warren with easy access to Exeter and other towns. We would recommend travelling on train, bus or walking around the local coastal towns.. Although the property seemed clean with basic amenities once you removed the heavy presence of scent sticks it smelt like a hamster cage. Also there was far too much black mould and ventilation issues which we took up with the hosts. When we tried to contact them about the mould they didn’t know anything about it and blamed their cleaner although it was prevalent around the house including under the kitchen sink, bathroom, bedrooms and living room. One host came around and attempted some removal of the main concern but there were still areas needing attention around the windows. They often tried bribery and avoided to see us in person or answer our questions straight, this made us feel uneasy and unsafe. The bed creaked and our nights were bad especially due to the curtain needing to be replaced and their lack of communication regarding this. Eventually the curtain was replaced after a couple of restless nights..The pans and other cooking utensils under the sink were dirty and there were no clear instructions about how to use the heating. When we tried to disperse the air fresheners we were told not to go onto the landing or upstairs ever as the owner had called our hosts complaining he had seen us on his CCTV. This was unnecessarily big brother like and unneighbourly, we believe a stable/respectful relationship with neighbours and hosts is important in a small block of flats!?This accommodation should only be used in warmer months as some of the walls are too thin for colder weather. Also ventilation systems must be installed especially in the bathroom and kitchen to reduce damp and black mould. The black mould issues MUST be improved for the well being of guests and beyond! Painting over it will not do it justice.
- Amy-lee (7/5): Good - Lovely air b&b. Plenty of communication from the Gail and her husband.
Perfect accomodations and location for us to attend our friends wedding. Unfortunately the bed was too short for my husband with the bar at the end causing my husband to be unable to sleep in the bed. I think anyone over 5ft4 would struggle to sleep comfortably. He slept on the floor using the sofa cushions a mattress
- Diane (9/5): Fab Break - Brilliant and a great location. Will definitely be back again. The hosts were brilliant too Nothinh
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great our water stopped working the owner came out and sorted it . Lovely place to stay 10 mins walk to the beach 2 mins to the shop .we had a lovely time hopefully will go back sometime! Nothing not to like
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (6/5): I do recommend this property but you need to know there was a few niggles that hampered our stay. Generally it’s a gorg - Clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and quite homely. It really was a lovely chalet. The hot water didn’t last long and could only squeeze one shower out of the tank. It caused problems and delays in going out. The owners didn’t offer help when contacted about it and only brushed off my comments to them, finishing with they hope we managed to get more hot water and we’ll have to check the tank next time we’re in.
There are additional costs if you want to use the swimming pool and entertainment. £6 per adult for each and £4 per child for each. So to swim in the day and go to the club at night, it costs £20 per day for one adult and one child.
- Yvonne (10/5): Wonderful - Beautiful place wonderfully decorated and very clean Absolutely nothing
- Vicki (10/5): Excellent weekend. - The apartment we stayed in was amazing, very clean and decorated lovely, not far from the beach and train station, had everything we need. Great value for money, we would love to come back and stay again. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Mary (7/5): Good - Nice, comfortable little apartment.
Pets go free.
Everything you could possibly need. The neighbours upstairs were a bit noisy.
- Hayley (10/5): A lovely place to stay, comfy and well equipped. - Easy check in. The chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including basics like cooking oil, washing up liquid etc. The bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant with great water pressure. There was instant hot water all weekend. The chalet was warm and comfortable. Parking right outside, the park was quiet and superbly maintained. If you are heading to the area I highly recommend you book here. We will be back - cracking little find :-) No complaints, everything was perfect.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment we had was nice and spacious for the money you had everything you needed. It was nice and clean 👌. It was close to the shop's pubs and the beach was not that far neither also brilliant walk long the railway with the dog. Buster the dog loved the walkies to the sea and having so much fun trying to get us wet. It was just a brilliant stay we will be booking up again soon.
