• Dmitrii (10/5): Wonderful stay — everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. - We stayed at Kalendes Home in August as a family (two adults and two children) and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very cozy, with a warm atmosphere, and has literally everything you might need — from an iron to board games. It is also perfectly equipped for cooking for the whole family. The bedrooms face a quiet street, which made the nights very peaceful. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two double beds. The mattresses are very comfortable. The only small detail is that the doors of the bedrooms and the bathroom/WC do not close from the inside, but for us this was not a problem. There is also a large floor fan, which was especially convenient for the kids. Nearby you can find a large supermarket, clothing stores, and a pharmacy. In the same building there is a small 24-hour shop and a coffee place. The sea is just about 5 minutes’ walk away, with a sandy beach and very shallow water — perfect for children, and this was one of the main reasons we chose this location. The apartment is also well-equipped with a capsule coffee machine and even a mixer for cocktails. On Thursdays, a street market takes place right on the same street in the morning, which was a nice experience. One note: the address shown on the Booking.com map is not entirely accurate. I attached a photo of the correct location. The entrance is from the street, as shown by the arrow. For those planning to visit Thessaloniki, we highly recommend taking the boat from the pier — the schedule is posted there. A little tip: if you go by boat, choose the one that makes four stops. It is larger and, at least for us, much more comfortable. :) Overall, a wonderful stay in a place that really feels like home. Highly recommended! There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Iulian (10/5): Locul perfect pentru o vacanta de vis! - Acest apartament este foarte frumos amenajat,nu lipsește nimic,de la prima vedere îți dă un vibe positiv, foarte curat și îngrijit,totul foarte bine pus la punct pana la cel mai mic detaliu. Gazdele foarte prietenoase,am primit si mici cadouri de bun venit de la ei. Ne-am simțit într-adevăr ca acasă! Nu este nimic ce nu mi-a plăcut ,îmi pare rău că nu am stat mai mult doar !
• Igors (10/5): Прекрасный отдых в уютных апартаментах. - Тихое, спокойное место. Удачная планировка: большая кухня-гостиная, три просторные террасы. Видно, что хозяева вложили частичку души в оформление интерьера. Идеальная чистота. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Прекрасная коммуникация с хозяевами. Как уже отмечалось в предыдущих отзывах, ванна действительно немного тесновата. Но это абсолютно не критично на фоне всех достоинств апартаментов.

• Zhaneta (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartment close to the beach, the tavernas and some supermarkets. It`s big, comfortable and very clean. There is an elevator in the building and a private parking spot with shades. The communication with the owners was smooth and easy. Thank you for the hospitality and the small gifts you left for us! May be upgrade of the shower will be a plus and appreciated.

• Silvia (10/5): Wonderful experience ! - The place is great. It has all you might need or think you might need during your stay (it's like a home, rather than accommodation). Within walking distance to supermarket, some private beaches which are nice, tavernas. Not far from Thessaloniki, where there are lots of things to do and plenty of shops. The apartment is big, very clean, very modern, comfortable, the terraces (it has two) are to die for, especially in the evening, it has a parking space, covered to protect the car from the sun, the owners are very nice and ready to help if you need anything. We stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute of it !

• Laura (10/5): Really lovely apartment - would happily stay again - The property is in a residential area which made it feel homey and relaxed and yet it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to a couple of large supermarkets which was very convenient for picking up supplies for our stay. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone in to the furnishing of the apartment with lovely touches like well-tended pot plants both inside and out on the balcony, pretty nightlights for relaxing in the evening and a swing chair on the balcony which was the perfect spot for sipping a morning coffee while watching people coming and going at the bakery down below. There is plenty of outdoor space with balconies at both the front and back which means you can catch both morning and evening sun. The kitchen is well equipped and we really appreciated having things like kitchen foil, dishwasher tabs, olive oil, salt and pepper etc provided as it meant that we only had to shop for day-to-day food items. The lovely hosts Popi and Dmitris were thoughtful and accommodating and also very responsive in communication. We wished we could have stayed a little longer. Only a couple of minor things - the mattresses on the twin beds are quite hard and there is no wardrobe space in the twin room. The large, bright and airy living area and balcony more than compensated for the limited space in the bedroom however.
• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - A very good choice for a family! Kalendes home is not only beautiful and full of green flowers, but also very convenient and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Location is very good, looking at the main commercial street and just 5-6 min walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hosts are very friendly and ready to help with recommendations. They also provide us free parking place with a sunroof which is a very good e,tra for the hot summer in Greece.
