To be honest, i am grateful for the upgrade, but somehow i feel the upgrade was not very satisfactory The room is ok, but the walls had like scratches, the working table does not seem like its a 5 star hotel table. Also i understand its holiday season but they really need to keep the children from running in the room corridors cause it's very disturbing.- Also the windows were not very clean for us to even have a good view from our room. The walls, the table, and definitely the food. Ordered room service and the food was not satisfactory. Had breakfast the next morning, also not satisfactory. Could do better.

The facilities are very complete. there is a swimming pool and a gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One unique detail I really liked was the elevator, which even has a bench inside😅 The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There was a cozy sofa near the window, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The bathroom was also great, equipped with a bathtub that made the stay feel even more relaxing. The first experience to visit Mangkuluhur Artotel Suites Jakarta, they are so fresh hotel even they rebranded from previous hotel . The room is huge and comfortable enough, but please the wifi because i have several times to login. Their services is top notch, especially to April. She have a great hospitality sense and good attitude. Their food als good to try, but i have a suggestion for put a warm / hot water during meeting. But overall, this hotel are good to choice.

SantiGul (10/5): Great hotel with excellent service! - The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful city view and impressive skyscrapers. The hotel also offers a private pool and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially want to mention Kamil from reception, Tama from housekeeping, and Adi, the sales director, for their outstanding service. Overall, a wonderful hotel and a fantastic experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. For breakfast, we went to the restaurant on the 2nd floor called Beranda. During breakfast, I met Lia from the Front Office team. She introduced herself and kindly asked whether we were having a nice stay. Lia went the extra mile by offering a cup of tea for me and sausages for my daughter, which was very thoughtful. I stayed here to accompany my husband, who had a meeting. The room has been renovated. comfortable, cozy, and perfect to rest in. I was in Indonesia for about two weeks for meetings with my clients, and I stayed at Mangkuluhur Artotel Suites with my friend for one night before heading to another city. Even though it was a short stay, it was really enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices. During breakfast, we met Lia. She was so kind and cheerful, always smiling during our conversation and making the morning feel warm and pleasant.

When I checked the mini fridge, I was shocked to find leftover food from the previous guest. It was very unhygienic and extremely disappointing for a hotel to overlook basic cleanliness

All the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. During breakfast, I met Mbak Lia from the Front Office. She was so sweet and even played with my baby, which made the moment extra special. She asked about my stay and made sure everything was perfect. The breakfast selection was delicious with so many varieties to choose from. The pool area was also great, and I loved the sofa inside. such a nice touch. F3447APsandraa (10/5): family time - I checked in earlier than the normal time, when I first arrived at the lobby, and although check-in starts at 3 PM, I was lucky enough to be assisted right away by a lovely staff member named Lia from the front office. She welcomed me and my daughter warmly and helped us with the registration smoothly. She even offered a welcome drink at the lounge while we waited. She made sure my belongings were safely stored and not long after, she personally came to the lounge to inform us that our room was ready. She also kindly offered for us to head straight to the room while the bellboy delivered our luggage. The room was beautiful and spacious, clean, and with an amazing view facing SCBD. It was truly a great place to spend quality time with my family. Thank you so much, Mbak Lia, for your kindness and helpful service throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back! 💕
