• Grace (10/5): Great cosy loft in Vrchlabí - Such a cosy, wonderful space - convenient location and great facilities, it was also lovely that they went through the trouble to prepare a baby high chair and baby cot for our son who is 19 months old. We enjoyed our time here and will certainly love to be back again. NA

• Dirk (9/5): Geweldig verblijf in mooie omgeving - Perfecte ligging, mooi appartement, host reageert snel op vragen, complete keuken, goede bedden in slaapkamers en parkeren in parkeergarage. Je moet douchen in het bad maar er is geen scherm of douchegordijn om douchewater tegen te houden.
• Galit Yariv (1/5): - יש מדיח כלים מכונה עם מייבש כביסה שואב אבק ומזגן בחדרי השינה מראה גדולה בגודל מטר מטר באמבטיה שהייתה תלויה מעל הכיור נפלה והתנפצה על רצפת האמבטיה. בהתרסקות שברה את הפתיחה של ברז הכיור וזכוכיות היו בכל מקום. מזל שלא צחצחנו שיניים באותו הרגע כי יכולנו למות תרתי משמע. בעלי באותו הזמן התקלח שזה בכלל לא באותו הקיר ולא יכול היה לדרוך על הרצפה. בעל המקום בקש מאיתנו לפנות המראה למסדרון מחוץ לדירה בכוחות עצמנו. בעלי מזל שהוא בכושר הצליח להרים את הברזל היצוק ששקל בערך 50 קילו והיה תלוי על 2 ווים קטנים. החוצה אחרי שהבאתי לו נעליים. ובמשך מספר שעות ניקינו זכוכיות. לא די בכך בעל המקום הגיע למחרת אמר לנו שאכן אנחנו לא יכולים לשהות עוד בדירה כי הוא צריך לתקן את הברז בכיור שנשבר ולא ניתן להשתמש בו. נאלצנו לחפש דירה חלופית ל5 לילות הנותרים. עוגמת נפש אי נעימות בלשון המעטה והחלק הנורא זה שלא קבלנו זיכוי על 5 לילות שלא שהינו בדירה הזו. בנוסף בחדר שינה מרכזי ובאמבטיה יש סקי לייט תאורה טבעית כבר מחמש בבוקר שלא רשום בהזמנה. כלומר מי שישן בחדר בחמש בבוקר יקום מאור טבעי של השמש ואין דרך לסגור את זה זה בתקרה. בנוסף כל הדירה שיפועים כי זו עליית גג וכל מי שמעל מטר וחמישים בגובה יכול לקבל מכה בראש מאחת הפינות של התקרה. מנורות בחדרי השינה ליד המיטה גם כן נמוכות וניתן לקבל מכה בראש. בנוסף באמבטיה אין וילון ולא דופן כך שהמים משפריצים לכל מקום. בנוסף נמצאים מעל נהר כך שכל הזמן יש רעש של גשם חזק.
