Guest Reviews
- Lee (7/5): Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful and the water views were amazing. - Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful, and Coles was at the back of the property. The meals were amazing and a great variety. the location is also excellent right on the water. The mattress needs replacing in room 1. The shower pressure was not great. Room smelt a bit musty.
- Craig (8/5): Effective and as expected. Nothing over the top. Did the job. - It was as expected Nothing was out of order
- Chris (8/5): Great Pub food and accomadation - Location and cleanliness Road noise was a little loud
- stephen (7/5): A relaxing motel/hotel for those wanting to escape crowds. - Wonderful view over the lake. Very clean. An egg sandwich in the fridge for us. Close to shopping mall. Bedlights flicker after a few minutes. No microwave. Poor quality toilet paper.
- Sue (6/5): Great - apart from lack of sleep - Location excellent Walls so thin I could hear the guy next door snoring which woke us up at 4:30am - then they started chatting at 6am & could almost hear what they were saying (Room 1)
- Whitelaw (10/5): - Nice an cosy Should have a microwave

- Goode (6/5): - room good being asked to leave without reason was winning on pocker machines only had consumed 4 mid strength beers had a lovely dinner .not sure why !!!!!
- Virginia (6/5): The stay was fair enough. - The bed was very comfortable.
It was close to the hotel where my friend and I had dinner. The facilities were very basic, and probably, for the price, I would have expected a bit more, eg there were no teaspoons to stir my coffee with; there was no hair dryer (which I was expecting, so I didn't take my own); the bedside light did not work (it obviously needed a new globe); there didn't seem to be power points beside the bed, where I would have liked to have plugged in my phone to charge; the shower was small, so that the bathroom floor got wet.
None of these things by itself is a problem, but add them all up and I think the price was a bit dear for what we got, in that it was $20 or $30 a night more than other motels in the area.

- Karen (10/5): Excellent - Staff, location, room
- Vu Quyen (8/5): Neat and tidy comfy stay - Clean and tidy motel, exactly what we needed to rest our weary heads for the night. The toilet was in a slightly awkward position.

- shirley (8/5): Great views & close to all amenities. (Room 2 requires air con. to be serviced immediately) - Views of the lake and close to all amenities. Will return again. My son's room had a faulty air conditioner & the temperature for the 2 days was 39 to 42 degrees C. Informed staff & they said they would let management know. Due to the substantially hot conditions I believe a service attendant should of been requested, particularly since I had paid the tariff prior to my arrival & the air con. was not in good working order. After many hours of the unit being left on it eventually started to function but not at 100% capacity. Room 2 air conditioner should be serviced & the problem rectified.

- Barbara (7/5): ok - no breakfast avilable location ok car parking a bit tight
- gary (8/5): Overall good stay, will back there again. - Didn't have breakfast, ease of check in, helpful staff. Good location. Lighting a bit poor, couldn't always park in front of your room because pub patrons were to lazy to walk from the other car park.
- Whitelaw (10/5): -

- Whitelaw (10/5): - A microwave in the rooms, It would be convenient! Nil

- Prue (3/5): - The pub was nice, with a nice outlook. The carpet was heavily stained and dirty. Walls paper thin, could hear all of the person next doors phone conversation until the middle of the night. Colleagues room key was a Master Key. Went to advise the guys in the bottle shop (reception) who said they knew, they are just hoping "No one gets drunks and hops into the wrong bed". How many other people had been given keys that could access any room?
- Trevor (7/5): - Coumftable and Clean, friendly staff A little messy in the courtyard could do with a tidy and weeding
- Beatrix (7/5): Enjoyed staying there previously, a bit disappointing this time - We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. Itβs a neat room, comfy bed and nice strong shower.
Location very handy. Our TV did not work, we never had this problem in the past. Jaymon, the helpful, young man from the bottle shop where we picked up the unit keys from came to our room to sort it out, which was not possible. It was a faulty HDNI cable. One bedside lamp was not working either.
- Whitelaw (10/5): -
- Karen (8/5): Great for an overnight stay. Unfortunately didn't get to eat at the pub and enjoy the lake view - Clean room, comfortable bed. View of the lake. Close to shops and cafes. Was noisy at night due to the rooms being in the pub carpark. However once it closed was OK. There is no mirror in the room apart from the small bathroom mirror.

- higgins (10/5): Very pleasant - Location was great It was excellent
- Johanna (7/5): - Easy to find and access We booked interconnecting rooms but the door between was unable to be opened. Should not be advertised as interconnecting and appropriate for a family with children.
- Troy (9/5): -
- Eugenie (9/5): Worth the drive from Sydney and definitely loved the lake views. - Rooms were clean and tidy. We were able to sit outside and check out the view with the outside furniture provided. Bed was very comfy, bathroom modern and clean. We loved it all, only I didn't read the confirmation emailproperly advising check in was at the bottle'o.
- Roslyn (8/5): Pleasant stay, would consider staying again although concerned about parking if arriving on weekend. - Room was comfortable, located close to where we needed to be. When we arrived, lack of parking. We needed to park a considerable distance away to check in. We were told it is busy as it is a Saturday. I know it is next to a hotel (bar, eatery), but surely they could reserve a parking area for guests, especially as there are only 10 rooms.
Also, we had trouble finding where to check in. We finally worked out it was in the drive through bottle shop.
We were sent check in details via booking.com, but unfortunately we received this on the Sunday - we arrived on the Saturday
