• Martín (7/5): - La cama era muy cómoda y el baño estaba limpio. Está bastante alejado del centro. La línea de metro más cercana queda a 15 minutos caminando, y desde allí son 45 minutos de viaje.

A kulcsot nem lehetett bevinni a szobánkba, meg hogy este 22 után nem lehet bemenni a konyhába és reggel 8-ig sem lehet bemenni.

• Matteo (8/5): Quiet place not far from bus stops and underground - Friendly hosts, super kind and accommodating to my queries and needs - I will definitely be back if I'm visiting the area! Minor issue with the radiator, promptly resolved by letting me keep a portable radiator on. The roow was always warm and cozy afterwards.

Cold air is constantly coming in during the night (draft). In addition, the heating failed overnight. My girlfriend and I woke up this morning with headaches and feeling chilled. It was cold in the room this morning. During the day, cold air from the window gets into my feet, which is very unpleasant. Would it be possible to replace the window handle today? Or is it possible to get an other room. The loxal manager informed me, Room No 3 is available tomorrow's Christian Matus

• Le (8/5): great stay - I'm satisfied with my stay. The place was super nice. toilet and showers were clean. kitchen was big. Place was well heated. The room was like in the pictures. the area around is quiet and residential. The area is located a bit of a walk from the nearest station. About 15-20 minute walk, which is a little out of the way. The mattress in the bed was sinking in the middle (due to wear and tear).

• Martin (7/5): Handy stop-over location a simple bus ride from ExCel. - Bedroom a little basic only but acceptable. Kitchen facility for own drinks during stay-over and morning self-breakfast v. good. Kitchen access hours need to be a little more flexible for busy stop-over visitors as long as clients quiet and not disturbing other guests. Bathroom needs attention to shower. But Bath shower workable OK for our stop-over. Door locks arrangements are a little cumbersome & noisy (disturbing to neighbouring guests).

Enough space for one person and the share bathroom seemed clean as well The bed was rock solid might as well have just slept on the floor, plugging in a travel adapter didn't work because it was to big and the skirting boards were in the way

• Abdi (10/5): Comfortable, enjoyable, and well-located. - I liked that the property was very clean and comfortable. The only small issue was that the hot water took a little time to get warm, but overall my stay was very enjoyable.
• Evgenii (4/5): It was bad - Bathroom and kitchen were pretty clean. Internal atmosphere is quite, there are only 3 living rooms in the "hotel". The bed was comfortable and clean. I don’t understand how the average rating of this place can be as high as 8.1. There are only 150 responses, it seems to me that the reviews boosted. In my opinion, the rating should be below 5. First of all, the most disgusting thing was the smell — it was awful. Whenever I went out of my room, I tried not to breathe. Secondly, the furniture is very old and should have been replaced at least five years ago. Thirdly, the hall is not shown on the Internet because it also looks really bad. Other impressions: the door to the living room closes terribly (you need to use force); there is a heating radiator, but it doesn’t work, so instead there is a mobile heater — every time you have to wait until it warms up; and the floor creaks. I understand that London is an expensive city, but this place is in East London (a poor neighborhood), and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the nearest underground station. Taking all of this into account, the price does not match the living conditions. I was disappointed.

• Matt (9/5): Great - Comfortable, spacious room nicely set off the main road, so a fairly quiet area. Everything around check in was simple and the facilities were good. Bathroom and bedroom both very clean. Would come back Key in a lockbox for the bedroom makes sense, but the keychain is impractical in the tiny box, means locking and unlocking the room is cumbersome. Limited hanging space - wardrobe could be better designed. Could use a new pillow.. But these are fairly small things overall I was very impressed by the room for the cost: 9/10

• Sunny (6/5): A decent quiet place to stay for a night for a reasonable price, close to Upton park station. -
• Srini (2/5): - We went with our family of 4 members and booked the property for 2 nights. We checked out on day 1 just 1 hr after checking in as the property had only advised that we will be having 2 rooms with a shared bathroom but we figured there was one other room with occupants sharing the house and kitchen with us. There were seniors in our family who are aged and they weren't comfortable at all with sharing the toilet with unknown people. When contacted the property, they advised to cancel if we wished and they offered to refund for one night when we submit a request via Booking.com. But when we requested cancellation as they had advised us, they denied our request in Booking.com and failed to respond to our follow up.messages. This was quite disappointing.

• Stephen (8/5): Great property managers - The managers of the property were extremely friendly and helpful and they really made a great experience for us. One of the room occupants was odd. Would knock on shared bathroom door when my girlfriend used it, but when he saw me he'd retreat into his room.
