• Asia (7/5): Cómodo pero con ruido exterior. - La ubicación genial, también nos gustó el hecho de que tuviera lavadora secadora, y el personal muy amable. Al ser todo blanco se ensucia mucho, lo que menos nos gustó es que se escuchaba muchísimo el ruido tanto de la calle como del piso de arriba y nos despertábamos muchas veces.

• María (5/5): Si hubiera sabido que era un bajo exterior no lo hubiese reservado - Muy bien ubicado Es un bajo reformado para parecer un alojamiento. El salón se separa de la calle por una fina puerta de cristal opaco que no da nada de seguridad. Se oye cada ruido como si estuvieras en la misma calle. Hay humedad, el aire de la habitación pequeña no está en condiciones de usarse; el resto preferí no mirarlos. Pedimos al personal un cambio y no hubo solución en los tres días. Se justificaron con que en el anuncio se indica, cosa que no es verdad, solo se ve en la última foto del anuncio la puerta exterior y en ningún sitio pone que esa es la única separación que hay al exterior, parece un portal.
• Dave (7/5): Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Fijn verblijf, goede locatie. Behulpzaam en goed met communiceren. Zeker een aanrader. - De locatie is top, in het centrum. Alles op loop afstand, afhankelijk van waar je naar toe gaat. Levendig in het centrum, dicht bij taxi plaats en makkelijk te bereiken. In de foto’s staan kamers etc gefotografeerd die wij niet gezien hebben. Wij sliepen op huisnummer 10, niet op 7 zoals in de boeking. In de foto’s staan vermoedelijk foto’s van beide appartementen. Wij hadden 3 kamers voor 2personen en een algemene woonkamer met een slaapbank voor 2personen. Dit was zeker goed en voldoende. Maar alles op een verdieping, dus net wat anders dan verwacht.

Locali, negozi, supermercati a portata di mano. E’ solo un consiglio: forse sarebbe meglio inserire una serratura che apra in automatico il portone in uscita , anche per sicurezza, non è pensabile dover utilizzare la chiave per uscire, altrimenti il portone non si apre.

• Mehmet (10/5): Sevilla'nın Kalbi - Konumu itibari ile çok güzel bir lokasyonda yer alıyor. Evin geniş ve kullanışlı olması iyiydi. Ev sahibi ilgili ve anlayışlı idi. Her odada ve ortak alanda ısıtıcı cihazlar vardı. Ocak ayında geldiğimiz için diğer mevsimlere göre biraz daha serindi ama ısıtıcı cihazlar iş görüyor. Ocak ayında gelmemiz itibari ile yerler biraz soğuktu, gelirken terlik getirmenizi tavsiye ederiz. Biz terlik satın alıp onları kullandık.
• Tahiri Fahim (9/5): - La ubicación 10/10 El patio de san Eloy 10/10 el personal de limpieza un amor de persona. El wifi no llegaba de igual manera a todo el apartamento. A la hora de reservar nos apareció que la ubicación era el apartamento 7 pero al pagar y hacer el check in nos cambiaron al 8.
• Carlos (8/5): - L'emplacement et l'appartement, rénovation de belle qualité. Les plafonds sont très hauts, l'espace est agréable. La situation au rez-de-chaussée... directement sur la ruelle, peu passante certes donc les rideaux doivent toujours être tirés. De plus le chauffeur du taxi ne savait pas trop où nous déposer avec nos bagages. Il manque des endroits ou des objets pour accrocher les serviettes de bains, les torchons (qui manquaient également), les habits etc. Une machine à laver la vaisselle serait plus utile qu'une de linge car il y a une laverie très proche !

• Puglia (8/5): - La struttura ha una posizione molto comoda in quanto vicina a tutti i monumenti principali. Gli utensili e le attrezzature della cucina sono sufficienti a soddisfare le necessità. La presenza di un solo bagno per 8 persone ha comportato un po’ di difficoltà organizzative. La pulizia dei pavimenti e delle stoviglie era discreta.

• Valeria (6/5): Con un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli e pulizia sarebbe il top. - Ottima la posizione. L'appartamento si trova a piano terra in una piccola stradina in area pedonale in pieno centro a Siviglia, comodo per girare a piedi la città e vicino a tutti i servizi. La pulizia lasciava desiderare. Le lenzuola erano pulite ma la trapunta era sporca. Il divano e sedie del soggiorno macchiate di sporco e il bagno era pieno di capelli e poco pulito. Eravamo in 5 e mancavano degli asciugamani. La cosa più grave le formiche ovunque, anche in cucina. Peccato perché la struttura è comunque nuova e molto carina.

• Van Long (9/5): Sehr schönes Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gott sei Dank dass es Klimaanlage gibt..bei der extreme Hitze im Sommer. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt ,direkt in der Altstadt alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar von Geschäften Restaurant, Sehenswürdigkeiten Nur die Handtücher könnte man erneuern,sind zwar sauber aber gibt vielen gelben Flecken. Auch Blöderweise sollte musste man immer den Vorhang Zimmern immer zu haben,da sonst Vorbeigehende Leute oder Gäste vin der gegenüber Café alles in das Studio sehen kann

It would have been even better if the app translated language as conversations ensued in the app between me and the host. Sachets of shower gel, though a nice touch, were hard to open, and bins in the bedrooms would have been appreciated.

Requested WiFi access, looked around the house for its location, not to be found. • Carley (9/5): Peace oasis in the middle of Seville - This apartment was very comfortable, centrally located, surprisingly quiet for the location, clean, and convenient. We loved walking everywhere and the convenience of the entry code. We were so glad we got this instead of a hotel as we ended up spending most of the day inside during a scorching Sevilla heatwave! You can basically walk everywhere from here, so when we did go out in the evening, we were able to see a lot of sights. The only downside was that the washer/dryer's dryer function was broken, so we had to go to a laundromat a few blocks away.

• Wai (8/5): Spacious apartment close to everything - Spacious apartment located in the shopping district with lots of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Convenient check-in with door access code. Amenities were a little lacking - we were given several individual packs of body wash/shampoo, there was no hand soap, no dustbin in the bathroom, and the towels were pretty worn out.
