- Yaroslav_444 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (1/5): Never again - The staff member was nice I was told 30 minutes before I arrived that I was sharing a room with someone, arrived and found out it was a 30 year old man, the bathroom wasn’t clean at all, I was staying in someone’s flat, I couldn’t spend the night and had to go find another place to stay
- Sulcas (1/5): Went in for 2 seconds, saw the facilities and left immediately. Horrible. - nothing!! Dirty, Stunk, Looks nothing like the photos
- Uzelac (1/5): Bad - Don't go there. There is a reason I don't want to state it here. Don't go there. There is a reason I don't want to state it here.

- Patrick (10/5): suggest to everyone,well located,accessible price - Clean,Furnished,and Warm
i love the way the owners treat their guest as a family. guests that don’t are respectful.
- Patrick (10/5): I personally re booked again and again this property! i suggest to everyone. JULIAN is very professional and always rea - Clean, beds sheets are cleaned on a daily basis, quiet place, but above all JULIAN and ANNA hospitality. The property is located few minutes from (Central Line) station.. and close you have Wembley Central. some guests that complained ,that were thinking that was similar to a hostel…
the place and the price are perfect.
- Richmond (8/5): Amazing host - Great experience! Host was super helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The themes of each room gives you a lovely hit of dopamine every night you’re there.
- Gladson (10/5): Super comfortable, extremely clean and have a good location, near from bus stop and trains. I really recommend, and Ju - Super comfortable, extremely clean and have a good location, near from bus stop and trains.
I really recommend, and Julian is very attentive. .
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Cynthia (2/5): When we just arrived, we were accused of stealing another guest’s phone because he couldn’t find when we arrived and lat -
- Richard (4/5): Adequate for me on my own to collect someone next day from Wembley when all else booked our. - Price, parking, Two bedroom flat. One room seems permanently let to a group of ‘lodgers’ with a lot of coming and going during the night. Decor very tired.
- Adrian (2/5): Very poor -
- Harry (1/5): Bad - This place was like a crack house, people walking around in underwear, no clean toilet facilities, the room was in a dimly lit, awkward to manoeuvre hallway. Felt unsafe during the time we were there. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
- Ajit (2/5): Very poor -
- Ram (1/5): Bad - Disgusting Very dirty smells completely everything
- Lee (3/5): Poor -
- Aimee (3/5): A lot cheaper, but in no way pleasant. - It was half the price of all the rest. It wasn’t clean at all, the shared bathroom was especially pretty disgusting, so much so we decided not to use it besides going to the toilet. Bed wasn’t at all comfortable either sadly. And the location really wasn’t great. I suppose we got what we paid for.. but it was very disappointing. We won’t be staying again.
- Suzane (5/5): Passable -
- Lucrecia (2/5): It’s not worth the money and no close to the stadium - I didn’t like the property at all. It was inside a very messy and dirty apartment, with almost no privacy The host didn’t communicate in advanced. The room is inside a very messy apartment with the no clear instructions of which one is your room. The apartment has a camera in the door that allows the owner to see you at any time, which didn’t make me feel safer. The bathroom didn’t feel quite clean. It’s almost one hour walking from the Wembley Stadium and no underground connection.
- David (2/5): Very poor - The price was reasonable, The location was fairly near to, Wembley Arena, about 2 miles. On my arrival, it was difficult to gain access to the property as my keys were in a key safe in the carpark, and I arrived on foot. I rang the bell and was told I would be sent a message. as the keys were in a box outside. So I had to leave and wait for a phone call from the owner and walk to the carpark where I was provided with a location and code to open the key safe and return to the flat with my keys
The cleanness levels were below my expectation. Blind in my room was wonky, and it was not possible to cover the entire window. When I left. my instructions were to leave the keys in a key safe in the carpark, which I filmed on my phone, just in case there was a problem in locating the keys. I found this totally bizarre and have never booked in or out in this manner before. I never met the owner once. I would not stay here again. I was expecting a guest house, not a flat with separate rooms for the guests. I had a microwave in my room, but no television. It's not very entertaining watching a microwave. Thank goodness I brought a book to read.

- Bibek (1/5): Bad - I use booking.com almost every three months, and I have never been as disappointed as I am with this apartment. I just booked because I wanted the room in that area; nevertheless, the place was really filthy. The bathroom was very dirty (picture; the bathroom is completely different than what it shows), and there was no hot water coming at all. I had to take a shower in cold water every single time. The bed sheets seemed like they hadn't been changed since their last use. There is noise coming from the next room, which is disturbing for doing some personal work.
I could say that I am lucky, as I just booked for three nights, but still, I felt like it was too much.
I will not suggest anyone for this room to book.

- Vulpe (1/5): Do not go again. - Room was ok The toilet very dirty. Hot water very difficult to use

- Avinash (9/5): Friendly host in a warm, clean room. - Host was friendly, nice and helpful. There was a quiet heater, microwave, mini-fridge, kettle and filtered water and some cuttlery. The shades were nice enough to keep the light out. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was warm with the portable quiet heater. Bathroom was kept clean. Clear instructions on how to access the accomodation. It got randomly noisey at night - maybe other patrons moving in. Room is on 2nd floor, so ordering food means going down 2 flights of stairs. However, this is mentioned in the ad.
- Culpan (3/5): Wembley House (someone's flat) - I liked the location and the price, and the owner of the flat was friendly enough. I didn't like the fact that it's advertised as 'Wembley House' but then when we went there it was not even a house , its a block of flats called Priory Court (Wembley house does not exist).
No front desk, reception or any staff. It ended up just being a spare room in somebody's flat that they were most likely illegally renting out to people, I have no issue with that myself as I'm not a police officer, though for safety reasons that probably shouldn't be happening. Especially as it's advertised as some kind of hotel, but then when you get there, it's more like a little houseshare sleepover with some random people.
- Kerry (1/5): Couldn’t wait to get out of there and home - It was smelly dirty the doors has holes in you could see through the bathroom was gross I didn’t sleep in the bed there was chains hanging in the closet like it was a brass gaff
- Touray (8/5): Very good -
