Zudem waren zwei Zimmer abgesperrt ohne Info was sich darin befindet. Parken war ein Problem da ein SUV nicht richtig in die Parklücke reinpasst, keine Lösungsvorschläge vom Vermieter.

• Jànos (5/5): Sajnos számomra ez inkább szálló szint. - Az elhelyezkedés közlekedés szempontjából jó, de közel építkezés folyik, ami napközben hallatszik. Ez számomra nem ütötte meg az jó apartman szintet. Mikro nem volt, a házban dohány szag érezhető, az ágyak vékonyabbak. Konyhai felszerelések nem alkalmasak a főzésre, és elég hiányosak. Az inkább egy 1 napos “búvóhely”, nem egy család számára, több napos tartózkodásra alkalmas apartman.
• Krisztián (10/5): Szuper helyen van, szuper lakás. Visszamegyünk. - Nagyon igényesen berendezett lakás. Szuper kilátással. Sajnos a tv-t nem tudtuk használni, mert annyira okos tv volt, hogy a normál tv adást nem találtuk. A termosztát 21,5 fokra volt beállítva azon nem tudtunk változtatni.
• Antolik (10/5): Great spacious apartment with the very comfortable bed house communication was outstanding and instruction as well. - Spacious, Cleanliness Location, Parking Host communication and instructions Nothing in particular, only the opening gate for the parking when you are alone it’s a bit of hectic as you need to go to the apartment to retrieve a remote controller go back down. But I understand reason.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Przyjemny weekend w apartamencie z pięknym widokiem! - Bardzo duży apartament z pięknym widokiem. W salonie duża wygodna kanapa, kuchnia wyposażona w przybory kuchenne, lodówkę, czajnik, zmywarkę, piekarnik i płytę grzewczą. W pokojach są dostępne ręczniki. Plusem jest również sama lokalizacja. Blisko sklepy spożywcze, fast food oraz małe knajpki. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Budapesztu, chociaż do samego centrum jest kawałek i łatwiej dojechać taksówką. Gospodarz wysyła filmik instruktażowy jak odebrać klucze do mieszkania. Pod blokiem dostępne również za szlabanem miejscem parkingowe na samochód. Niestety czystość łazienki pozostawiała wiele do życzenia... Brudna wanna niedoczyszczona od dłuższego czasu oraz podłoga, zardzewiały z odpadającą farbą grzejnik. W pokojach blisko ściany kłębki kurzu, chociaż w salonie jest robot sprzątający.Wiele miejsc w mieszkaniu wymaga również drobnych napraw ( zwłaszcza listy przypodłogowe). Po przyjeździe meble tarasowe również nie były ustawione do użytkowania jak na zdjęciach, tylko część była wstawiona do salonu, część porozstawiana po różnych częściach tarasu. Minusem były również wydzielone dwie rolki papieru toaletowego.

• Vályi (10/5): - Nagyon otthonos, a közlekedés pedig kiváló. A terasz szintén meg ért egy misét. Biztos vissza fogunk jönni. A talaj pedig tökéletes infót adott, hogy hogyan lehetett bejutni. Közelben éjjel nappali bolt és egy klassz török étterem is. Egy mikrót el tudtam volna bírni, illetve az, hogy nem lehetett csak ugy beallni az autóval, hogy közben valaki a lakásban megnyomta a sorompó kódját az arra fenntartott telefonnal.

• Kateřina (10/5): - Veliký byt, s nádherným, obrovským balkónem, kde musí být úžasné v teplých měsících snídat a večeřet. My v říjnu jsme si užili především krásného večerního výhledu. Perfektní poloha vs. cena. Tramvaj cca 500m pěšky, jezdí do centra Budapeště. V přízemí domu je obchod/večerka, taky vedle restaurace. Byt je moderní a za mě má rozhodně vše, co člověk potřebuje. Byli jsme nadšeni. V koupelně není větrání a tak začíná plíseň na stropě, možná bych zvážila zrovna v koupelně detailnější úklid. Ale to je rozhodně kapka v moři, kdy pozitiva jednoznačně převyšují.

(es waren sogar Näpfe hergerichtet) Grosse Terrasse Unkomplizierter Check-in Viel Schlimmel im Badezimmer an der Decke Nur ein Schlüssel Im Hausflur hat es extrem nach Heizöl gerochen Betten sehr niedrig und schmal und knarrend.

• Kling (6/5): The penthouse could be great, but currently it feels neglected, cold, and poorly maintained. - The penthouse itself has great potential with spacious rooms and a nice city view. Unfortunately, the property is in a very poor condition. One of the rooms (likely the guest restroom) was left open and was in a terrible state, as shown in the attached picture. The air conditioning units didn’t provide heating, and they seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time, so we felt cold during our stay. The overall condition is very worn out – many things would need to be replaced or renovated.
• M (10/5): Lovely cosy flat - The apartment was very comfortable, welcoming, and well laid out on the top floor. I would happily recommend it to anyone. It’s fully equipped, making it perfect even for a longer stay. The sofa was comfortable, the space was bright and spacious, and the terrace was fantastic. Everything was clean, tasteful, and overall excellent value for money. Nothing :)

Po wejściu do apartamentu radość że jest lepiej niż się spodziewaliśmy patrząc na zdjęcia. Super miejsce dla odpoczynku z rodziną czy grupa znajomych. Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony, bardzo blisko centrum. Spokojne i cieche osiedle, przestronne pomieszczenia. W skali 1 do 10 oceniamy na 15. Będziemy polecali to naszym znajomym chętnym odwiedzić Budapeszt. Samo miasto też bardzo ładne. Pozdrawiamy właściciela bardzo serdecznie
• Dawid (9/5): Great stay on Budapests' suburbs - Beautiful, spacious apartment with big terrace on 8th floor. Before our arrival we got every detail how to check-in, get keys, open the gate to the parking etc. along with movies on WhatsApp what was very helpful. Equipment was conform with description. We spent here only one night but it was great stay. There was a little bit unpleasent smell, I think due to dog stay. But it was minor inconvenience and doesn't have an impact for our rate.

• T.T2 (10/5): - Amazing view, modern apartment, the aircon was a breeze on a hot summer day. The design of the apartment is very nice and modern, clean and quiet. The instructions to pick up the key ans the parking was very smooth and easy. The remote controller was not working for the tv, the bathroom is outdated and didn't look clean.

• Jacqueline (8/5): - Penhouse-Wohnung mit umlaufender Terasse auf der man morgens im Sonnenschein frühstücken kann. Abends sieht man den Sonnenuntergang hinter den Bergen. Supermarkt unten im Haus, Aldi fussläufig zu erreichen, Pizzaladen auch. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar. Gut fürs Tagesticket Budapest. Der Kühlschrank war sehr klein.

• Marek (5/5): Przestronny apartament tylko mocno zaniedbany. - Przestrzeń oraz widok z tarasu na plus. Mieszkanie nadaje się do kompleksowego odświeżenia i odmalowania. Poniszczone, spękane ściany, odpadające listwy. Jest też zwyczajnie brudno. Sprzątanie jest bardzo powierzchowne, miałem nawet wątpliwości czy pościel była zmieniona przed moim przyjazdem. Po moim wyjeździe będzie przynajmniej jakiś czas czysta wanna - bo żeby do niej wejść musiałem ją długo czyścić... Grzyb na suficie i na ścianach w łazience (o którym pisano już kilka msc temu w opiniach) ma się nadal świetnie. Ilość usterek typu: wypadający kontakt, nie osłonięte przewody elektryczne czy nie działająca zasłona jest zatrważająca. Telefon który służy do otwierania szlabanu ma jakieś 15 lat i gdy rozładuje mu się bateria (co podobno zdarzało się już wcześniej) - nie da się go ponownie naładować i otworzyć szlabanu. Straciliśmy godzinę w upale by wyjechać spod domu. Brakuje wszystkiego, nie było choćby 1 szt tabletki do zmywarki. Lodówka jest nie wiele większa od przenośnej którą wożę w samochodzie. Można by tak jeszcze długo wymieniać... Szkoda, bo to miejsce ma potencjał, a czytając wcześniejsze opinie można uznać że problemy które opisałem występują od dawna i właściciel bardzo dobrze o tym wie. Żeby chociaż było akceptowalnie czysto to moim zdaniem można przymknąć oko na wiele rzeczy.

• Lucia (7/5): Overall it was an okay stay. Can’t really complain. - The mattresses were really comfortable and on the last day of our trip we got to see the nice view from the balcony. Overall it was a mediocre apartment. The place was a bit dirty. When we arrived the floors weren’t mopped or vacuumed so you can imagine the dust laying around us. Also the bathroom could use a good cleaning as well and maybe a change of the faucet. We didn’t bring any towels of our own so maybe get more towels 2/person would be enough.

Not understanding at all, put us to pay a fine although we ve tried to explain we didn t know exactly the rules of the country and the parking and that we ve only used the place for 10 minutes. And the neighbours from the building very senzitive, they have got upset and call the owner for our laugh and call it "Noise and party "?! too bad, because the apartment was 10+

Great Location: The location is ideal, with easy access to key attractions and a pleasant neighborhood. Nice View: The view from the balcony was lovely and made for a relaxing atmosphere. Good Public Transport: The public transport options nearby made it easy for us to explore the area, which we appreciated. Convenient Free Parking: Free parking was a helpful feature that added to our convenience. Charming Balcony Plants: The plants on the balcony added a nice touch and made the space feel welcoming. Supermarket and Turkish Restaurant: It was great to have a supermarket and a Turkish restaurant right in the same building for quick meals and snacks. Helpful Host: The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions, which made our stay even better. Note to the Host: With a few touches and fixes, this could be an even better accommodation.
• Boglárka (8/5): Overall, it was a great stay but for 2 weeks I would appreciate a cleaner and more comfortable environment. - It was spacious and the location is perfect. I also loved the amazing view from the balcony. It was not the cleanest, there were no cleaning stuff, only a very bad functioning vacuum. The beds were horrible! Everything so uncomfortable, in one bedroom the light didn’t switch on properly we had to constantly play with it to get it on. One bed has collapsed a couple of times.
• Renata (7/5): Based on the photos we expected more... - Spacious apartman with large balcony Great view of the Buda Hills Free parking and wifi Supermarket in the building Half / unfinished solutions: *one bedroom did have a wardrobe and A/C like on the photo, the second bedroom didn't have either of them - not advertised / nor warned about it (Budapest had its heatwave of 40 C, when the balcony door was left open at night to have some air to be able to sleep, all the streetnoise from the 6-lane road below could be heard) * stylish but uncomfortable furniture, low beds with sharp edges * some sort of bugs living in the couch - having bitten all of us while watching TV * advertised second / guest toilet - locked (booking was made 3 months before for 4 people and 5 nights) * once living, now dried-out = dead plants all over * largely 'consumed'' spare toilet rolls, see photo * hazardous plugs * fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - but not a single dishwasher tablet left, dishwashing liquid available but no space/tray to dry plates/dishes, nor tea towel/papertowel left * no guidance re. waste disposal * no hooks or towel rails to hang clothes / towels in the bathroom
