• STEFANOS (8/5): Πολυ καλη σχεση κοστους -αποδοσης . Η επικοινωνια με τον ιδιοκτητη σαφης και εγκαιρη . - Πληρως εξοπλισμενο , ανετο , περιποιημενο , ησυχια . Η δυσκολια στο παρκινγκ . Εντονη κλιση στο δρομο , βρισκεται ψηλα στο Περαμα .

• stevi (10/5): - Η εμπειρία μας απο το διαμέρισμα ήταν πραγματικά μοναδική. Υπέροχο, άνετο, στον έκτο όροφο, φωτεινό με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα! Ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό κ όπου γυρίσεις βλέπεις το καλό γούστο των ιδιοκτητών του. Μικρές μικρές όμορφες λεπτομέρειες που σου φτιάχνουν την διάθεση με την αισθητική τους. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί άνθρωποι με μεγάλη διακριτικότητα.! Αξίζει πραγματικά να το επισκεφτείτε.! Δεν υπάρχει πραγματικά κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε!

• Giorgos (10/5): Άνετη, ζεστή και με πολύ ωραία θέα! - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, το ταξίδι μου ήταν για επαγγελματικό σκοπό εκτός Αθήνας πλησίον της περιοχής του Περάματος, όμως σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ακόμα και για υποχρεώσεις εντός Αθήνας αφού είναι πολύ κοντά.
• Αντιγονη (10/5): - Το σπίτι είναι καταπληκτικό. Πεντακάθαρο, σε καλή τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα κ όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Μας έκανε απο την πρώτη στιγμή να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα.
• Marko (10/5): A true diamond! - Excellent apartment, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, full size kitchen with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owners are very polite and helpful. The check-in was very easy with the locker. We will come back in the future for sure. Nothing! Everything was perfect!!

• Θεοδωρος+ (9/5): Άψογη!! - Oλα... Ίσως μία μικρή ένσταση για την κρεββατοκάμαρα και κυρίως το κρεββάτι..
• Cuevas Cabrera (8/5): Precioso, acogedor y limpio - Lo acogedor, amplio y las vistas que tiene el apartamento. Está dotado con todo lo necesario. Es precioso y limpio. Las dos terrazas permiten desconectar del ruido del día. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación, es necesario tener coche porque hay una cuesta muy larga y con bastante pendiente. Es difícil aparcar en la plaza del parking

• Michalis (10/5): Ένα τέλειο όροφο διαμέρισμα για διαμονή. - Τα πάντα ήταν τέλεια.το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε ότι χρειάζεσαι για μια τέλεια διαμονή.Θεα φανταστική.Το συνηστω ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον θέλει ένα διαμέρισμα με τα πάντα και με ησυχία.Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά 100%!Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μας αρεσε.Οικανοποιημενοι όσο δεν πάει.
• γιωτα (10/5): Πρακτικη και ευχαριστη διαμονη!!!σιγουρα θ τ προτιμησουμε οταν βρεθουμε ξανα στον Πειραια! - πολυ ωραια τοποθεσια ενα τεταρτο απο το λιμανι του πειραια(με κινηση).. σε ησυχη γειτονια ! στα τοπ θετικα εχει ιδιωτικο χωρο σταθμευσης παροτι ειχαμε προβληματιστει λογω προηγουμενων σχολιων το kia stonic με το οποιο πηγαμε χωρεσε ανετοτατα! ταξιδεψαμε με δυο μωρα εκει οποτε ειχαμε πολλες αποσκευες και βοηθησε πολυ το οτι διπλα στν χωρο σταθμευσης βρισκεται το ασανσερ τ οποιο σταματαει εξω ακριβως απο τν πορτα τ καταλυματος! παροτι αναφερει οτι προοριζεται γ δυο ενηλικες μονο.. υπαρχει ενας καναπες οπου κοιμιζει εναν ακομα..εμας μας βολεψε! διαθετει μια βεραντα κ ενα πιο μικρο μπαλκονι με πολυ ωραια θεα στ λιμανι... η ιδιοκτητρια γνωριζοντας οτι θ φτασουμε εκει με τα δυο μικρα μας τους ειχε αφησει κερασματα ♡... σιγουρα θ τ ξαναπροτιμουσαμε!!

• Jennifer (10/5): If it's available book this - Everything is great. There are so many minor details they have thought of and perfected. I could live forever in this space. Great views. A real parking space!!!! So many listings say a free space and it's street. Not here. Back your little car right into the garage. Comfortable bed and seating everywhere. Also, a good sized elevator. Also rare in this country. Do yourself the favor and enjoy this space! Easy to find and get in and out of. 12/10 would recommend Best place i have ever gotten in a rental, ever.

• Francesca (9/5): - Molto bella la casetta, anzi sprecata per una notte: confortevole e dotata di tutto! Check in facilissimo da fare. Letti stra comodi, ho dormito benissimo!!! Il parcheggio veramente scomodo e stretto: abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare fuori e non è stato facilissimo perché le strade sono molto strette e ripide.

• Tony (10/5): - The apartment is lovely and big 2 big balcony's 1 looking out to see over the ship yard and 1 at the back up towards mountain all the comforts of home iron fridge freezer and the bed is very comfortable As we were there for only 2 nights as we were getting ferry to islands we had no transport so we had to use public transport which wasn't a problem there is a steep hill to get down to bus stop luckily we are fit and could walk it but the climb back up after a day on your feet in athens was hard work if however you have a vehicle it is an ideal Base only 10 mins to pireaus port
• elaine (10/5): Amazing value for money and a perfect apartment. - The host could not have been more helpful in check in and out, providing useful information on the area and taxi numbers etc. The skyline vista is appropriately named for its fantastic balcony and view. It is on the sixth floor so amazing vistas. Luckily there is also a very efficient lift! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You will not be disappointed. Nothing
• Vojislav (10/5): - So after a long drive from Belgrade (SRB) to Athens we've reached the apartment in the dead of the night, super tired, wanting a decent rest so we can continue towards the island of Crete. At the apartment we had everything we needed! Cleanness was exceptional, the apartment looks the north to one side and the south so the other side so the air which flows through it is such an experience, there's almost no need for A/C! Picking up the key form the box was easy, reaching 6th floors also, having a good parking place at the spot was also helpful. Communication with landlord was easy & supportive so honestly, everything was really good. 💙

• Alexandru (10/5): Amazing overall! - We had a really short stay, as we were in transit, but wow, we wished we stayed longer! A well designed and cosy apartment with everything you need and a very comfortable bedroom. Two balconies overlooking different sides of the city, the industrial port and sea ❤️ and the mountain behind. Pure joy having our coffee at 5AM looking at the sunrise! Thank you!
• Szu (10/5): Exceptional - An exquisite and cozy small apartment with mountain views in the front and sea views in the back. It is well-equipped and has a friendly landlord. I recommend staying here.
