Ester (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Gentileza dos funcionários, limpeza, perto de bons restaurantes. Café da manhã com vários itens, porém acabavam logo e não havia reposição, mas mesmo assim foi possível ter um bom desjejum.

Fabiola (5/5): Overbooking e estresse no check-in - Aa camas sao confortáveis, o café da manhã é bom. A limpeza é boa. Mesmo tendo reserva para dois quartos que acomodariam todas as pessoas do meu grupo, tivemos problemas com a reserva. Quando chegamos no hotel, apenas um quarto estava disponível e não havia espaço para todas as pessoas. Um das pessoas teve que dormir em colchão no chão. Foi estressante, pois nao esperávamos encontrar tal situação, principalmente porque estávamos com uma criança. Achei um falta de respeito, pois estávamos dentro do horario estabelecido para check in, foi enviado uma mensagem prévia avisando o horario que iríamos chegar. Total falta de organização. O atendente ficou tentando dar desculpas que nada tinha a ver com as reservas confirmadas no aplicativo. O quarto que ficamos 203, estava com o chuveiro quebrado, com um pedaço faltando na ducha e por isso saia um jato de água para fora da ducha.
