• Kotryna (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the sea. The owner was very kind and even offered us a later check-out, though unfortunately we had to leave earlier. Highly recommended!

• Róbert (10/5): Amazing apartment close enough to a beautiful beach - Beautiful little garden, modern nice apartment. Stove is also modern and very useful, you can cook really quickly. Also the kitchen is very well equipped, not to mention the small gifts at arrival from the owner. Beds are a bit hard for me, therefore I needed some time to get in comfort in them.

• Natalja (10/5): Wonderful stay:) - We had a wonderful stay in this lovely three-room apartment just a short walk from the sea. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very cozy, with a charming garden and a grill — perfect for enjoying warm Croatian evenings. The area is quiet and peaceful, with shops, a bakery, and several nice restaurants all within walking distance. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She was always available and helpful, and even offered us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back! 🌿☀️
• Stijn (10/5): Great location and facilities, well recommended - Such great location right across road from best beach in area. Town beach is busy and dirty in comparison. Nice garden to sit for meals. Private parking good as gets busy with cars due to nearby beach. Shutters can make apartment blackout for sleeping. Nothing. If I had to say something: there is one aircon in living room only, but if you leave bedroom doors open, it actually is able to cool all rooms sufficiently, so not an issue.

The location was perfect, close to the sea and a village, with regular buses into the city. Before we left we were invited for food which was so kind. It was perfect for our stay.

• Sofiia (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the rest in this place, modern design and very beautiful, everything is needed at hand, a friendly host that is ready to help when you need it. The apartments are close to the beach and to the LidL store. Also many places to relax in a beautiful bay next to many facilities for food nearby. I want to note the barbecue grill terrace that was a great addition. It was a great holiday due to these apartments and their placement. Be sure to come back here!

• Dmytro.p (10/5): Amazing place, will come back - The apartment is wholly new, lovely and comfortable. Everything was very clean. There are all utilities to cook, a coffee machine, an air conditioner, and mosquito nets on windows. There is also a personal yard with a fireplace and a fig tree with ready-to-go fruits. The hosts are super nice. They met us upon our arrival, left snacks in the fridge for us and recommended stunning lakes in the mountains not far from Split. They also gave us recommendations about beaches, restaurants and local food. You can ask them about airport transfer as well. The beach is within 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The water there is very clear and it is a good place for swimming or snorkelling. It is better to swim with some swimming shoes, as there are some urchins on the rocks. My vacation was too short :P
• Aldis (10/5): Property and area to die for - Excellent - I stayed in the Split area for 3 weeks at different properties and this was the last property I stayed at and by far the best and very safe. I wish I had found it sooner because I would never have left. We were greeted personally by the host who showed us the apartment and gave us valuable information about the area and had we stayed longer she would have offered us guiding tour of Split area. She also gave us a greeting gift of wonderful liquor they make. Georgeous apartment, very clean and hip and in a very good and I would say high end of Stobrec. You will not find many apartments like this in Croatia. The beds and linen are top of the line. The garden and the terrace is to die for with a beautiful fig plant, roses and green trees. We loved doing joga there. The location was perfect and exactly what I was looking for, away from tourists and the buzz of that, yet that was in a short walking distance. One of the most beautiful beaches in Split down the street where the locals go to. And approx 7-10 min walk to the downtown and the beach there if you want the restaurant and tourists. Stobrec is one of my favorite areas in the Split reagion. 5 min Uber ride to Split old town. Short distance in Uber to all the attractions in Split like Salonas, Kirka, mall of Split etc. Keep in mind that Stobrec is an older town than Split and there is plenty to see if you are interested in history. Just ask the host. If you want to go for a boat tour of the islands and the surroundings I recommend you go on Click and boat app and rent a boat with a private skipper. It can be much cheaper then the commercial group tours if you are a group of 3 or more. I personally recommend the skipper Ivo with Dino on Click and boat. I'll leave contact info with the host. I almost don't want to share this review because I want to have the property and the town for myself. I am absolutely coming back to Stobrec and staying at this property. Nothing, it is perfect.
• Katharina (10/5): That's how vacation should be! - We enjoyed this apartment with two adults and two teenagers at the end of July 2023. Although we arrived in the middle of the night our host welcomed us very heartfelt with a little snack and some local fruits. We did appreciate that extra service so much. The apartment is very spacious and completely renovated on a higt standard. We found the sanitary facilities to be very luxurious. All furniture is not only functional but also very modern und comfortable. We really did not miss a thing. In fact the apartment is very clean and tidy. There is nothing to complain about. Really nothing. We will return. Thank you for that amazing experience.
