• Roman (10/5): - Отличное расположение, быстрое заселение без присутствия хозяина. Мы забронировали проживание за час до заезда, и к нашему приезду было все идеально подготовлено, а в холодильнике ожидал сюрприз- приветственное просеккко. Номер просторный и уютный, очень тихо. Рядом есть подземная парковка по цене 30 евро в сутки. Хозяин был всегда на связи, дал много полезных советов. Жаль, что остановились на одну ночь, так как нужно было улетать. Такого нет.

The host, Fabrizio, provided excellent communication throughout, which was greatly appreciated. The room was immaculately clean and the daily cleaning service was impeccable. We were also delighted by the thoughtful, extra treat of a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us—a lovely surprise! The location is ideal, being centrally located and extremely convenient. Having a great breakfast place right outside the location was the perfect bonus. Highly recommended for a spotless, well-managed, and perfectly located stay!

It is immaculately clean and very welcoming. Situated within a locked courtyard, guests can leave the hustle and bustle of Napoli behind and have a restful stay.

• Sonja (10/5): Great place to stay in Naples between the old city and the sea - Beautiful spacious and clean room, well working AC, well equipped with fridge, water bottles, shampoo and conditioner, complimentary prosecco, overall good service and fast communication. Check-in and check-out is simplified and mostly non-contact. Both the port and the traditional quarter are close nearby. We weren’t expecting a sheet as a blanket which is a common thing in the region, but it was quickly taken care of. We would have appreciated soap for handwashing next to the shampoo and body washes as well.

Il n'est pas varié mais suffisant ! d'autant plus que dans la chambre on peut se faire 4 cafés par jour si on n'en a pas assez (ce qui a été mon cas donc j'ai très apprécié !). J'ai aimé être avec des locaux dès le matin J'ai apprécié la disponibilité et les précieux conseils de notre hôte, la propreté de la chambre un coffre avec code secret pour ranger les papiers d'identité et autre serait très apprécié ; l'hôte va le mettre en place bientôt !

• Amelia (6/5): I think it's overpriced and he should be given two stars. It's more like a hostel not a hotel not an apartment n - First of all, they are not apartment. They are rooms with an attached bathroom. This thing shouldn't even be called apartments. Neither a hotel is a hostel and it should be two stars. It's located in an alley and you have to go upstairs in an elevator made of stainless steel with no ventilation and you have to pray that the elevator doesn't stop. The rooms were new and very clean, but they were not in a good location
• Prudence (10/5): Excellent value for the location and quality - We are a senior couple from the USA wanting to explore the historical sector of Napoli, and booked 5 days at Rolando Domus. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was convenient for walking to good restaurants. Although it is in a busy traffic area, we felt safe coming and going. We took taxis (available right outside the apartment complex) to and from the airport (€25) and port (€15) and to various areas and sights. We appreciated the lovely bottle of Prosecco, unlimited bottled water, and expresso machine as well as the quality soaps and shampoo. The King bed was very comfortable, and the whole apartment was recently renovated with good quality materials. We appreciated having a small fridge and cold water on hot days. We loved having a tiny balcony to step onto and get fresh air. We especially enjoyed a fantastic restaurant called “ECO 50” on a quiet alley 2 blocks away in the opposite direction of the majority of the restaurants. You won’t be sorry if you go there! We had great difficulty accessing the apartment. First of all, even our taxi driver couldn’t locate it with the printed address. A WhatsApp call to Fabrizio cleared up that confusion. Maybe because we aren’t familiar with entry and elevator customs, we had multiple issues finding our way into the Rolando Domus (only 3 apartments on the 4th floor of a complex building) in spite of all the signage and various elevators, codes and keys. Good thing it was daylight! The plastic keycard was always inconsistent in opening our final door. Thank goodness Fabrizio was available instantly on WhatsApp, though we never met face to face). We never met another guest or occupant during the days we were in the apartment. There were frequent difficulties because of language differences, but Fabrizio was creative in having a friend who spoke perfect English call to help us out)

• Danielle (10/5): Terrific place to stay - This was a great stay - easy to book, great rate including breakfast, a very responsive host who made sure our stay was a terrific one. He made contact the day of arrival to let us know that room was ready early, clear instructions, good eating recommendations, a kind gift and he organised a taxi back to the airport. De kaart van het hotel werd ons gestolen en wij hebben dit laten weten aan Frabrizio, dit was geen probleem en zei dat hij het jammer vond dat wij dat moesten meemaken. Echt een aanrader! We hadden ook gevraagd om een taxi voor naar het vliegveld te gaan en dit heeft Fabrizio zelf geregeld voor ons! Zou ik ooit nog eens naar Napels gaan zou ik zeker en vast terug gaan naar Ronaldo Domus ☺️🌼

• Neil (7/5): Rolando Domus is a good base for exploring the city…with a few minor adjustments it could be great - Location great, very attentive host Fabrizio when we needed to contact him, giving recommendations and arranging taxi, etc. Apartment is quiet even though very central location. Comfy bed. Nice details of leaving local cake, and a bottle of prosecco. Breakfast was very basic….just a coffee and a croissant in a local cafe. Disappointing. No clothes storage facilities in the apartment apart from a rail with a few coat hangers. The rest had to stay in our suitcase. A few paper cups for taking tea/coffe in the room rather than actual cups didn’t match the pretensions of the apartment….and bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) in individual packets rather than environmentally friendly dispensers is a little out of date.

Appx 10 minute car ride from the airport, it’s a modern and clean b&b tucked away from a main Naples street. Comfortable bed and three is elevator access. Fabrizio (the host) is extremely communicative and a Napoli local who can give great recommendations in Naples and across the coast! Would stay here again.

Breakfast at Frederico was a bonus. - The apartment was in a very good location, walking distance from the touristic port and the historic part of Napoli. The room was lovely and clean, with a very modern bathroom. The host was very hospitable and helpful about arranging taxi’s, recommendations of where to eat and day trips. Lastly, it was good value for money! Thank you Fabrizio for a great stay. There was nothing not to like!

The fridge was really handy especially with a complimentary bottle of Prosciutto on arrival. The property was accessible through a large coded door then a lift to the 4th floor and then another coded door into the reception. Bottled water and maps were available to guests. All the amenities were of high standard. The property itself was in a great location and Frabrizo the owner was so helpful with guidance and recommendations for restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning to Naples and will stay at Rolando Domus. Nothing

He provided clear instructions on the security and access to the building, offered tips and advice on where to eat, where to go for aperitivo and left little treats in the room. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. The room was modern and clean. I definitely recommend Rolando Domus and would choose to stay here again in the future. There was nothing I did not like.

NO ME GUSTO QUE ME ENGAÑARA BOOKING CON LAS FOTOS ES UN EDIFICIO MUY VIEJO QUE PARECE VECINDARIO NADA QUE VER CON LA MAYORÍA DE LAS FOTOS EL CUARTO ESTÁ ACEPTABLE
