• Marion (7/5): Cosy and comfortable! - Das Haus ist einladend, geräumig, sehr sauber und warm. Es verfügt über drei Bäder, was bei einer großen Gruppe angenehm ist. Es gibt genug komfortable Betten mit guten Matratzen. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist ein bisschen runtergekommen. Die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Für große Gruppen gibt es nicht genug Tassen, Pfannen und Töpfe. Der Backofen kann nicht angeschaltet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schleppend. Die Hinweise zum Check-in kamen sehr spät, das Video ließ sich nicht öffnen. Zwei Schlüssel wären gut für eine große Gruppe.

• alejandro (1/5): Decepción por parte de Booking y malísima experiencia en éste alojamiento. - Malísima experiencia la vivida en éste alojamiento,nada bueno que nos gustase. El check in estaba previsto a las 11:00 am,estando en la puerta nos dice que sería a las 18 pm,nos deja a las 12 de meter las maletas,volvemos a las 20:30 y nos encontramos la puerta llena de basura,y dentro de la casa droga(más de 100 bombonas del gas de la risa),nos mandó a un hombre para recogerlas y estuvo hasta las 22:30 allí en la casa,debajo de uno de los sofás del salón más de 10 cigarros,cajones de la cocina sucios,los dos últimos días el termo no funcionaba,tuberías exteriores rotas que se salía el agua,la puerta del jardín rota y no se podía cerrar,lo cuál cada vez que nos íbamos se quedaba la casa totalmente vulnerable,tras varias llamadas al propietario nos encontramos que éste no nos atiende. No le recomiendo a nadie que haga reserva aquí en éste alojamiento. Booking después de informar de todo lo soluciona devolviéndonos el 15% en el monedero de ellos, porque el propietario no les responde y por habernos quejado después del checkout. Decepción total después de más de 15 años haciendo reservas por aquí.

• Joan (9/5): It is good definitely stay here nextime we go to UK. - It is spacious good for a big family. It is near to some stores. It’s convenient travelling to trains. It is noisy sometimes. Car honking in middle of the night.

• Savio (8/5): It is alright, if you are patient and dont want the owner to reply quickly to your questions. - The location was near the underground, 5-6 minutes walk from it and from there on it was very easy to get into London, travel time 35-50 minutes. The apartment is big, three levels, with a terrace and a garden, a large open plan kitchen, with all the necessary things. A shop was literally 10 metres from us, the second house, with a very friendly owner. They also let us check in from 12, even though check-in time was 16.00. Communication with the owners was hard and slow. I tried to contact them a few times in advance, asking some basic questions, but they wrote me back only a day before the trip. The grass in the yard was knee high, we cut it with the lawnmower which we found in the shed. The rooms overlooking the street face some noisy traffic, even during nighttime, so either you close the windows or you endure the noise.
• Fiona (1/5): Terrible - I didn’t stay at the property but they took my money! Hosts, didn’t contact us until 9pm to late for check in. Poor service , but still took my money. Booking.com failed as well.
• Nimesh (3/5): Apartment is good but owner does not attend complaint. - Rooms were clean and enough beds for big family. Kitchen is big and have all the required equipments. The owner created a WhatsApp group but failed to address our complaints. The bathrooms on the ground and second floors were clogged, making bathing difficult. The first-floor bathroom lacked an enclosure. Additionally, the ground-floor bathroom's flush tank stopped working after one day of our stay and was never rectified, despite a complaint being made.

• Amarpreet (7/5): Communication with the hosts is not good until less than 20 hours before check in. Do not expect the host to respond to - Location Could do with a deep clean. Some staining on headboard and walls which could do with improvement.

• Nancy (8/5): Many thanks for accommodating us I can recommend this property specially to a big group of family - Spacious and big enough to accomodate us all! Comfortable stay loads of toilets and bathrooms. When you enter the property you can quickly smell damp and mold smell.
