• Anna (10/5): Polecam, jeśli twoim celem jest zwiedzanie i chcesz się tanio przenocować - Lokalizacja obiektu tak naprawdę jest jego największym plusem. Spacerem można dojść do niemal wszystkich atrakcji znajdujących się w centrum Wiednia. Pokoje są skromne, ale jakość do ceny uwzględniając lokalizację jest niespotykana! Personel bardzo miły i pomocny :)

Zona tranquilla a pochi passi da tutto mezzi pubblici ecc... Lo consiglio vivamente Un po attenzione alla pulizia della camera, per il resto tutto perfetto
• GLYKERIA (9/5): - The room was clean and quiet, it provided shampoo/shower gel, we could leave our baggage to the reception and it was near the city center. The furniture was kind of old, the room and bathroom were a little small and it didn't have any equipment to prepare even a cup of coffee.
• Alessio (10/5): - Pension Votiv is truly a lovely place to stay, perfectly located near Votiv Park and only a 15-minute walk from Stephansplatz. There are two metro stations nearby, making it very easy to reach any part of Vienna. The area is very quiet, yet still lively and pleasant. The host, Alex, is genuinely kind and helpful. Due to my own distraction, I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe, and he kindly offered to ship it back to me in Italy. I really enjoyed my days in Vienna, even though I was there for work, and I would gladly stay at Pension Votiv again if I ever return to the city.

Passé cette entrée en matière, ce n'est pas une pension mais une chambre au fond d’un couloir sans aucune décoration et équipée d’un mobilier en bout de soufle.Pour le prix on aurait pu attendre une chambre d’une autre qualité et un accueil dans la pension.Mais ce n'est qu'une chambre au fond d’un couloir trop cher et sans aucun charme

• Myriam (6/5): Benino, migliorabile - La posizione, abbastanza vicina al centro (10-15 min a piedi) La camera era sporca e non è mai stata pulita in 4 giorni. Non ho mai visto nessuno dello staff perché ho ricevuto indicazioni su come accedere alla camera via whatsapp. Ho pertanto avuto gli stessi 2 asciugamani x tutta la permanenza e non granché come qualità. La luce delllo specchio del lavandino era rotta, idem la lampada del comodino (funzionante ma rotta sopra) e il portasciugamani. La camera aveva un bollitore e una tazza ma nemmeno perlomeno un cucchiaino. Insomma nulla di essenziale ma nel complesso un po da risistemare..

I knew there is no refregirator in the room and I was ok with it but I was suprised it was not in the common areas. I think it's pitty. It is small thing that makes great service. And it is normal in these days.

• Concetta (7/5): Ottima posizione, ma servizi migliorabili - La posizione era ottima, molto comoda per visitare la città. La camera era pulita e ordinata. Mancavano alcuni servizi di base, come lo shampoo. Inoltre, ho provato a contattare la struttura tramite messaggio su Booking il giorno prima dell’arrivo senza ricevere risposta; ho dovuto chiamare al cellulare una volta arrivata davanti alla struttura. In camera erano presenti due tazze con cucchiaini, ma senza alcuna macchina per il caffè o per il tè, quindi non era chiaro a cosa servissero.
• Cristina (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Partendo dal presupposto che abbiamo soggiornato per soli due giorni e mezzo, come prima cosa direi che è situato in un buon punto, a soli 20min (in taxi) dall aeroporto, a 5 min dalle fermate di tram e metro e vicinissimo alla chiesa Votiva ( per chi vuole godere dello spettacolo “luce della creazione” ) a mio dire, molto emozionante. Situato in un grande palazzo, non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovarlo. Alex, il guesthouse non era presente ma è stato molto disponibile e cordiale nel farci preparare la stanza molto prima dell orario previsto del check in . La stanza è abbastanza grande, finestre ampie e tutto in ordine. Qualcosina ancora da migliorare ma nulla di grave. Lo consiglio! Sicuramente la vicinanza al centro gioca un buon ruolo.

• Amanda (8/5): Bom custo-benefício para Viena, boa localização! - A localização é boa apesar de não ser no centro histórico, da pra ir andando, o bairro é o distrito francês então é cheio de cafés charmosos e fica em frente à Votiv Church! Na entrada da pensão já o nome de outra pensão o que faz confusão! Quando vc entra não tem luz e há apenas um corredor com 2 portas ao fundo, uma dessas portas da para outro corredor com uma porta que abre na Pension Votiv, ou seja, é bem escondida!

• Dorota (8/5): Short trip to Vienna - Apartment in a tenement building, close to the city center, 5 minutes to the Votive Church, 15 minutes to the City Hall, and 10 minutes to the metro station. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The room is clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay in Vienna.

• Romina (4/5): Totalmente un altro posto - Avevo prenotato per una stanza completamente diversa dalle foto, tanto che siamo stati condotti dalla signora (poverina parlava solo ucraino e russo) in un’altra struttura a 300 metri da quella che avevamo prenotato, senza che ci venisse detto nulla. La comunicazione era impossibile dato che non parlava né tedesco né inglese. Per fare il check out ho riportato le chiavi là dove ho incontrato la signora. Comunicazione inesistente. Fate attenzione quando prenotate.

• Teresa (3/5): Not suitable for people with mobility issues nor people with standards ! - The host was friendly. Bed was comfortable but low down for someone my age group. More suited to a hostel category. Everything else was dreadful. Really disappointed, especially as the property had area. I was looking at relocating but as it was marathon weekend property was hard to come by. There was a kettle and cup in the room but no tea or coffee ! I was gravely disappointed by this visit but spent most of the day out and had it just for a bed. The flooring is uneven. I feel totally robbed My review is a room with a single bed but it felt like a cupboard . Perhaps previous reviews are on a different room !

Siamo arrivate prima del check in e ci hanno dato la possibilità di cambiarci e di lasciare i bagagli poiché hanno uno spazio comune che lo permette. Alexander è una persona meravigliosa se dovessi ritornare a Vienna, ritornerei lì .. a due passi dalla cattedrale Votivkirche

• Santiago (9/5): - La ubicacion del lugar era excelente. Estabas a 15min caminando del centro de Vienna, tenias muchos restaurant, lineas de metro y bus cerca y la zona es muy tranquila. La habitacion era comoda, muy bueno precio-calidad. No esta muy bien señalizado el hotel, me costo un poco encontrar la entrada. Pero la mujer que ma atendio en recepcion muy amable.

• julieta (8/5): Esta bien - lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Alex, pudimos dejar las maletas antes del checkin y despues del checkout lo que nos facilito muchísimo las cosas porque viajábamos muy tarde. el piso esta bien ubicado y es cómodo, la habitación esta bien para el precio que tiene aunque la que nos toco no esta en ninguna de las fotos, era un poco mas pequeña. se escuchaba mucho lo que pasaba en la habitación de al lado, por ejemplo si estaban viendo un video con el teléfono lo escuchábamos como si estuviéramos en la misma habitación, por suerte nuestros vecinos no fueron muy ruidosos, no esta bien señalizada la entrada al piso pero pudimos encontrarlo y en el baño hacia un poco de frio pero nada grave

• Saiegh (10/5): Excelente. - La verdad que calidad precio no se puede pedir más. No duden en sacarlo. El ingreso al principio no se encuentra pero una vez que lo encontráis es un lujo. Privado y tranquilo, muy cómodo y ubicación perfecta. Se puede mejorar el baño pero calidad precio está perfecto

An old building and out dated room/bathroom. Could really do with a refurbishment. While it served its purpose for a city break, it is far from luxury. This is evident from the price point. Also somewhat difficult to find, check in instructions could be clearer.
