It was easy to book Toilet was set up in old pantry , shared kitchen. It wasn’t what we expected and perhaps we didn’t read the info properly. There was a weird smell in entry .

Lara the host is really a good host she's easy going and good at communicating will help you with whatever you need. • Robert (2/5): We were glad to leave after eating in the dining area when someone was using the 'pantry toilet'! - Cleanliness was reasonable. The location was convenient. This facility came up when I searched for motels. It is not a motel. It is a converted house with 5 bedrooms and most other facilities shared. There are no staff on site. One must phone the owner for a door entry code, along with photo ID. Subsequent operation of the entry lock proved very problematic. There is a slotted 'pantry' door off the dining area behind which is a shared toilet with no washing facility. Our room had a toilet with exposed electrical wiring. Our double bed was against a wall such that the person on the wall side needed to climb across the other person to visit the bath room!

I ended up checking out after one night even though i booked the room for 3 nights due to several issues. The people in the room next to mine were very loud, and banged the doors several times when entering and leaving the property at night making it hard to relax, and many of the facilities mentioned in the ad were not available. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.”

• Kristina (10/5): Comfy, peaceful and overall amazing. - Firstly the owner Lara is absolutely lovely. My husband and I have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past few months and it is absolutely amazing. The pricing weather it be per night or long term stay is absolutely worth it, not only is the home/rooms spacious but it is very cozy, comfy and located in such a beautiful and peaceful area.
• Essie (9/5): Convenient and comfortable. - We booked this accomodation on the same day as check in and they were able to have the room ready and allow us to check in an hour early which was fantastic and super convenient. We had a bit of difficult working out the touch pad pin on the front door, however, were able to call the host who answered straight away. She provided video tutorials on exactly how to work the door which was super easy to follow. She was very accomodating and helpful. The double room had a queen sized bed, single bed, and fold down futon that could also be slept on. We had our own shower which had great pressure and hot water. We had our own toilet, sink, and fridge. The heating in the main room worked well and the bed was comfortable. We also had access to a shared kitchen with an oven and microwave which was super useful. When moving the fridge to find the cord and plug it in, there were cigarette butts behind it. The room was otherwise very clean and tidy!

• Sooze's (6/5): Clean, comfortable basic accomodation. - Well equipped kitchen. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Security lock on guest room doors. We had a room at the back with its own recently updated bathroom. As the only guests at the time it was nice and quiet. Prefer the manager to be on site. Fridge is in bathroom. Security camera looking into kitchen is a bit intrusive. A little pricey given you could be sharing the facilities in smallish house with a number of others (5 rooms)
