• Melinda (10/5): Fabulous accommodation, perfect host and everything exceeded expectations. Value for money also. - The instructions were messaged to me prior to arrival for check. Host was a fabulous communicator with responses almost instantly. The place was absolutely lovely. We needed a place in the suburbs near our son and this was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping areas.

• Michelle Anne (9/5): Melbourne Short Trip - We loved the house. The place was just right size for the 4 of us. We were very glad the basics were provided. We were also delighted that there was a driveway to park our rental vehicle. The auto sensor light at the garage and entrance doors were very useful as we came home late at night every day during our stay.
• Colin (9/5): An enjoyable, comfortable place to stay close to family and public transport. - Extremely clean, very well equipped, nicely decorated, lots of thoughtful touches. Could have a larger bed in main bedroom.
• Ken_Smith (10/5): - A great place to spend a week in Melbourne. The property is in the Reservoir district and is close to the railway station and large shopping centre and other shops. It's also an easy drive into Melbourne CBD and around 30 mins from Melbourne International Airport and has a bus stop right outside should you need it. Very well equipped and very well maintained, nicely presented, just like being at home. Honestly can't fault it. Having to leave.

We loved every moment of our stay😍 It would have been better if the outdoor area was closed, would be ideal for outdoor entertainment and would be a cosy experience.

The owner was also very easy to get in contact with and seems lovely The space for parking was very tight. The house is the back unit so it was hard to get the vehicle in and out without some skills.

Travelling as a family Boulder house exceeded my expectations. A cot was available for our infant, but the cot was just the beginning for this family friendly property. Baby wipes, nappy bags, kids cutlery and toys. Truly exceptional. Cece knows how to look after young families. Nil. This property exceeds expectation.

Cece was very thoughtful and had everything available for us. Very nice and clean property and comfortable to stay in. I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future. Cece was super helpful, my kids got very sick and she allowed me to check out late free of charge. She was the best host and made a huge effort to make sure our stay was amazing. The location was also great, 20 mins from city. Everything was incredible, loved the property and host. I have nothing to fault, I highly recommend staying here.

Warm, quiet, forensically clean and so well equipped for every occassion. - Exceptional thought and effort made to ensure the property was equipped with everything you need in a family home from Bandaids to Zip lighters (if the gas stove didnt self ignite as it should). Absolutely the Best equipped property we have stayed in using any booking tool over the last 25 years. At the time of booking, I did not know: 1; the Garage was not accessible /available....... 2: didnt know it was a dual occupany block (tandem housing) until we arrived. Then found out it is No 2 /90, not just 90. 3: driveway is onto a vey busy street opposite a school and adjabcent to bus stop. A copule of times...When a bus comes along, you cannot get out until it leaves the stop. We stayed when it was school holidays, so imagine it gets even busier.
