• El Kadiri (10/5): - Tout était bien : Appartement lumineux, bien équipé, spacieux et sans vis à vis. Proche des moyens de transport public Metro et Bus, des épiceries et supérettes. Accès fluide et contact réactif. On recommande.

The owners came and said the cleaner did not do it... No one word of apology... I understand these problems may happen, but apology would have been appreciated.

• mariolle (7/5): - Appartement très bien situé , très proche du métro et dans Madrid ! Agréable et bien aménagé ! Dommage de gros travaux sont en cours et les camions font des manoeuvres juste devant l'appartement ! La rue est aussi très bruyante malgré le quadruple vitrage , qui manque

• Emily (10/5): Really enjoyed staying here would definitely come back again and would recommend to others - We loved the Decoration. It being on the ground floor and all shops,Supermarkets and the metro a close walk to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and the beds and living room space was very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, we did bring our own kettle as we are tea drinkers Nothing.

• Charlène (10/5): - Nous avons logé dans cet appartement du 4 au 14 août. L'appartement est superbe; refait a neuf;très propre;très bien équipé. Le plus : la climatisation ! Il se trouve juste a côté des bus;pratique et rapide pour se rendre en quelques minutes dans le centre de Madrid. Merci pour cette belle découverte,nous reviendrons avec plaisir😊

• Dorothea (5/5): Die Wohnung war sehr schön, leider aufgrund der Lage sehr laut - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas sparsam, ein Wasserkocher und eine Teekanne wären gut gewesen und auch Weingläser wären nett gewesen. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße mit hohem Verkehrsaufkommen, die Bushaltestelle liegt sehr nahe vor der Tür und es war daher sehr laut, auch nachts , sodass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, was bei den Temperaturen nicht schön war.

In zona se gasesci supermarketuri, multe alte magazine diverse, farmacii, restaurante. Poziționare excelenta față de Casa de Campo, Gradina zoologica si Parque des Atracctiones, la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos.

• Sanja (10/5): Evetything relaxed. - Location and hospitality, very clean and new. There is no oven and electic kettle.
• Perez (7/5): Confortable, close to a metro station. - Everything was ok, good location Cockroaches at the kitchen, leaving room and bedrooms. We killed around 20 cockroaches during our staying of 6 days.
• Son (8/5): Stayed there for 3 nights; overall, it was a good experience. - Good location, new appliances, good noise isolation, nice owner - Check in is difficult because the key is inside the lockbox, which is inside the locked gate. My son had to jump over the locked gate to get they keys, I wonder how someone who cannot jump would get the keys ? - There were ants in the kitchen and I notified the owner. Hopefully the issue has been resolved by now.
• Shaban (9/5): Recommended - Good location next to subway. Good value for money. It’s a recently renovated flat on the ground floor, well secured, no stairs. The place is in a working class neighborhood but it all feels very relaxed and calm. The apartment was well cleaned. For my taste the mattresses are quite soft and the pillows too flat but I know it’s a personal preference. We covered the lights of the exit signs above the doors with T-shirts so it was not disturbing during the night.

• Maria (9/5): Amazing flat - The accommodation is stunning. Looks like it has recently been renovated. Nice open-plan kitchen. Good facilities in the flat i.e diswasher and washing machine. Also, microwave and coffee machine! The location is great as it is near the metro station, literally like 200 meters. However, it is not in the heart of the city centre and I think the price should reflect that
• Traceylb (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable beds, nice bedding and towels, very well equipped with good quality white goods. Recently reformed and tastefully decorated. The location was also excellent with the metro 90m away, bus connections and a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants The only reason I did not give the apartment a 10 was because there was an overwhelming stench of tobacco when we arrived. I accept that this is the fault of previous guests but I felt that the cleaning staff could have done more to make it more pleasant. We went out and bought sprays and aired the apartment which helped. Saying that, I'd happily stay there again
