- Fiona (1/5): Avoid at all cost!!! Cancelled booking as I was standing outside it at 20.34pm!! leaving me stuck!!! - Nothing. I requested a check in time when I originally booked the property however received no answer from the management. I had to change me check in time 3 days before my arrival but still no answer from the property. I arrived at the property when I said at 8pm and I was concerned as the property still hadn't got back to me on how to access the property. I called the management and they said that someone would call me back. After 15mins I had still not received a call so I tried to call the management back but this time they did not answer my call. I tried again but still they would not answer. I contacted booking.com and they informed me that my booking was cancelled!!! I found out that they cancelled my booking at 8.34pm as I was standing outside the property!!! I was not happy at all about they way they had treated me. I was now a lone female in the centre of London at 9pm at night with no accommodation!!! This was absolutely ridicules!! you should never book this place unless you get a guarantee of accommodation. I can not give a accurate review of this accommodation because I never got in to view it!!!
