• Huang (9/5): - Lovely guesthouse with the warmest hosts. The dogs were very eager to welcome us as well. The toilet was extremely clean with hot shower, and the bedsheets were soft and comfortable. Due to the location, there were some outdoor insects that got into our room.

The hosts were super kind and always ready to help. It felt like staying at my grandma’s countryside house — warm and relaxing. Nothing to complain about — everything was perfect!

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I also loved the adorable cats and the two friendly dogs — they made the place feel like home. The peaceful surroundings added to the charm. Mr. Guga and family, thank you so much for your hospitality and help. I felt it from the first day I booked the room. Once I booked the room, I received a personal message from Guga answering my questions and I felt the warmth on his messages. He was waiting for me when we reached the place at night (in fact when I reached the spot, the gate opened automatically :) ) I am strongly recommending this home for all my friends and contacts and those who love to stay in Telavi for a short family or friend trip. Thank you Guga, and we will meet again next time when we are in Georgia. The place has good parking slots as well. Nothing specific.

• Luc (10/5): - Friendly Home is fantastisch op elk gebied. De kamers zijn ruim en voorzien van een kleine keuken. Het terras nodigt uit om wat na te genieten na een dagje Telavi en omgeving. Het ontbijt is prima. De honden en katten maken het huiselijk tafereeltje compleet. Een echte aanrader!! Helemaal niets

• Sergei (10/5): Felt like at the best hotel and home together! - It’s a family home with the guest room on the second floor. The rooms themselves are like in the best quality high end hotels! We really enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony! The air conditioning blows towards the bead so if you don’t like feeling the cooled air movement while sleeping then it might disturb you a bit.

• Georgii (10/5): Friendly Home is the best place to stay in Telavi! - It's an awesome place to stay for a night, two, a week, or even more! Guga and Nutsa are wonderful people and great hosts — it was a pleasure to talk with them and stay at their place. Their home has everything for a chillout stay. The most amazing thing is the mountain view from the balcony, on which you can have lunch, sit and work, or just chill on the sofa. If you plan a trip to Telavi, I definitely recommend you to stay at the most Friendly Home.

• Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly Home is a wonderful place that makes you want to return! The room we stayed in was modern, cozy, and clean. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, always ready to help and create a comfortable atmosphere. The interior and exterior of the house are made with great love – even in the areas we saw, there were many beautiful little details that added a sense of warmth and charm. It’s clear that every part of the house is designed with care. The friendly dogs were a delightful addition to our stay. We left with only positive impressions and will definitely come back again! The only downside was that the two mattresses on the double bed tended to slide apart. However, this didn’t really affect our overall experience.

• Marjolijn (10/5): 11 out of 10, highly recommended - Out of 6 accommodations we had in Georgia, Friendly Home was simply the BEST (and the cheapest). Very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean room, huge terrace with view to the mountains, very good breakfast and Nutsa & Guga are the best and most hospitable hosts. They speak excellent English and German, gave us lots of information and also organised a taxi back to Tbilisi airport. As a bonus there are 2 superfriendly dogs and cozy cats. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights, but could have easily stayed much longer. Highly recommended!

Ample hot water with good pressure. Lovely terrace, overlooking garden + mountain views. Hosts are very responsive, welcoming, engaging & friendly.
• Katharina (10/5): Exceptional - Nutsa and Guga made us feel like visiting friends! It was nice to feel the energy that they put in the project of their beautiful guesthouse. The rooms are well equipped and modern, the garden is lovely and the breakfast at the terrace is a perfect start into the day. The location in 30min walking distance to Telavi Center was not a problem for us and there is even a bus which is departing just right at the corner of the house every hour. Thanks for having us as your guests!

We loved the breakfasts on the terrace with the fresh picked apples from their garden. The rooms were big, very clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

• Thomas (10/5): Perfect stay in a quiet and authentic neighborhood. - Excellent stay in a quiet neighborhood of Telavi. The bus goes once every hour right by the property and takes you to the city center within a few minutes. The host family is awesome, super friendly and very helpful. The room was brand new and super clean. The view across the garden and all the way to the Kaukasus is breathtaking. Authentic Georgian breakfast. All in all the perfect stay in Telavi. Some might complain about the location, because it’s not in the center, but for us this was a major plus! Just maybe shut the windows for the night if you don’t want to wake up because of the rooster ;) 🐔

• Anastasia (10/5): Awesome place - I think this is one of the best places that we stayed in 8 years of our constant travelling in this world. Yes, I'm serious. From the entrance to the property to small details in the house and in the room - we fell in love with this place. We felt that the owners put so much love to the land and the house, thinking about small details in the interior, and did everything to make sure you will feel cozy and warm in you room. When you enter the property you will meet 2 adorable dogs, that will be happy to meet you. This is the place that we would love to return. Nothing. Everything is great
