• Veronika (10/5): - When I came, I was happy they checked me in late. Other thing, first I met more person who also rented room like me, they were really warm. First impression was nice, I felt comfortable, I liked the place. And then I met the owner and other personal. The vibe is full of care. They checked if everything is in my room, also small warm welcome talks made me comfortable fully. Around place are restaurants ant beach is not far. Also renting cars and etc places, shop is just around the corner. Room was clean, security from mosquitos on a window, I liked the smell of towels and sheets, it wasn't too strong, I am sensitive to senses so I was happy I didin't get allergy because of cheap washing powders. And the other part was really impresive. I got an accident being outside and I went to hospital. I couldn't take my things on my check out time. So it meant I had to rent more days just for my things. It would be really stressful for me. And I didin't have to. Owner was so understanding, he helped anything he could. It's really nice place with good people and vibe. Also prices is good now because they are new. You better hurry up, because they will not be for a long like that. I recommend this place.

• Patsy (10/5): Wonderful accommodation and hosts. - We had a wonderful stay. Daniel and his team are helpful, professional, welcoming and friendly. The location is superb, just a 2 minute walk from the centre, 5 minutes to the great beach, but when you are in the room it feels like you are in the countryside with wonderful Mountain views and great walks. The Bekaris family also own a great restaurant 5 minutes walk where the Dad cooks over an open grill. Room tax and aircon are included in the price and it is great value for the quality of rooms. We have stayed in many places in the village and this is by far the best for us. Many thanks Daniel and family!

• Drusian (8/5): Alloggio situato in una posizione strategica con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera ampia e nuova con terrazzino - Posizione strategica perchè l’appartamento è situato 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Alikanas. Camera molto ampia per due persone, struttura completamente nuova e terrazzino esterno. Parcheggio libero. Servizio come hotel perché ogni giorno passavano a rifare il letto e a riordinare. Dopo tre giorni di soggiorno, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani.

Besonders positiv überrascht war ich von der Ruhe, obwohl sie zentral gelegen ist – Straßengeräusche waren kaum zu hören, was einen erholsamen Schlaf garantiert hat. Alles Wichtige wie Läden, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten war fußläufig erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Alex (10/5): 10/10 can’t recommend enough! - Fantastic apartment with everything you need, aircon is perfect, tv, safe, fridge kettle and sandwich press all new and in great condition! Plug sockets next to the bed mood lighting, they’ve obviously thought about everything when designing these rooms! The bathroom is absolutely stunning all brand new with a very modern and clean feel. Spacious and good size shower. We had the room with a double balcony and the views are stunning and the sun rise is worth waking up early for! Location in my opinion is perfect, close enough to the ‘strip’ you can walk it in 45 seconds and far enough away as to not get any noise form the bars and restaurants! Daniel who greeted us was exceptional giving us local advice and putting us intouch for a quad bike hire and private boat hire. Also their family run restaurant is fantastic and can’t recommend enough! 10/10 will definitely book here again when we return. Nothing

• Nicole (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartments is great, near supermarkets, taverns and all other shops on the main road, but at the same time it's quiet and you can't hear the noise. Our room was new, very clean and had great balconies. The beach is close (15min walk) and the water is clean. Bekiris taverna, owned by the host, is also very nice. It would be better if there are more kitchen supplies.

Perfect location close to beach , supermarket bars and restaurants but set back from main road so nice and peaceful too . Perfect property we will return .♥️❤️❤️‍🩹 Nothing it was perfect ,
• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect in every way - Everything was perfect. Daniel and his family made us feel so welcome, and couldn’t do enough for you. The apartments are far better than the photos. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely well maintained and had everything you needed. The location of them is perfect, the main road with bars shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk away. It’s is also very quiet, due to being set back from the road. • Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, quiet with beautiful views overlooking fields and mountains. Shops, bars and restaurants 2 min walk away. Apartments are located at the end of Alykanas which is closest to neighbouring resort Alykes, a 10 min stroll. Daniel, the owner met us on arrival. He was very welcoming and Nothing was too much trouble. Helen, Kept our room spotless. She is a very pleasant young lady and was always very helpful. Plenty of parking space if required. We would definitely recommend Central Studios apartments and stay there again. Nothing

• Mark (10/5): Zakynthian hospitality - Met by the family on arrival & they are available throughout your stay. They also have a taverna which is a 3 minute walk away which serves very good food with the father usually cooking on the open spit roast. Nothing
• Liva (9/5): Good stay, comfortable beds, welcoming staff - Clean, comfortable, close to center, very good money value Hot water takes a long time to heat up in the shower, but it did not bother me much. Most likely its due to solar power.

• Amanda (10/5): Wonderful stay - Extremely comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely decor. Modern bathroom with great shower. Brilliant location - just a minute walk from the main street with shops, bars and restaurants, only five minutes walk to the beach, but very peaceful and feels as though you’re in the countryside. Beautiful views. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, we will be returning. Nothing
• Patrycja (10/5): I highly recommend, the trip was great, we felt very taken care of! ❤️ - - The room was great and clean - Changing towels and cleaning every 2 days - Very close to the sea, but at the same time you could not hear the sound from the street - Daniel is a wonderful person, answers very quickly, helps if you need anything - Daniel helped with airport transfer, recommended their family restaurant were was delicious food, recommended of car rental etc I recommended to everyone! 🤗 nothing! 😀
• Giancarlo (10/5): Wonderful apartment - The apartment is very new, 1 year old maximum I would guess. Very good position, 2 minutes by foot from a supermarket (Spar) and the main street of Alykanas, with many restaurants and shops. Very large apartment. Living room with a very minimal kitchenette, a convertible sofa and a small table. Bedroom with a queen size bed, a closet and some other ranging furniture. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace with a table, two chairs, and a drying rack. Air conditioning in both rooms. Private parking always available. Daniel was a super kind host. Some leaking problems with the shower. The kitchen has just a kettle and a toaster. I would have liked a small burner to make simple things like make moka coffee or boil an egg. The apartment is very new so they will perhaps add it in the future.
