Guest Reviews
- Stephanie (10/5): - Es un departamento que está muy bien equipado con una buena ubicación. Nada que decir, porque es un buen lugar para alojar
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Basic but spacious to sleep 3 and even 4 people. Good value given the location but, if you're going to Rome for the first time, worth getting to know the area as is just outside the centre, eg. the bus is probably faster and easier than the train, so locate the busstops and how to buy tickets. The 990 will take you all the way to Trastevere (at time of writing). Anything you may need, such as food, is within walking distance - again, maybe a virtual walk using street-view will locate places. The Vikey system looks like a poor app. You can use it to verify docs but the residence tax can be paid in cash upon arrival - especially as it is only paid once there in person.
- Olha (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cozy and quite nice. We had everything we need. The owner is friendly and provides great service.
- Anthony (4/5): Poor experience and over priced with missing amenities. - Apartment had no decor..was bare, no paintings ..only nails on wall and empty shelves. But worse had no big towels, had to shower with face towels. 1 towel per person for 4 days. Owner got bathrobes after asking for regular sized towels.. but still not appropriate.
We were informed of late check in chatges (€70) on day of arrival (not on booking) .. even though late chexk in was due to flight delay.
No shower gel or mini toiletries, withstanding hefty price paid for apartment.
Was very disappointed with outcome of apartment..as paid above average price for apartment in basement and no amenities or warm feeling.
- Diana (9/5): A nice stay - The apartament was clean and had all you need to make a tea or a cup of coffee or to even cook if you wanted. There was a train station near. There were restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Renzo, the owner, was very welcoming. The entrance is not that easy accesibile because you have to enter the building, then get out and it’s in the backside of the building. And the train that is near, it’a not passing very often, so if you don’t organise well it will take more than 45 minutes to reach the center.
- Mariana (10/5): We liked everything and had a great time in Rome. - Spacious and cozy apartments. There was everything necessary for living. Convenient location, not far from the metro and the Vatican.
- Hr (10/5): Exceptional - Renzo is very nice and helpful landlord. We had everything, what we need.
The beds are comfortable.
Near to the bus stop.
Everything was great. ----
- Marion (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable and fairly central to where we needed to be. Renzo is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.
- Malinowska (7/5): Good -
