Es una calle principal llena de locales donde puedes encontrar de todo. La persona que nos recibió, muy amablemente nos explicó donde comer mejor, incluso bajó con nosotros para enseñarnos unos cuantos sitios buenos para visitar. El apartamento es estupendamente cómodo y limpio, más espacioso de lo que imaginaba, muy bien cuidado incluso tiene una zona para fumadores. Al ser una calle principal de shopping hay mucho movimiento de gente continuamente, aún así dormimos como bebés. Me sentí super cómoda e indudablemente volvería 🫶🏽🙏🏽 No tengo ninguna queja

There is a metro station 50 meters away, the street is mostly pedestrian and there are many shops, restaurants, cafes. All services are available on site. It is safe, the area is often patrolled by police. It's a nice, clean apartment, the owner is very communicative and always tries to help you.

The Owner was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Owner was really nice and helpful, and the comfort of the bed ensured a good night’s sleep. The hotel facilities were also well kept and easy to access. The location is another big advantage, as it is convenient for Metro and Local transport and close to key areas. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

• Seidl (10/5): Sauber, Perfekt und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen ☺️ - Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Metro Station war genau gegenüber und man war innerhalb von 30 Minuten auf der europäischen Seite. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Tabakladen, Restauranty, Bäckerei alles in der näheren Umgebung. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl bis vor die Haustür. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich ☺️ hat auch zwischendurch gefragt ob wir noch was benötigen und wenn wir Hilfe brauchten war er sofort zur Stelle. Check-in und Check-out lief einwandfrei. Preis/Leistung war top 👍 ich würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen Es war alles perfekt 👍

• The Empereur (1/5): nicht wie beschrieben; inakzeptable Umgangsformen - Die Wohnung liegt auf der asiatischen Seite von Konstantinopel, mit Bus und Metro nur ca. 75 Minuten entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der europäischen Seite. Der Eingang ist in einer Einkaufsstraße und man geht durch ein Schuhgeschäft. Auf der anderen Hausseite ist eine tags und nachts viel befahrene Straße, deren Geräusche auch in der Wohnung stets zu hören sind. Bus und Metro sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Gehbehinderte Menschen müssen sich etwas anstrengen, da bis zu dem 0,7 qm großen Fahrstuhl erst einige Stufen zu bewältigen sind. Man sollte bei der Buchung beachten, daß die angezeigten Bilder von drei verschiedenen Wohnungen sind und man überrascht wird, was zutrifft - die genaue Adresse erhielt ich vom Vermieter schon nach einer Diskussion von nur 20 Minuten per WhatsApp. Vom Flughafen brauchten wir ungefähr 90 Minuten. Es gab zwei fensterlose Kammern mit jeweils zwei Betten - das fünfte Bett gab es nur in der Beschreibung bei Booking. Die fehlende Tür in einem Zimmer hat uns nicht gestört - dadurch kam Licht aus der vorgelagerten Abstellkammer, welche der Vermieter nutzt, um einen alten, zwei Meter breiten TV zu lagern. Auch störte uns das Rauschen der dortigen Gastherme nicht, da es von den Straßengeräuschen übertönt wurde. Ein Zimmer war zugeschlossen für private Zwecke. Es ist noch Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad vorhanden, so daß man eine Fläche von geschätzten 80 qm hat. Die Küche war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Dass aus dem Kühlschrank, der hinter der Tür stand manchmal Wasser auslief, war kein Problem für uns. Auch störte uns nicht das mit Klebestreifen reparierte Fenster, da es sowieso nur zu einem unbeleuchteten Schacht führte und ein Vorhang davor war. Im Bad war viel Reinigungsmaterial abgelegt, so daß man bei Verlangen stets die Wohnung putzen könnte. Durch den Lüftungsschacht hört man die Unterhaltungen der anderen Hausbewohner - man ist also nie einsam. Von den zwei Duschköpfen funktionierte einer und er fiel auch nur selten herab. Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar etwas heruntergekommen (bröckelnder Putz, lose Steckdosen, Löcher in der Wand, nicht funktionierende Lampen, herabhängende Kabel, klemmende Türen, keine Nachttische, zerbrochene Möbel) und entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, ist aber durchaus nutzbar, entspricht offenbar dem hiesigen Standard und hat eine gute Lage. Was mich aber zu der niedrigen Bewertung bewegt, ist die dreiste Überheblichkeit, Kompromisslosigkeit, und Kritikresistenz des Vermieters, was auch in anderen Bewertungen zu sehen ist. Bei jedem Ansatz von Kritik muß er zwanghaft betonen, daß seine Wohnung die beste, schönste, preiswerteste der Welt ist und scheint beleidigt, wenn sich jemand wagt, auf Mängel hinzuweisen. Vier anstatt fünf Betten, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, ist für ihn normal. Fehlende Decken und Bettwäsche werden mit der Bemerkung abgetan, wir sollen die Heizung aufdrehen. Wenn uns etwas nicht paßt, können wir sofort gehen ... Und ich kann mir auch schon vorstellen, was in der Antwort auf meine Rezension steht ... alles gelogen, seine Wohnung ist die beste, wir finden nichts billigeres, er war entgegenkommend, wir sollen beim nächsten mal ein 5-Sterne-Hotel buchen... u.s.w. - aber Ercan, ich kann dir bei eventuellen Gedächtnisverlust noch unseren gesamten WhatsApp-Verlauf als Erinnerung und viele Fotos schicken.

• Nickolay (2/5): Very poor - I do not recommend the apartment! The unpleasant surprises started as soon as we arrived at the address. The owner and his brother do not know any other language than Turkish and cannot communicate. It turned out that the location shown in Booking was not correct and they had to send me a new location in pouring rain, quite far from the previously provided one. The apartment is unmaintained and insufficiently equipped and is definitely not suitable for families with children. There are no bedside tables and bedside lamps in the bedroom, only a small wardrobe in which you can only fit 2-3 clothes. In addition, you find an extra mattress thrown in, which only takes up space. The second bed is in the so-called living room, which also has a dining table, which is extremely inconvenient if you are not a family. The kitchen is insufficiently equipped, few plates and glasses, and wine glasses were missing. The biggest nightmare we experienced was with the hot water, because the apartment has gas and the water, when it was there at all, was not hot, but constantly either boiling or ice cold. One day there was no hot water at all, and the bathroom is neglected and unmaintained. The descriptions indicate that there is a public parking lot nearby, but there is none - you park on the street if there is a space. We had to explain to the owner's brother to keep a space on the street while we parked the car. He showed us a car wash across the street and told us to park there for a fee. They did not take care to provide paid parking at the car wash at all. In summary, I do not recommend the apartment, especially for Europeans, unless they have work in the area and for no more than 1 night. In this neighborhood and the entire region, no one knows a foreign language. The only bright spot was the wonderful bakery-pastry shop under the apartment with very friendly staff and the sunny Iranian woman who spoke excellent English.
• Marco (10/5): A really pleasant surprise! - Really all of it. The owner is really a gem. Nothing related to the apartment. We had bad luck with the actual purpose of our trip to Istanbul. Otherwise we could have taken more advantage of the good location and facilities.
• Sonja (6/5): For the price it was okay - Close to the apartment is a long shopping street, a lot of food places and a market for fish, fruits etc. The apartment is big enough for 3 people but the third bed is in the living room. We didn’t cook at home so I can’t say anything about that. The host was easy to contact and he brought us a hair blow dryer when we needed one. It is quite loud at night because the windows don’t really block out the noise. Also the walls in the bed room are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talking. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a mirror in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this location for first time Istanbul visitors - only if you’ve been here already and know the touristic places.
• Srecko (4/5): In my experience, what you book and what you get with this host may not be anywhere near the same. - Location was good, near the Metro and all necessary shops. The host was there to respond, but his responses were not always to accommodate our requests. In the Booking confirmation I received from Booking.com elements of and characteristics of the apartment I booked and paid were listed very precisely. There was stated that the apartment would have: Oven, Microwave, Electric kettle, Desk, Outdoor furniture, Sockets near the bed, Room size 85 m2 Etc. I paid for that €2.837,33 What I got was: No oven, No microwave, No electric kettle, No desk, No outdoor furniture, No sockets near the bed, The size of the apartment, according to the host, was 72m2, while by my measurement it was 48m2. Even if we add 10% for the walls, it might arrive to ‘gross dimensions’ of 55m2, but that is far, far from what was declared in the booking confirmation. These are all the issues that exist or not exist, so not my opinions and preferences but straight YES or NO. When there are NO items specified in the booking confirmation, then it means I didn’t get what I was promised I will get. AND I STILL PAID €2.837,33! After 15 days, we were transferred to a slightly larger and better equipped apartment, but a significant part of the items from the reservation was still not fully fulfilled. However, the host did not consider that he was obliged to fulfill all the specific items listed in the reservation.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, if we lacked something, the owner brought it immediately upon request. The location is very convenient. There is a bus stop nearby, and a metro stop within walking distance.

• Wan (7/5): Good - The location, only a few steps away from Metro. Kitchen is fully equipped with complete kitchennet utensils. Spacious outdoor entertaining space. Mr. Ercan, especially his father was helpful. The apartment was not as the photos shown in the website. Incomplete address causing the airport transfer driver dropped us in the middle off nowhere. The host couldn't be contacted to get the right location. After numerous attempts, (2 1/2 hours) only he picked up the calls. Had to take another taxi to the right location. All equipments/facilities though complete and functioning were rundown. There was one big refrigerator (defect) uncleared and blocking the movement in the kitchen. Location is the one prime factor that we can tolerate every hiccups.
• Olena (5/5): It was not what we expected - The host was in touch all the time on messenger, he met me and escorted me to the flat. However, the next day he moved us to another accommodation. Among the advantages of it I can mention the close location of the bus stop, the supermarket is right in front of the building and there is a bakery right in this building. A large shopping street is a three-minute walk away. The apartment was warm and clean. There is a lift in the building which was important for my elderly mother. This is the first time in my history of booking on booking.com that I have not received the accommodation I booked and paid for. We needed a two-bedroom apartment, and initially the host put us in such a flat, even though he warned us that we would have to move the next day. When I asked him if the new flat would also have two bedrooms, he said yes. When I met my mother at the airport the next day and we arrived at the new address, it turned out that we had to choose from two apartments, each of which had only one bedroom. When I asked why we were not given the accommodation we had booked and he confirmed, the host replied that he thought we would be better off in one of these one-bedroom apartments. That is, when booking housing from this host, keep in mind that ultimately only he will decide which of the apartments at his disposal will suit you best. I had to agree to stay in one of the flats as my mother was tired after the flight and needed rest, though it was not comfortable for the three of us (my mum, my daughter and me). I will not go into details of our discussions when the host later blamed me for being disagreeable, but I will only note that the host does not speak any other language except Turkish, so we had to communicate through Google translator, which makes communication difficult and does not always guarantee an accurate translation. There were no clothes hangers in the closet in the apartment, we had to buy them ourselves. There was no microwave in the kitchen. There was a constant unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. It would seem that a distance of 10 km to the main attractions is not long. However, the journey by public transport with transfers takes an hour or more one way, this should be kept in mind if you plan to travel frequently to the European side of Istanbul.

The host was very hospitable and assisted us with every one of our needs. He was always available to assist and took good care of any needs that arose.

The place is stunning, impeccably clean, and even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The accommodation is conveniently surrounded by local shops and a coffee shop right beneath the building. Despite not being a morning person, I eagerly anticipated waking up to the delightful aromas of fresh coffee and baking. The proximity to a vibrant shopping street and a fruit market means you don't have to travel far for anything. Staying here felt like being at home, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend it. Final Note the Wifi is crazy speed.
